Description

The present invention relates to a walking support device for a pet that is worn and used by a pet that walks on four legs, such as a dog, and a wheel support structure used therein.

Conventionally, wheelchairs and walking aids for pets with weak legs have had a structure in which a rod-shaped frame with wheels near the hind legs was constructed to support the pet's torso (Patent Documents 2 to 5). In some cases, a leg holding part is provided on which the pet's hind legs are placed (Patent Document 3). Alternatively, there was also a structure in which the pet was placed on a board provided with wheels (Patent Document 1). Furthermore, a structure has been proposed in which an auxiliary device that wraps around the pet's hind legs and torso from below is attached, and the pet walks with its front legs while rubbing the auxiliary device on the ground (Patent Document 6).

特開2004-187937号公報Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2004-187937 特開2005-22号公報Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2005-22 特開2006-314226号公報JP2006-314226A 特開2009-219477号公報Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2009-219477 特開2017-209093号公報JP 2017-209093 Publication 特開2017-205076号公報Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2017-205076

In conventional pet wheelchairs and walking aids, the rod-shaped frame made of metal is exposed, and the pet is surrounded by the frame or placed on a board, giving the impression that the pet is being walked mechanically. It is difficult for pet owners and other people to approach the pet (Patent Documents 1 to 5), and devices that allow the pet to walk with its front legs while rubbing the assistive device on the ground cause pain to the pet (Patent Document 6). ). In addition, there were no suggestions for stress-free ways to accommodate pets' various activities, such as when they are running or taking a break.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems by constructing a walking support device from a base device made of a hard material that supports the pet and a jacket made of a flexible material that covers the pace device , and also constructing an axle support structure. did.

A.この発明を適用する犬体(ペット)について(図21) A. Regarding the dog body (pet) to which this invention is applied (Figure 21)

The dog body 100 has a head 101, front legs 102, 102, hind legs 103, 103, and a tail 104, and the direction of the front legs 102 and the hind legs 103 (the direction of the head 101 and the tail 104) is an axial direction 120.
The front side between the head 101 and the front legs 102 is a prothorax 105. Also, between the front legs 102 and the back legs 103, the lower side (ground side) is the abdomen 106, the upper side is the back part 107, and the abdomen 106 and the back part 10.
7, the intermediate height is defined as side portions 108a and 108b.
Further, the area around the base of the hind legs (the end on the back side of the side surface) is defined as the waist part 109. Further, they are assumed to be excretory organs 110, 110 for feces and urine.
Further, in the axial direction 120, the head 101 side of the dog body 100 is the front side, and the tail 104 side is the tail rear side. Furthermore, excluding the tail 104, the rearmost side is the rear end 111.
This invention is suitable for a dog 100 that has become disabled in its hind legs 103, and the dog 100 is mainly used for dogs of the dachshund type that are prone to trunk and lumbar diseases (such as intervertebral disc herniation). Although this method is assumed to be a pet dog, the torso and lumbar region may be injured due to traffic accidents, etc., and of course it can also be applied to pets of other dog breeds or other quadrupedal animals (not shown).
In addition, in the following, the disease will be classified as mild disease or severe disease depending on the degree of disease in the dog's body 100 and hind legs 103.103. In a mild disease, the function of the hind legs 103 remains and the hind legs 103 can be placed on the ground, and in a severe disease, the hind legs 103 cannot be placed on the ground.

B-1. B-1. Configuration of base tool 30

(1) The first basic member 1 is arranged so that it can be placed at a height near the boundary between the back part 107 and one side part 108a in the axial direction 120 of the dog (pet) to which the device of the present invention is attached. The second basic member 11 is formed so that it can be placed at a height near the boundary between the back portion 107 and the other side surface portion 108b. The first basic member 1 and the second basic member 11 are made of rod-shaped plates (longitudinal rectangular cross section) (FIGS. 5 to 8), but they may be made of any arbitrary material such as a rod with a circular cross section or a hollow pipe material. Any hard material (such as various metals or various resins) with enough rigidity to support the weight of the dog's body may be used.
The first basic member 1 and the second basic member 11 are arranged in parallel, and the end 3 of the front side 2 of the first basic member 1 and the end 13 of the front side 12 of the second basic member 11 are connected to the prothorax of the dog body 100. They are connected by a chest support member 20 that can be located near 105. The chest support member 20 is made of a material that is flexible enough to be placed along the anterior chest 105 of the dog body 100 and has a certain degree of shape retention. Further, the chest support member 20 is formed such that the intermediate portion 21 is located at a position slightly lower than both end portions (first basic member 1 side, second basic member 11 side).
In addition, the end 5 of the rear side 4 of the first basic member 1 and the end 15 of the rear side 14 of the second basic member 11 are provided so that the dog body, other pets, or people will not be injured if they come into contact with them. Attach the end protection members 6 and 16, respectively. Furthermore, the end 5 of the rear side 4 of the first basic member 1 and the end 15 of the rear side 14 of the second basic member 11 are slightly protruded backward in the axial direction 120 from the rear end 111 of the dog's body. (FIGS. 1 to 4), it is preferable to place it around the hind legs 103 of the dog body 100 or at a position that protrudes somewhat rearward from the rear end 111 of the dog body 100.

