Claims (3)
- 第1端部及び第2端部を含むブリッジと、
ブリッジの第1端部から延びる第1レグと、
ブリッジの第2端部から延びる第2レグと、を含む整形外科用インプラントであって、
前記ブリッジは、前記第1レグ及び前記第2レグの間に設けられ、前記ブリッジから前記第1レグ及び第2レグと同じ方向に延びる金属スペーサ構造を含み、前記金属スペーサ構造は、三角形のくさび状のプロファイルを有し、前記第1レグ及び前記第2レグに対向する2つの平面を有し、前記金属スペーサ構造は、2つの骨切りの骨面の間に挿入されるように構成され、前記金属スペーサ構造と、前記第1レグ及び/又は前記第2レグと、の間に設けられたさらなるレグをさらに含む、整形外科用インプラント。 - 前記金属スペーサ構造は、金属スペーサ構造が2つの骨切りの骨面の間に位置した後、金属スペーサ構造への骨の成長を促すための多孔性の穿孔構造を有する、請求項1に記載の整形外科用インプラント。
- 少なくとも前記ブリッジ及び第1レグは、形状記憶材料からなる、請求項1に記載の整形外科用インプラント。
