Claims (8)
- 型穴及び前記型穴の内面に形成された材料射出領域を含む、金型と、
材料が成形品に形成されるよう、前記材料を前記材料射出領域から前記型穴に射出する、射出装置と、
前記型穴に設けられ、前記型穴内の温度と圧力の少なくとも1つを検出する、複数のセンサと
を含み、
前記複数のセンサが前記型穴の内面に位置し、前記成形品の非外観面に対応し、
前記型穴の前記内面が複数の凹部を含み、前記複数の凹部が前記成形品の被切断部位に対応し、前記複数のセンサがそれぞれ前記複数の凹部及び前記材料射出領域に位置する、
射出成形装置。 - 前記複数のセンサが、温度センサと圧力センサとを含む、
請求項1に記載の射出成形装置。 - 前記温度センサと前記圧力センサとが、単一の検出素子に統合された、
請求項2に記載の射出成形装置。 - 前記複数の凹部が、前記型穴の前記材料射出領域、又は、前記型穴の少なくとも1つのオーバーフロー領域である、
請求項1に記載の射出成形装置。 - 金型と、複数のセンサとを提供することであって、前記金型が型穴及び前記型穴の内面に形成された材料射出領域を含み、
前記複数のセンサが前記金型に設けられ、前記型穴の温度と圧力のうちの少なくとも1つを検出するステップと、
前記金型の前記材料射出領域を介し、射出装置から材料を前記型穴に射出することにより、前記材料を成形品に形成することであって、前記複数のセンサが前記型穴の内面に位置し、前記成形品の非外観面に対応するステップと、
を含み、
前記型穴の前記内面が複数の凹部を含み、前記複数の凹部がそれぞれ前記成形品の被切断部位に対応し、前記複数のセンサを提供する動作が、前記複数のセンサをそれぞれ前記複数の凹部及び前記材料射出領域に設けることを含む、
射出成形方法。 - 前記複数のセンサを提供する動作が、温度センサと圧力センサとを提供することを含む、
請求項5に記載の射出成形方法。 - 前記温度センサと前記圧力センサを提供する動作が、前記温度センサと前記圧力センサとを単一の検出素子に統合することを含む、
請求項6に記載の射出成形方法。 - 前記複数の凹部が、前記型穴の前記材料射出領域、又は、前記型穴の少なくとも1つのオーバーフロー領域である、
請求項5に記載の射出成形方法。