(2) At the intermediate part of the first basic member 1 and the second basic member 11, wheel mounting parts 7 and 17 are provided, respectively, slightly forward of the hind legs 103 of the dog body 100 in the axial direction 120, and the wheel mounting parts 7, 17 is made of a resin material or the like having a structure that covers all or part of the cross sections of the first basic member 1 and the second basic member 11, respectively. The upper ends of the wheel support members 24 made of rod-shaped plates (longitudinal rectangular cross section) are connected to the wheel mounting parts 7 and 17 (or directly to the first basic member 1 and the second basic member 11), respectively. , an axle 25a of a wheel 25 is rotatably attached to the lower end of each wheel support member 24. The upper end of the wheel support member 24 is substantially vertical, the middle part is bent away from the dog body 100, the lower end is substantially vertical, and the axle 25a at the lower end of the wheel support member 24 is arranged substantially horizontally. There is.
Further, each of the axles 25a, 25a has an inner end (i.e., the side closer to the dog's body 100) that is lower and an outer end (i.e., the dog's body The wheels 25, 25 are arranged in a slightly "V" shape (Fig. 2(a), Fig. 4(a), Fig. 6()). a)). This is for stable running.
The wheel 25 is located sufficiently forward in the axial direction 120 than the movable range of the hind legs 103 of the dog body 100, and has a wheel mounting portion so that the wheel 25 and the hind legs 103 of the dog body 100 do not come into contact with each other during use. 7, 17, a wheel support member 24 and a wheel 25 are constructed.
In addition, the wheel attachment parts 7 and 17 are slidably attached in the length direction (axis 120 direction) of the first basic member 1 and the second basic member 11, and are securely fixed at a specified position. Although it is constructed so that it does not shift when in use, its position can also be fixed.

(3) Both ends of the belt-shaped abdominal support member 22 that supports the abdomen 106 of the dog body 100 were attached to the first basic member 1 and the second basic member 11, respectively. Since the abdominal support member 22 touches the dog's body 100 with a certain degree of pressure (via the jacket 40), it is made of a material that has both flexibility and strength so as not to affect the dog's body 100. Further, although the abdominal support member 22 has a belt-like shape, the shape may be arbitrary.

(4) The base tool 30 is constructed as described above (FIGS. 5 to 8). In addition, the first basic member 1 can also be configured such that the "front side 2 of the wheel attachment part 7" and/or the "rear side 4 of the wheel attachment part 7" are expandable and retractable (length adjustable) (not shown). do not have). The same applies to the second basic member 11.
In addition, in the base tool 30 having this structure, the first basic member 1 and the second basic member 11 are sufficiently separated at the rear sides 4 and 14, and there is a space, so that an excretion opening can be formed. When a connecting member is provided between the rear side 4 of the first basic member 1 and the rear side 14 of the second basic member 11, it is necessary to form an evacuation opening in the connecting member (not shown).

(5) In addition, the abdominal support member 22, together with the chest support member 20, connects the first basic member 1 and the second basic member 11 to maintain the spacing, and thereby maintains the wheel attachment parts 7 and 17 in a predetermined position. Although it plays a role, it can be omitted if the chest support member 20 can maintain the shape of the first basic member 1 and the second basic member 11 (not shown). Further, in this case, the abdominal support member 22 also has the function of supporting the abdomen 106 of the dog body 100 to which it is applied so that it does not fall downward; however, if the abdominal support member 22 is omitted, it will be explained later. It is also possible to provide the jacket 40 with a function of supporting the abdomen 106 of the dog body 100.
Further, in order to connect the first basic member 1 and the second basic member 11 to maintain a distance and to maintain the wheel mounting parts 7 and 17 in a predetermined position, reinforcement is provided to connect the wheel mounting parts 7 and 17. A member 27 can also be provided (FIGS. 6(a) and 6(b)). This is particularly effective when the function of the abdominal support member 22 and the chest support member 20 to maintain the shape of the first basic member 1 and the second basic member 11 is weak, and one of the abdominal support member 22 and the chest support member 20 is effective. Alternatively, both can be omitted (not shown).

B-2. B-2. Composition of jacket 40

(1) The jacket 40 is composed of the front jacket 41 located on the front legs 102 side (around) of the dog body 100 and the rear jacket 51 located on the hind legs 103 side (around). Since the front jacket 41 and the rear jacket 51 are in direct contact with the dog body 100, they are made of a flexible material such as cloth or a material with a smooth contact surface so as not to affect the skin of the dog body 100.
The front jacket 41 has a shape that can contact (cover) the lower side of the dog body 100 (the ground side, that is, the front side of the front chest 105 and abdomen 106), and has front legs into which the front legs 102 of the dog body 100 can be inserted. It is made of a flexible material with openings 42,42. Further, a folded bag-like part 43 that can be opened and closed is provided at the upper peripheral edge of the front jacket 41 in order to be detachably attached to the front side 2 of the first basic member 1, the front side 12 of the second basic member 11, and the abdominal support member 22. has been formed. A flexible piece that connects the intermediate position 43a of the folded bag-shaped part 43 on the first basic member 1 side and the intermediate position 43b of the folded part 43 on the second basic member 11 side, and is located on the front side of the back part 107 of the dog body 100. A back connecting piece 45 made of a similar material is attached. The back connecting piece 45 is formed so as to be separable at the intermediate part 46 (FIGS. 1 to 4), but it can be attached to the intermediate position 43a of the folded bag-like part 43 on the first basic member 1 side or on the second basic member 11 side. It can also be formed to be detachable at the intermediate position 43b of the folded bag-like part 43 (not shown).

