Claims (8)
- 複数の電池セルが積層されている電池セル積層体、
前記電池セル積層体に連結されたバスバーフレーム、
前記電池セル積層体に含まれた電池セルのうちで互いに隣り合う電池セルからそれぞれ突出したセルテラス、および
前記セルテラスからそれぞれ突出して同じ極性を有する電極リードを含む電池モジュールであって、
前記電極リードは同じバスバーと重なり、前記バスバーと前記電極リードの重畳部には少なくとも2個の溶接ポイントを有し、
前記電極リードはN個であり、前記N個の電極リードは同じバスバーと重なり、
前記N個の電極リードの間が溶接されている第1溶接部と、前記N個の電極リードのうちのN-1個の電極リードの間および前記バスバーに最も隣接する電極リードと前記バスバーが溶接されている第2溶接部が形成される、電池モジュール。 - 前記N個の電極リードは第1電極リード、第2電極リードおよび第3電極リードを含み、
前記第1電極リード、前記第2電極リードおよび前記第3電極リードは、前記同じバスバーに向かって屈曲されており、屈曲される角度は前記第1電極リード、前記第2電極リードおよび前記第3電極リードの順に大きい、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記バスバーと重なる前記第3電極リードの長さは、前記バスバーと重なる前記第1電極リードの長さより短い、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 互いに同じ極性を有する前記電極リードが突出している前記セルテラスは、前記電極リードの突出方向に向かって間隔が狭くなる、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 複数の電池セルを積層して電池セル積層体を形成する段階、
前記電池セルのうちで互いに隣り合う電池セルからそれぞれ突出した電極リードを同じバスバーに重畳させる段階、および
前記電極リードと前記バスバーの重畳部のうちの互いに異なる少なくとも2個の位置で前記電極リードと前記バスバーを溶接させる段階を含み、
前記電極リードと前記バスバーを溶接させる段階は、互いに隣り合う電極リードを溶接する第1溶接部と、互いに隣り合う電極リードと前記バスバーを溶接する第2溶接部を形成する段階を含み、
前記電極リードはN個であり、前記N個の電極リードは同じバスバーと重なり、
前記第1溶接部において、前記N個の電極リードの間を溶接し、
前記第2溶接部において、前記N個の電極リードのうちのN-1個の電極リードの間および前記バスバーに最も隣接する電極リードと前記バスバーを溶接する、電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記第1溶接部と前記第2溶接部を形成する段階以前に、固定ジグで前記電極リードを加圧して前記電極リードを固定する段階をさらに含む、請求項5に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記固定ジグは、前記第1溶接部に対応する第1開口部と前記第2溶接部に対応する第2開口部を有する、請求項6に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項による電池モジュールを含む、電池パック。
