Claims (13)
- 正極シートと負極シートとの間に分離膜が介在されて巻かれた構造の電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収納するための円筒形缶と、
前記円筒形缶の開放上端に搭載されるキャップアセンブリーと、
を含み、
前記キャップアセンブリーは、突出構造をもって前記キャップアセンブリーの上部に位置するトップキャップ、前記トップキャップの外周縁を取り囲み、かつ、前記キャップアセンブリーの下方に凹んでいる形態を有し、前記トップキャップの下部に位置するベンティング部材、及び前記円筒形缶の密封のためのガスケットからなり、
前記電極組立体の正極タブは前記ベンティング部材の下面に直接結合され、前記正極タブの位置固定のための絶縁性の固定部材を含み、
前記正極タブは、正極タブ本体、及び前記正極タブ本体の一側端から折り曲げられてベンティング部材の下面に結合される結合部を含み、
前記結合部の上面は前記ベンティング部材と結合し、前記結合部の下面は前記固定部材と結合される、円筒型二次電池。 - 前記固定部材は前記正極タブ本体と前記結合部との間に介在される、請求項1に記載の円筒型二次電池。
- 前記固定部材は前記結合部と対面する面で前記結合部と接着されている、請求項2に記載の円筒型二次電池。
- 前記結合部と前記固定部材を結合する結合力は前記結合部と前記ベンティング部材を結合する結合力より大きい、請求項3に記載の円筒型二次電池。
- 前記固定部材は前記ガスケットの下部に位置する、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の円筒型二次電池。
- 正極シートと負極シートとの間に分離膜が介在されて巻かれた構造の電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収納するための円筒形缶と、
前記円筒形缶の開放上端に搭載されるキャップアセンブリーと、
を含み、
前記キャップアセンブリーは、突出構造をもって前記キャップアセンブリーの上部に位置するトップキャップ、前記トップキャップの外周縁を取り囲み、かつ、前記キャップアセンブリーの下方に凹んでいる形態を有し、前記トップキャップの下部に位置するベンティング部材、及び前記円筒形缶の密封のためのガスケットからなり、
前記電極組立体の正極タブは前記ベンティング部材の下面に直接結合され、前記正極タブの位置固定のための絶縁性の固定部材を含み、
前記固定部材は前記ガスケットの下部に位置し、
前記固定部材は前記ガスケットと噛み合う構造を有する、円筒型二次電池。 - 前記固定部材は、平面視で扇形又は棒形を有する、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の円筒型二次電池。
- 前記固定部材は、前記電極組立体と前記キャップアセンブリーとの間に位置する上部絶縁板に一体型に結合された構造を有する、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の円筒型二次電池。
- 正極シートと負極シートとの間に分離膜が介在されて巻かれた構造の電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収納するための円筒形缶と、
前記円筒形缶の開放上端に搭載されるキャップアセンブリーと、
を含み、
前記キャップアセンブリーは、突出構造をもって前記キャップアセンブリーの上部に位置するトップキャップ、前記トップキャップの外周縁を取り囲み、かつ、前記キャップアセンブリーの下方に凹んでいる形態を有し、前記トップキャップの下部に位置するベンティング部材、及び前記円筒形缶の密封のためのガスケットからなり、
前記電極組立体の正極タブは前記ベンティング部材の下面に直接結合され、前記正極タブの位置固定のための絶縁性の固定部材を含み、
前記固定部材は、前記電極組立体と前記キャップアセンブリーとの間に位置する上部絶縁板に一体型に結合された構造を有し、
前記固定部材は、前記上部絶縁板の外周部から上方に伸びてから中心部に向かって折り曲げられて前記上部絶縁板に平行に配置される形態を有する、円筒型二次電池。 - 正極シートと負極シートとの間に分離膜が介在されて巻かれた構造の電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収納するための円筒形缶と、
前記円筒形缶の開放上端に搭載されるキャップアセンブリーと、
を含み、
前記キャップアセンブリーは、突出構造をもって前記キャップアセンブリーの上部に位置するトップキャップ、前記トップキャップの外周縁を取り囲み、かつ、前記キャップアセンブリーの下方に凹んでいる形態を有し、前記トップキャップの下部に位置するベンティング部材、及び前記円筒形缶の密封のためのガスケットからなり、
前記電極組立体の正極タブは前記ベンティング部材の下面に直接結合され、前記正極タブの位置固定のための絶縁性の固定部材を含む、円筒型二次電池の製造方法であって、
正極シートと負極シートとの間に分離膜が介在されて巻かれた構造の電極組立体を円筒形缶に収納する段階と、
前記電極組立体の上部に上部絶縁板を位置させる段階と、
前記円筒形缶にビーズ部を成形する段階と、
キャップアセンブリーを構成するベンティング部材の下面に前記電極組立体の正極タブを結合する段階と、
前記キャップアセンブリーを構成するガスケットに固定部材を結合する段階と、
前記キャップアセンブリーを前記円筒形缶に結合してクリンピングする段階と、
を含む、円筒型二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記ガスケットに固定部材を結合する段階は、前記正極タブの結合部と前記固定部材を結合する段階を含む、請求項10に記載の円筒型二次電池の製造方法。
- 請求項1~4、8および9のいずれか一項に記載の円筒型二次電池の製造方法であって、
正極シートと負極シートとの間に分離膜が介在されて巻かれた構造の電極組立体を円筒形缶に収納する段階と、
前記電極組立体の上部に上部絶縁板を位置させる段階と、
前記円筒形缶にビーズ部を成形する段階と、
キャップアセンブリーを構成するベンティング部材の下面に前記電極組立体の正極タブを結合する段階と、
前記上部絶縁板に一体型に結合された固定部材に前記正極タブを固定する段階と、
前記キャップアセンブリーを前記円筒形缶に結合してクリンピングする段階と、
を含む、円筒型二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記正極タブを固定する段階は、前記正極タブを前記固定部材の下面を通過してから折り曲げて前記固定部材の上面に付着する段階である、請求項12に記載の円筒型二次電池の製造方法。