(2) The rear jacket 51 includes a first U-shaped belt 52 attached to the first basic member 1 of the base tool 30, a second U-shaped belt 53 attached to the first basic member 1 of the base tool 30, and both belts. It consists of a belt connecting piece 58 that connects 52 and 55 (FIG. 2(b)).
The first U-shaped belt 52 is attached to a mounting member 52a that is wrapped around the rear side 4 of the first basic member 1 of the base tool 30, and attached to the upper end of a downwardly convex U-shaped base 53 (approximately parallel vertical two It is formed by attaching a book). That is, the first U-shaped belt 52 has a front end 53a and a rear end 53b fixed to the mounting member 52a, but here, the front end 53a is fixed irremovably, and the rear end 53b is fixed to the mounting member 52a. is easy to remove and can be installed in multiple positions. For example, a hook may be provided at the rear end 53b, and hook receivers capable of locking the hook may be provided at multiple positions on the mounting member 52a (not shown).
Further, the mounting member 52a covers the rear side 4 of the first basic member 1 of the base tool 30 (that is, is arranged between the end protection member 6 and the wheel mounting portion 7), and is attached to the first basic member 1. It is removable. The U-shaped gap between the base portion 53 serves as a hind leg opening 54 into which the hind legs 103 of the dog body 100 are inserted.
Similarly, the second U-shaped belt 55 is attached to the upper end (approximately parallel It is formed by attaching two vertical pieces). That is, the second U-shaped belt 55 (similar to the first U-shaped belt 52) has its front end 56a and rear end 56b fixed to the mounting member 55a (see FIG. 2(b)). c)) Here, the front end 56a is fixed in a non-removable manner, and the rear end 56b is easily removed and can be attached to multiple positions (FIGS. 2(b) and 2(c)). For example, a hook may be provided at the rear end 56b, and hook receivers capable of locking the hooks may be provided at multiple positions on the mounting member 55a (not shown).
Further, the mounting member 56a covers the rear side 14 of the second basic member 11 of the base tool 30 (that is, is arranged between the end protection member 16 and the wheel mounting portion 17), and is attached to the second basic member 11. It is removable. The U-shaped space between the base portions 55 is a hind leg opening 57 into which the hind legs 103 of the dog body 100 are inserted.
The belt connecting piece 58 connects the lower end (downwardly convex bent part) of the base 53 of the first U-shaped belt 52 and the lower end (downwardly convex bent part) of the base 56 of the second U-shaped belt 55. are connected.
The first U-shaped belt 52, the second U-shaped belt 55, and the belt connecting piece 58 are made of flexible materials since they touch the dog body 100, and have the strength to support the weight of the dog body 100 together with the base tool 30. In addition, the back side of the first U-shaped belt 52, the back side of the second U-shaped belt 55, the back side of the belt connecting piece 58, the front side of the first U-shaped belt 52, and the second U-shaped belt 55, The front side of the belt connecting piece 58 and the rear side of the belt connecting piece 58 constitute openings 59, 59 that expose the tail 104 of the dog body 100 and the excretory parts 110, 110 of the dog body.

B-3. B-3. Configuration and use of pet walking aid device 60

(1) The folded bag-shaped portion 43 of the front jacket 41 is attached so as to be wrapped around the front side 2 of the first basic member 1, the front side 12 of the second basic member 11, and the chest support member 20. Further, upper end portions 53 and 56 of both U-shaped belts 52 and 55 of the rear jacket are attached to the rear side 4 of the first basic member 1 and the rear side 14 of the second basic member 11.
The walking support device 60 is configured as described above (FIGS. 1 to 4).

(2) The dog 100 using this walking support device 60 has a disease such as a herniated intervertebral disc and is unable to walk adequately on its own with its hind legs 103, 103.
With the middle part 46 of the back connecting piece 45 of the front jacket 41 open, the dog body 100 is lowered from above the walking support device 60, and the front legs 102, 102, the hind legs 103, 103, and the abdomen 106 are used to support walking. Bring it closer to the ingredients. The front legs 102 of the dog body 100 are inserted through the front leg openings 42, 42 of the front jacket 41, and the hind legs 103, 103 are inserted into the hind leg opening 54 of the first U-shaped belt 52 of the rear jacket 51, and the second U-shaped belt. 55 into the rear leg opening 57. Thereby, the front jacket 41 is attached to the front side of the front chest 105 and abdomen 106 of the dog body 100, so the intermediate portion 46 of the back connecting piece 45 is connected, and the attachment of the walking support device 60 is completed.

(3) Since the dog body 100 supports its weight by touching the ground with its healthy front legs 102, 102 and wheels 25, 25, it can easily walk without touching the hind legs 103, 103 with the ground. On this occasion. Since the wheels 25, 25 are arranged in a "V" shape, the walking support device 60 is prevented from falling down together with the dog body 100, and stable running is possible. In addition, since the evacuation organs 110, 110 are exposed through the opening 59 of the jacket 40 when the walking support device 60 is worn, the dog 100 is not stressed and the walking support device 60 does not get dirty.
Further, the rear jacket 51 (U-shaped belts 52, 55) and the like can be adjusted to rehabilitate the dog 100 according to the degree of disability and ability of the dog 100.
In addition, the dog body 100 does not come into direct contact with the base tool 30, and the feeling is similar to that of wearing the jacket 40 similar to a normal jacket, and the stress caused by wearing the walking support device 60 can be reduced. Further, since the mechanical structure of the base tool 30 is exposed only around the wheels 25, the sense of discomfort felt by observers around the dog can be reduced compared to a healthy dog.
Furthermore, if the walking support device 60 becomes dirty, the jacket 40 can be removed from the base tool 30 and only the jacket 40 can be washed.
In addition, if some function of the hind legs 103, 103 remains on the attached dog body 100, the wheels 25 will not touch the hind legs 103, 103, and the jacket 40 and the base will not touch the hind legs 103, 103. There is no tool 30, etc., and no stress is caused to the dog body 100.

C. First embodiment of severe disease type

A second embodiment of the present invention will be described based on FIGS. 9 to 21. This pet walking support device 60 includes a base device 70 and a jacket 90 (FIGS. 9 to 12).

