Description
- 当該多結晶セラミックスは、密度が3.9g・cm-3以上である。
- 当該多結晶セラミックスは、CIELAB色空間において、色相角(H)が19°~27°である。
- 当該多結晶セラミックスは、CIELAB色空間において、L*成分が37~45であり、a*成分が15~26であり、b*成分が5~13である。
- 当該多結晶セラミックスは、アルミナを実質的に98.92%、酸化クロムを実質的に1.02%、そして、酸化マグネシウムを実質的に0.06%含有する。
(a)クロム陽イオンを0.5~0.8mol%、マグネシウム陽イオンを0.04~0.12mol%、そして、アルミナの形態のアルミニウム陽イオンを残りの量含有する粉末形態の混合物を形成するステージと、
(b)前記粉末を研削するステージと、
(c)凝集体を得るように、研削された前記粉末のアトマイゼーション(微粉化)を行うステージと、
(d)グリーン体を得るように前記凝集体を成形するステージと、
(e)当該多結晶セラミックスを得るように前記グリーン体をセラミックスに転換させるステージと
を有する方法に関する。
- 前記混合物を形成するステージ(a)は、液体を介在させて行われる。
- 前記粉末のアトマイゼーション(微粉化)を行うステージ(c)のときに得られた凝集体は、実質的に球状であり、直径が30~120μmである。
- 前記凝集体を成形するステージ(d)は、型における凝集体の圧搾を有する。
- 前記セラミックスに転換されるステージ(e)は、前記グリーン体を焼結する。
Claims (10)
- アルミナ、酸化クロム及び酸化マグネシウムのみをベースとするように形成された多結晶セラミックスであって、
当該多結晶セラミックスの総重量に対して、酸化クロムを1.02%、そして、酸化マグネシウムを0.03%~0.06%含有しており、
これによって、靱性(Kc)が2.8MPa・m1/2以上である赤色のセラミックスとなっている
ことを特徴とする多結晶セラミックス。 - 密度が3.9g・cm-3以上である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多結晶セラミックス。 - CIELAB色空間において、色相角(H)が19°~27°である
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の多結晶セラミックス。 - CIELAB色空間において、L*成分が37~45であり、a*成分が15~26であり、b*成分が5~13である
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の多結晶セラミックス。 - 請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の多結晶セラミックスを用いて完全に又は部分的に形成された部品を有する
ことを特徴とする計時器。 - 多結晶セラミックスの製造方法であって、
(a)クロム陽イオンを0.5~0.8mol%、マグネシウム陽イオンを0.04~0.12mol%、そして、アルミナの形態のアルミニウム陽イオンを残りの量含有する粉末形態の混合物を形成するステージと、
(b)前記粉末を研削するステージと、
(c)凝集体を得るように、研削された前記粉末の微粉化を行うステージと、
(d)グリーン体を得るように前記凝集体を成形するステージと、
(e)当該多結晶セラミックスを得るように前記グリーン体をセラミックスに転換させるステージと
を有し、
前記製造された多結晶セラミックスはその総重量に対して、酸化クロムを1.02%、そして、酸化マグネシウムを0.03%~0.06%含有していることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記混合物を形成するステージ(a)は、液体を介在させて行われる
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記粉末の微粉化を行うステージ(c)のときに得られた凝集体は、球状であり、直径が30~120μmである
ことを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の方法。 - 前記凝集体を成形するステージ(d)は、型における凝集体の圧搾を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項6~8のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記セラミックスに転換されるステージ(e)は、前記グリーン体を焼結する
ことを特徴とする請求項6~9のいずれかに記載の方法。