C-1. C-1. Configuration of base tool 70

(1) A bent plate-shaped base on which the entire body (including the back side of the abdomen and also the hind legs 103 and 103) can be placed from the front legs 102 slightly to the back in the axial direction 120 of the dog body 100. The member 71 is configured. The basic member 71 has a plate shape with a downwardly convex semicircular cross section in the direction perpendicular to the axial direction 120, and the upper edge 72 of the front side 73 extends above the side part 108 of the dog's body 100 and near the back part 107. The shape is such that the dog body 100 does not fall off or fall even if it moves normally. The upper edge 72 of the rear side 74 is lowered toward the rear side, and the rear end 74a of the basic member 71 is formed into an arc shape in plan view.
Furthermore, an opening 76 having an elliptical shape (the opening edge is curved) is formed in the basic member 71 in accordance with the position of the evacuation organs 110, 110 of the dog body 100.

(2) Bearing parts 78, 78 having a rotating shaft 79 (approximately horizontal, with the tip facing slightly upward) for receiving the wheel support member 81 are formed on the lower surface near the front end 73a of the front side 73 of the basic member 71. do. A base end portion of a wheel support member 81 having a wheel 83 at the distal end portion is rotatably attached to each bearing portion 78 . The axle support member 81 is attached to the rotating shaft 79 of the bearing portion 78 with the wheels 83 facing diagonally downward and toward the rear, and includes an angle adjustment mechanism 84 such as a ratchet gear. Further, the wheel support members 81, 81 are arranged so that the wheels 83 are inclined outward so that the vehicle can run stably.
Therefore, the angle adjustment mechanism 84 allows the wheel support member 81 to change the inclination angle vertically by a predetermined angle (approximately 5 to 15 degrees) in the use mode, with the reference position being approximately 30 degrees downward from the horizontal. ing.
The rotating shafts 79, 79 are formed to be slightly inclined so that the inner side is lower and the outer side is higher when viewed from the front end 73a side of the front side 73 (the front side of the basic member 71, the head side of the dog body 100). There is.
Further, a cap portion 78a having a hemispherical outer diameter is formed at the base end of the axle support member 81, and each rotating shaft 79 is formed within the cap portion 78a having a hemispherical outer diameter, and a bent portion connecting the two rotating shafts 79, 79 is formed. A cylindrical cover 78b is formed, and has a shape in which the middle part of a bent cylinder arranged approximately horizontally is downward, and is cut out along the curved surface of the outer surface of the basic member.

(3) The bearing parts 78, 78 are located at both ends of a bent cylindrical bearing base 135, and the bearing base 135 is bent so that the rotating shafts 79, 79 can form a predetermined angle. be. In addition, in order to make the base 135 come into close contact with the outer surface 75a of the front side 73 of the basic member 71 of the base tool 70, a bent notch 136 is formed in the intermediate part of the base 78a in accordance with the shape of the outer surface 75a. , and shape retaining parts 137, 137 are formed on the upper side of the bearing base 135 (FIG. 20). Note that, naturally, the inner surface of the shape-retaining portion 137 and the inner surface of the bent notch are formed flush with each other in accordance with the shape of the outer surface 75a at the intermediate portion of the base body 78a (FIG. 20(a)).
Although the bearing base 135 has a structure in which the bearing parts 78, 78 (rotating shafts 79, 79) are provided at both ends, the bearing base 135 is separated into two parts, and the bearing parts 78, 78 are attached to the outer surface 75a of the basic member 71. 78 can also be formed separately (not shown). Furthermore, the structure of the bearing portion 78 is arbitrary as long as the rotating shaft 79 can be formed at a predetermined angle with respect to the basic member 71 (not shown).

(4) The angle adjustment mechanism 84 has a mechanism shaft 82 coaxial with the rotation shaft 79, and a first adjustment mechanism 84a connected to the rotation shaft 79 and a first adjustment mechanism 84a connected to the rotation shaft 79 at a substantially right angle to the axial direction of the axle support member 81. A second adjustment mechanism 84b that shares a set mechanism axis 82 is provided. The joint surface 85a of the first adjustment mechanism 84a and the joint surface 85b of the second adjustment mechanism 84b have almost the same structure and the same size, and are jagged surfaces (continuous valleys and peaks) in the circumferential direction around the mechanism axis 82. The jagged surface has a structure in which the slopes 86a, 86a (86b, 86b) are continuous around the mechanism axis 82, and there is a mountain on the distal end and a mountain on the proximal end. A valley 88a (88b) is formed on the side. A protruding top portion 87a (87b) is formed at the apex of each mountain with an inclination close to a right angle. Note that both the joint surfaces 85a and 85b are formed at the same height in the radial direction from the mechanism shaft 82, since serrations (peaks and valleys) are formed in the circumferential direction of the mechanism shaft 82.
The joint surface 85a of the first adjustment mechanism 84a and the joint surface 85b of the second adjustment mechanism 84b are arranged so that the mechanism axis 82 coincides with each other, so that the joint surface 85a of the first adjustment mechanism 84a and the joint surface 85b of the second adjustment mechanism 84b are rotatable around the mechanism shaft 82, and the peaks 87a and the valleys 88b are 88a and the top portion 87b of the mountain are fitted and locked to attach (FIG. 18(c)). Further, a spring spring 89 is interposed in the mechanism shaft 82 (FIG. 18(a)), and is biased in the direction in which the joint surface 85a of the first adjustment mechanism 84a and the joint surface 85b of the second adjustment mechanism 84b come into close contact. (Figure 18(c)). Therefore, in the normal position, the peaks 87a, 87a of the joint surface 85a of the first adjustment mechanism 84a are located in the valleys 88b, 88b of the joint surface 85b of the second adjustment mechanism 84b, and the joints of the second adjustment mechanism 84b The peaks 87b, 87b of the surface 85b are located in the valleys 88a, 88a of the joint surface 85a of the first adjustment mechanism 84a, and are maintained in that position by the spring spring 89 (FIG. 18(c)).
Further, when a slight external force such as rotating the mechanism shaft 82 against the spring spring 89 is applied, the peak 87b of the joint surface 85b of the second adjustment mechanism 84a is moved from the joint surface 85a of the first adjustment mechanism 84a. It is possible to move within the range of leaving the valley 88a, moving along the slope 86a of the joint surface 85a, and coming into contact with the top 87a of the joint surface 85a of the first adjustment mechanism 84a (FIG. 18(d). The top 87a of the joint surface 85a of the adjustment mechanism 84a also moves in a similar manner). Therefore, this corresponds to the case where the wheel support member 81 rotates around the mechanical axis 82, and a suspension effect (cushion effect) of the wheel support member 81 (wheel 83) can be produced. This external force is the weight of the dog body 100 and various impacts generated during walking.
Further, when a large external force such as rotating the mechanism shaft 82 against the spring spring 89 is applied, the peak 87b of the joint surface 85b of the second adjustment mechanism 84a is moved from the joint surface 85a of the first adjustment mechanism 84a. Beyond the top 87a (FIG. 18(e)), the engagement between the joint surface 85a of the first adjustment mechanism 84a and the joint surface 85b of the second adjustment mechanism 84b is changed, that is, the mounting angle of the wheel support member 81 with respect to the rotating shaft 79 is changed. can be changed. This external force is due to the power of the operator (human being).
In addition, by adjusting the action of the spring spring 89, the strength of the suspension effect (cushion effect) of the wheel support member 81 (wheel 83) and the strength of the external force for changing the mounting angle of the wheel support member 81 with respect to the rotating shaft 79 can be adjusted. can be set.
Note that in place of the spring spring 89, other elastic materials (elastic rubber, plate spring, etc.) having the same function can also be used (not shown).

(5) Furthermore, the joint surface 85a of the first adjustment mechanism 84a in the above has a concave flat surface 131 on the center side of the mechanism shaft 82, and a slope 86a, a peak 87a, and a valley 88a on the outer peripheral side of the concave flat surface 131. (FIG. 19(a)).
Further, the joint surface 85b of the second adjustment mechanism 84b forms a convex flat surface 132 (position and shape corresponding to the concave flat surface 131) on the center side of the mechanism shaft 82, and an inclined surface 86b on the outer peripheral side of the concave flat surface 132. , a top portion 87b, and a valley 88b are formed (FIGS. 19(b) and 19(c)). Further, an inner annular groove 133 concentric with the mechanism shaft 82 is formed on the outer circumferential side of the concave flat surface 132, and an outer annular groove 134 concentric with the mechanism axis 82 is also formed within the slopes 86b, 86b (peaks 87b, valleys 88b). (Fig. 19(b) and (c)).
It is preferable that the jagged surfaces of the joint surfaces 85a and 85b have the above-mentioned structure, but it is preferable to have "slopes 86a, 86a, valley 88a" and "slopes 86b, 86b, valley 88b" that lock and fit with each other. For example, other structures are also possible (not shown). Further, as long as the mounting angle of the axle support member 81 can be changed, other structures can be adopted (not shown).

参考、図2(a)、図4(a)、図6(a))。
(6) At the tip of the axle support member 81, the wheel 83 is attached to the outside via a substantially horizontal axle 83a. The axle 83a is located slightly behind the opening 76 from the rear portion of the opening 76 in the axial direction. In addition, when viewed from the front side 73 (front side 73 of the basic member 71, dog body 100 head 101 side), both axles 83a. Since the wheel 83a is formed substantially horizontally, both wheels 25, 25 touch the ground substantially perpendicularly.
Note that, as in the first embodiment, when the axles 83a, 83a are viewed from the front side 73 (the front side 73 of the basic member 71, the dog body 100 head 101 side), the inner side is lower and the outer side is higher. It is also possible to form the wheels 25, 25 at a slight incline so that the wheels 25, 25 are arranged in a "V" shape. )).
Further, the axle support member 81 can also be formed to be expandable and contractible in the length direction. In this case, in order to prevent the length from changing accidentally during use, a stopper function is provided to prevent the length from being easily moved at the set length.

(7) When the axle support member 81 is disengaged from the ratchet gear and switched to storage mode, the axle support member 81 moves upward from the horizontal state, and the rotating shaft 79 is disposed diagonally. , the wheels 83 can be accommodated so that they are positioned along the outer surface of the basic member 71 (as shown by chain lines 81 and 83 in FIG. 15).

(8) The base tool 70 is constructed as described above (FIGS. 14 to 17).

C-2. C-2. Composition of jacket 90

(1) The jacket 90 has a shape that generally covers the base tool 70 from an upper surface 91 and a lower surface 92, and consists of a rear side 94 that covers the base tool 70 and a front side 93 that projects from the base tool 70. Since the jacket 90 comes into direct contact with the dog's body 100, at least the upper surface 91 side is made of a soft material (for example, flexible cloth) that does not cause stress.

(2) The rear side 94 of the jacket is formed in a shape that covers the entire upper surface of the base tool 70 and covers at least the peripheral edge of the base tool 70 on the lower surface of the base tool 70, and has an upper surface opening 95 corresponding to the opening 76. (FIG. 10(b)). Further, a lower surface opening 96 is formed in the lower surface 92 so as to be continuous with the opening 76 of the base tool 70 and can also expose the bearing parts 78, 78 (the entire bearing base 135) (FIGS. 13(a) and 13(b), 10(b)).
Further, the front side 93 (upper surface 91 and lower surface 92) of the jacket 90 has a shape that protrudes forward from the front end 73a of the base 70 and covers even the front chest 105 of the dog body 100, so that the front legs 102 of the dog body 100 can be inserted therein. A front leg opening 97 is formed. The front leg opening 97 is formed by cutting out a U-shape from the upper edge.
Further, on the front side 93 of the jacket 90, there is a space between the front edge of the front leg opening 97 and the rear edge of the front leg opening 97 so as to loosely close the upper edge side of the U-shaped front leg openings 97, 97. , each of which has a connecting piece 98 removably attached thereto. Further, a fixing belt 98a that is hung around the back 107 of the dog body 100 is attached between the connecting pieces 98 and 97. A metal fitting provided in the middle of the fixing belt 98a allows it to be separated into two parts. Therefore, the fixing belt 98a is located near the front leg openings 97, 97 in the axial direction.
Further, in order to prevent the base tool 70 and the jacket 90 from shifting, the base end of a band-shaped stopper piece 99 is fixed to the front edge of the lower opening 96 of the lower surface 92, and the tip of the stopper piece 99 is fixed to the front edge of the lower opening 96 of the lower surface 92. It can also be removably locked to the front edge of the upper surface opening 95 (FIG. 13(b)).
The cloth on the upper surface 91 side and the cloth on the lower surface 92 side configured as described above are sewn together at the outer periphery to form an integrated jacket 90. The upper surface opening 95 on the upper surface 91 side and the lower surface opening 96 on the lower surface 92 side overlap, that is, the upper surface opening 95 is included in a part of the lower surface opening 96.

(1) The jacket 90 is attached to the base tool 70 by inserting the rear side 74 of the base tool 70 (basic member 71) through the lower opening 96 of the jacket 90. In this state, the opening 76 of the base tool 70 overlaps and communicates with the overlapping upper surface opening 95 on the upper surface 91 side and the lower surface opening 96 on the lower surface 92 side.
At this time, if a band-shaped stopper 99 is provided, the attached band-shaped stopper piece 99 should be turned to the rear side, and the band-shaped stopper piece 99 should be attached to the opening 76 of the base tool 70 (the upper surface opening 95 of the upper surface 91). It can also be folded back at the front edge) and fixed at the edge of the upper surface opening 95 of the upper surface 91 (FIGS. 13(a) and 13(b)).
As described above, the walking support device 60 of the present invention is configured (FIGS. 9 and 10). In addition, in this walking support device 60, since a large lower surface opening 96 is provided on the lower surface 92 side of the jacket 90, the jacket 90 can be easily attached to and removed from the base tool 70 through the lower surface opening 96, and if the jacket 90 becomes dirty, it can be replaced. Alternatively, the jacket 90 alone can be washed.

(2) The dog 100 using this walking support device 60 has a disease such as a herniated intervertebral disc and is unable to walk adequately on its own with its hind legs 103, 103. It is assumed that the function of the hind legs 103, 103 is lower than in the case of the first embodiment, and the hind legs 103, 103 cannot touch the ground.
The metal fittings of the fixing belt 98a are not connected, but separated to the two connecting pieces 98, 98 (both front leg openings 97, 97), and the dog body 100 is laid down on the upper surface 91 side of the walking support device 60, and the front leg openings are separated. The front legs 102, 102 are made to protrude downward from 97, 97, and the rear legs 103, 103 are positioned at the end of the rear side 94. Note that the rear legs 103, 103 can also be made to protrude rearward (in the axial direction 120) from the upper surface 91 of the walking support device 60 (FIGS. 11 and 12). Subsequently, the metal fittings of the fixing belt 98a are connected, and the fixing belt 98a is positioned on the back 107 of the dog body 100 on the side closer to the head 101. The walking support device 60 in this state is set to walking mode.
In addition, the dog body 100 does not come into direct contact with the base tool 70, and the feeling is similar to wearing the jacket 90 similar to a normal jacket, and the stress caused by wearing the walking support device 60 can be reduced. Furthermore, since the mechanical structure of the base tool 70 is exposed only around the wheels 25, the sense of discomfort felt by surrounding observers can be reduced compared to a healthy dog body 100.

(3) When the dog body 100 equipped with the walking support device 60 is placed on the ground 130, it is located on the ground 130 (FIGS. 12(a) and (c)), and the front legs 102, 102 and wheels 25, 25 touch the ground 130. .
In this state, the angle adjustment mechanism 84 is adjusted so that the head 87a and valley 88a of the first adjustment mechanism 84a are located at the valley 88b and top 87b of the second adjustment mechanism 84b (FIG. 18(c)). 89 has been adjusted.

(4) In this state, the dog body 100 can freely walk using the front legs 102, 102 and the wheels 25, 25. In addition, when an external force (acceleration) is generated on the walking support device 60 due to the dog body 100 suddenly starting walking, suddenly stopping walking, or due to a step or obstacle on the ground 108, the angle adjustment mechanism 84 adjusts the The head 87a of the first adjustment mechanism 84a separates from the valley 88b of the second adjustment mechanism 84b and rises to the slope 86b (the head 87b of the second adjustment mechanism 84b separates from the valley 88a of the first adjustment mechanism 84a and rises to the slope 86a) ), it can absorb external force (impact) as a cushion and reduce the load on the dog's body 100. In this state, the ground 130a is at the position of the wheels 25 (FIGS. 12(a) and 12(c)).
The amount of cushioning at this time, that is, the head 87a of the first adjustment mechanism 84a should not go up the slope 86b of the second adjustment mechanism 84b and exceed the top 86b (the head 87b of the second adjustment mechanism 84b should be 1), adjust the spring spring 89 in advance so as not to go up the slope 86a of the adjustment mechanism 84a and beyond the top 86a (FIG. 18(e)).

(5) In addition, when the dog body 100 (front legs 102, 102) is fatigued, the dog body 100 equipped with the walking support device 60 is raised from the ground 130, and a person lifts the axle support members 81, 81, respectively. If you apply a little force and rotate it upward (so that it approaches the lower surface 92 of the jacket 90), the head 87a of the first adjustment mechanism 84a will go up the slope 86b of the second adjustment mechanism 84b and go over the top 86b ( The head 87b of the second adjustment mechanism 84b has gone up the slope 86a of the first adjustment mechanism 84a and exceeded the top 86a) (FIG. 18(e)). Therefore, the axle support member 82 and the wheels 25 are stored above the lower surface of the base tool 70, the walking support device 60 reaches the ground 130b ((FIGS. 12(a) and 12(c)), and the donated body 100 is placed on the front legs 102, 102. By folding the dog body 100, the dog body 100 can take a so-called "prone" pose. The stress on the dog body 100 during rest can be reduced.
In addition, when returning the walking support device 60 to the running mode, the person rotates each of the axle support members 81, 81 downward (away from the lower surface 92 of the jacket 90) with a little force. .

(6) Furthermore, even if the dog body 100 excretes while wearing the walking support device 60, the excretory organs 110, 110 are exposed from the upper surface opening 95, the lower surface opening 96 of the jacket 90, and the opening 76 of the base tool 70. Therefore, there is no stress on the dog body 100, and the risk of the walking support device 60 getting dirty can be reduced.

D. Second embodiment of severe disease type

(1) The second type of the second embodiment of the present invention will be explained based on FIGS. 22 and 23. This pet walking support device 60 also includes a base device 70 and a jacket 90. The base tool 70 is the same as the first type (FIGS. 9 to 12).

(2) In the first type of jacket 90, the front leg openings 97 are formed by forming a U-shaped notch downward from the upper end, but in this second type, elliptical front leg openings 97, 97 are formed. (Figures 22, 22). That is, in the first type, a connecting piece 98 was provided above the front leg opening 97, but in this second type, a remaining piece 97a is formed in place of the connecting piece 98, and between the remaining pieces 97a, 97a or between the front leg opening 97. A fixing belt 98a is attached to the periphery of , 97 (FIGS. 22 and 22).
Other configurations are similar to the first embodiment of the severe disease type.

E. Second embodiment of mild disease type

A second embodiment of the mild disease type of the present invention will be described based on FIGS. 24 to 32. This pet walking support device 60 also includes a base device 70 and a jacket 90.

E-1. Configuration of base tool 70 (FIGS. 26 to 27, FIGS. 30 to 32)

(1) Construct a bent plate-shaped basic member 71 that can be positioned in the entire range from the abdomen 106 on the rear side of the front legs 102 to the rear side in the axial direction 120 of the dog body 100. The basic member 71 has a plate shape with a downwardly convex semicircular cross section in the direction perpendicular to the axial direction 120, and the upper edge 72 of the front side 73 extends above the side part 108 of the dog's body 100 and near the back part 107. The center of gravity is set in such a shape that the dog body 100 does not fall off or fall even if it moves normally (FIGS. 26 and 27).
The basic member 71 is cut from the rear end 74a in the axial direction 120, and a notch is formed in the center in the direction perpendicular to the axial direction 120 toward the front side, and the remainder of the front side 73 is used as the abdominal abutment piece 141. , a first basic member piece 143 and a second basic member piece 146 are located on the rear side in the axial direction 120 (located on the side surfaces 108a and 108b of the dog's body 100) following the abdomen abutting piece 141. A large opening 151 is formed between the first basic member piece 143 and the second basic member piece 146, and the large opening 151 allows the hind legs 103, 103 of the dog body 100 to be positioned, and the excretion opening 153. (Figure 26, Figure 27).

(2) On the lower surface of the front side of the abdomen abutting piece 141 of the basic member 71 (lower surface near the front end 73a of the front side 73), a band-shaped, hard shape-retaining portion 137 with little bending is formed. Note that the entire abdomen abutting piece 141, the first basic member piece 143, and the second basic member piece 146 are made of a flexible and flexible material.
Bearing parts 78, 78 are provided on the lower surface of the shape-retaining part 137 to support a rotating shaft 79 (approximately horizontal, with the tip facing slightly upward) that receives the wheel support member 81. A base end portion of a wheel support member 81 having a wheel 83 at the distal end portion is rotatably attached to each bearing portion 78 . The axle support member 81 is attached to the rotating shaft 79 of the bearing part 78 with the wheel 83 facing downward diagonally to the rear side, and an angle adjustment mechanism 84 is built in the base end side of the bearing part 78 and the wheel support part 81. There is. Further, the wheel support members 81, 81 are arranged so that the wheels 83 are inclined outward so that the vehicle can run stably (FIG. 32).
Therefore, the wheel support member 81 can normally change the inclination angle downward from the horizontal within a predetermined angle (assumed to be about 30 degrees, but optional) in the use mode by the angle adjustment mechanism 84. .
The rotating shafts 79, 79 are formed to be slightly inclined so that the inner side is lower and the outer side is higher when viewed from the front end 73a side of the front side 73 (the front side of the basic member 71, the head side of the dog body 100). (Figure 30).
Further, a cap portion 78a having a hemispherical outer shape is formed on the base end side of the axle support portion 81, and an angle adjustment mechanism 84 is formed between the bearing portion 78 and the inside of the cap portion 78a (FIG. 27(a)).

(3) A mechanism shaft 82 coaxial with the rotating shaft 79 is disposed within the cap portion 78a, and the mechanism shaft 82 is movable in the axial direction by a push button 155 near the apex of the cap portion 82a. A flat adjustment gear 156 is pivotally supported on the tip side. The bearing part 78 is formed with a gear accommodating part 161 that accommodates the adjustment gear 156 and allows the adjustment gear 156 to freely rotate. The inner periphery of the tip part (cap part 78a side) of the gear accommodating part 161 has a An inner locking portion 162 that can mesh with the adjustment gear 156 is formed (FIG. 31).
A gear accommodating portion 157 is also formed within the cap portion 78 , and an inner locking portion 158 (approximately the same shape as the inner locking portion 172 ) is formed. Further, a spring 169 is fitted to the mechanism shaft 82, which biases the adjustment gear 156 together with the mechanism shaft 82 toward the inner locking portion 158 during normal operation (FIG. 31).
Therefore, normally, when the push button 155 is not operated, the adjustment gear 156 meshes and locks with both the inner locking parts 158 and 162, and the mechanism shaft 82 is connected to the rotating shaft 79 (the axle support member is connected to the bearing part 78). When the push button 155 is pressed against the spring 159, the adjustment gear 156 is disengaged from the inner locking portions 158 and 162, enters the gear storage portion 161, and rotates against the rotating shaft 79. This allows rotation of the mechanism shaft 82 (adjustment gear 156) and allows the axle support member 81 to be tilted at an arbitrary angle. When the push button 155 is released in this state, the mechanism shaft 82 and adjustment gear 156 are rotated by the spring 159. returns to the initial position, and the adjustment gear 156 is locked to the inner locking parts 158 and 162, so that the axle support member 81 maintains its angle. Also, the adjustment gear 156 is formed with a long hole 156a, and the cap part 78a is An adjustment rod 164 that can be inserted into the elongated hole 156a and is parallel to the mechanism axis 82 is formed on the inside. ) is set at a predetermined angle (approximately 30 degrees) from the horizontal (Fig. 31).Furthermore, the axle support member 81 can adjust the length of the shaft (for example, in three steps) in the length direction (axial direction). It is formed like this.
(4) Further, at the tip of the axle support member 81, a spring 166 is arranged on the axle 83a of the wheel 83 to press the wheel 83 downward, so that the outside of the axle 83 (that is, the side of the wheel 83) moves up and down. As shown in FIG. 32(b), the wheel 83 is deformed so that the cushion and the outside of the axle 83a rotate by about 10 degrees.

(5) As described above, the base tool 70 is constructed (FIGS. 26 to 27 and 30 to 32).
In the figure, 166 is a spring that can change the angle (about 10 degrees) of the axle 83a and is biased toward one side. Moreover, 167 in the figure is a spring cap (FIG. 32(a)).

(6) In addition, in the angle adjustment structure of the axle support member 81, the adjustment gear 156 is engaged with both the inner locking portion 161 of the bearing portion 78 and the inner locking portions 162, 158 of the cap portion 78a. It is also possible to have the following configuration. E-2. Structure of jacket 90 (Fig. 28)

(1) The jacket 90 has a shape that generally covers the base tool 70 from an upper surface 91 and a lower surface 92, and consists of a rear side 94 that covers the base tool 70 and a front side 93 that projects from the base tool 70. Since the jacket 90 comes into direct contact with the dog's body 100, the upper surface 91 and the lower surface 92 (at least the upper surface 91) are made of a soft material that does not cause stress, such as flexible cloth.

Furthermore, when the hook-and-loop tape pieces 176 and 176a are engaged to connect the tip of the first cover portion 171 and the tip of the second cover portion 172, the connecting portion (the tip of the first cover portion 171 A band-shaped reinforcing belt (made of similar flexible cloth) 177 is formed to wrap around and reinforce the tip of the first cover section 171 (or the overlapped portion of the second cover section 172). The leading end of the reinforcing belt 177 is fixed to the leading end of the reinforcing belt 172). The reinforcing belt 177 has a length that allows it to be wrapped one and a half times (at least once) around the connecting portion (the portion where the leading end of the first cover part 171 and the leading end of the second cover part 172 overlap). In this case, hooks or hooks are attached to the middle part and the tip of the reinforcing belt 177 so that the reinforcing belt 177 can be engaged with each other to maintain its length.
Further, the proximal ends of fixing belts 178, 178 are fixed to both outer ends of the abdominal cover part 173 (the proximal end side of the first cover part 171 and the proximal end side of the second cover part 172). Detachable connecting hardware (made of resin) is fixed to the tips of the fixing belts 178, 178, and the fixing belts 178, 178 can be connected on the back 107 side of the dog body 100 to form a ring shape.
Further, the base end of the first U-shaped belt 52 is fixed to the central opening 174 of the first cover part 171, and the base end of the second U-shaped belt 55 is fixed to the central opening 174 side of the second cover part 172. Fix it. The first U-shaped belt 52 crosses the central opening 174 and wraps its tip around the second cover part 172 (second basic member piece 146) so that it can be detachably attached. Similarly, the second U-shaped belt 55 crosses the central opening 174 and wraps its tip around the first cover part 171 (first basic member piece 143) so that it can be detachably attached. There is. At this time, the first U-shaped belt 52 and the second U-shaped belt 55 intersect within the central opening 174, and the central opening 174 is aligned in the axial direction 120 with the front, center right, center left, and rear sides. Categorize into The crossed first U-shaped belt 52 and second U-shaped belt 55 can support the back side of the abdomen 109 of the dog body 100 (including the area around the hind legs 103 and the area around the excretory organ 110) (Fig. 28 (a)(c)). The first U-shaped belt 52 and the second U-shaped belt 55 are formed from a flexible material such as cloth (FIGS. 28(a) and 28(b)). In addition, the first U-shaped belt 52 (second U-shaped belt 55) is engaged with each other at the tip end and the middle part, and maintains engagement with the first cover section 171 and the like, and has a long length. Velcro tape or hooks are attached to hold it in place.
Further, an excrement storage bag 184 for containing excrement (feces, etc.) can be attached to the rear side of the central opening 174 (FIGS. 25(b) and 25(d)).
