Description

This disclosure relates to a method and a program.

Corporations are legally required to disclose certain information to public institutions through registration procedures. The details of the required registration procedures vary depending on the type of corporation (including corporate organizations such as joint-stock companies and limited liability companies, as well as non-corporate organizations such as general incorporated associations and general incorporated foundations) and individual circumstances, and are specifically stipulated by law on an individual basis. However, these statutory mechanisms are complex, and registration applications are often made through specialists such as judicial scriveners.

Given these issues, there has been a demand for technical means to reduce the burden of registration applications and enable quicker registration application procedures, and several technologies have been known to meet such demands. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses technology relating to a registration application support system that accepts a selection of items to be registered (registration matters) from a user according to the notation on a website, accepts input of necessary items according to the displayed content according to the selection, and creates registration application documents.

However, when multiple changes are made to registered information, it is difficult to determine the type of documents that need to be submitted. Therefore, if there is an error in even one of the registered changes, the documents may be returned by the Legal Affairs Bureau, etc., which places a heavy burden on the applicant.

Therefore, this disclosure has been made in consideration of the above problems, and its purpose is to provide a method and program that can reduce the burden of multiple change registration applications.

According to the present disclosure, a method is provided in which a processor acquires a plurality of type information, which is information related to the type of a change registration application related to a corporation; acquires registration application related information, which is information related to a plurality of matters required for a new registration application; identifies application related document data, which is data related to documents related to the plurality of change registration applications, based on a combination of the plurality of type information of the change registration application; and outputs the identified application related document data based on the registration application related information.

According to the present disclosure, a program is provided for a computer to perform functions consisting of acquiring a plurality of type information, which is information relating to the type of a change registration application relating to a corporation; acquiring registration application-related information, which is information relating to a plurality of matters required for a new registration application; identifying application-related document data, which is data relating to documents related to the plurality of change registration applications, based on a combination of the plurality of type information of the change registration application; and outputting the identified application-related document data based on the registration application-related information.

This disclosure can reduce the burden of multiple change registration applications.

A preferred embodiment of the present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings. Note that in this specification and drawings, components having substantially the same functional configuration are designated by the same reference numerals to avoid redundant description.

FIG. 1 is a diagram showing an overview of a change registration application support system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The example shown in FIG. 1 shows a flow from acquiring registration application related information based on a registration record to creating and outputting application related document data using the change registration application support system according to this embodiment. The example shown in the figure shows an example of change registration application support when applying for a trade name change registration and a head office location transfer registration for a certain company (ABC Co., Ltd.) based on the contents of a registration certificate, which is a registration record. Storage 11c stores programs and information used for various processes. For example, storage 11c may store a program for displaying the flight status and inspection status of an unmanned aerial vehicle.

The transceiver unit 11d connects the control unit 11 to a network such as the Internet, and may be equipped with a communication interface such as a local area network (LAN), a wide area network (WAN), infrared, wireless, WiFi, a point-to-point (P2P) network, a telecommunications network, cloud communication, LTE, Bluetooth (registered trademark), or BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy).

The input/output unit 11e is an interface to which input/output devices are connected, and in this embodiment, for example, a display device 20 is connected.

The bus 11f transmits, for example, address signals, data signals, and various control signals between the connected processor 11a, memory 11b, storage 11c, transceiver unit 11d, and input/output unit 11e.

The display device 20 is an example of a display unit, and displays videos and images. The display device 20 may be, for example, a monitor, a display, a touch panel, or other device. The display device 20 may also be configured with a projector and a projection surface.

Figure 3 is a diagram showing an example of functional blocks of an information processing device 10 that realizes the change registration application support system according to this embodiment. As shown in the figure, the information processing device 10 according to this embodiment has a registration record acquisition unit 101, an input information acquisition unit 102, a registration application related information acquisition unit 103, an application related document data identification unit 104, and an application related document data output unit 105.

The change registration application support system, which will be described in detail below, can be configured to realize one or more of its functions using multiple devices, and each of its functional blocks can be realized as hardware or software. Examples of devices that use a computer include hardware components such as a CPU, main memory, GPU, image memory, bus, secondary storage device (hard disk or non-volatile memory), various input devices such as a keyboard, operation buttons, touch panel, and electronic pen for touching the touch panel, a microphone, display and various other output devices, and other external peripheral devices, as well as interfaces for those external peripheral devices, communication interfaces, driver programs for controlling that hardware, and other application programs.

The registration record acquisition unit 101 is configured to acquire information on registration records related to commercial/corporate registration. "Registration records related to commercial/corporate registration" refers to records related to information already registered about a corporation, and more specifically, may be records such as a registration certificate issued by a public institution, a registry office, registration information data related to a corporation that is provided online by a registry office or other public institution, and registration information data acquired from a registry office by a private business operator and then made public after accumulation.

Specific methods for obtaining registration records include, first, receiving data such as a registration certificate of the corporation related to the registration application via scanning or other optical reading methods, or receiving an upload of the data. Alternatively, registration information data related to the corporation stored on a server owned by a public institution or private business may be obtained via an API (Application Programming Interface) provided on the server. In other words, the registration records must be created directly or indirectly by electromagnetic means. By adopting this configuration, a certain level of reliability is guaranteed, and it becomes possible to create registration application-related document data using information with a relatively low risk of clerical errors.

Figure 4 is a diagram showing a portion of the registration information data of a corporation called "ABC Co., Ltd.", which is a registration record acquired by the registration record acquisition unit 101. As shown in the figure, multiple columns L1 for items to be registered as registration information data are provided, and registration contents L2 corresponding to each of the items to be registered are recorded. Note that some of the registered matters recorded in the diagram have been changed in the past, and some of them are recorded as having undergone change registration procedures. In relation to the acquisition of the registration record, the change registration application support system according to the present invention may be configured to have a registration record storage unit that stores the registration record in association with a single ID, and to acquire the registration record from the registration record storage unit. The input information acquisition unit 102 has a function of acquiring input information that is information related to a change registration application related to a corporation. Here, the input information may include, for example, type information that is information related to the type of change registration application, individual item information that is information related to the registration items related to the type information, and effective date information that is information related to the effective date of the change registration application.

The type of change registration application refers to the establishment, abolition, change, and other matters that are required to be registered in advance by laws and regulations. There can be a huge number of items in the type of change registration application, but taking a joint-stock company as an example, possible items include changes to the trade name, addition/change/deletion of purposes, changes to the head office location, changes to the content of shares or capital, appointment (reappointment) or retirement of officers, exemption or restriction of liability of officials, appointment/retirement of managers, changes to matters related to stock acquisition rights, etc. Information related to these types is referred to as type information in this specification.

For example, the input information acquisition unit 102 may display on the display device 20 a display mode that gives the user an opportunity to select from these types of information by displaying them in advance, and accepts input according to the selection. As mentioned above, the type information may include a wide variety of information, so this is to allow the user to input the type information accurately and without error. Specifically, a configuration is conceivable in which multiple hierarchical tags are provided for each type of information, question information that is one or more questions for identifying the type information is displayed and output, and further question information identified according to the answer to the question information and the answer are repeatedly output to identify the type information required by the user. The effective date may be the effective date on which the change registration takes effect for the type that is the subject of the change registration application. When multiple change registration applications are made, the effective dates may differ for each change registration application. In that case, for example, for a change registration application related to a previous effective date, it is necessary to enter the registration details before the change in the registration application form, rather than the registration details to be changed for the type related to the other change registration applications. In this system, regardless of the timing of the effective date, the appropriate registration details for each change registration application can be reflected in the application-related document data simply by inputting the type information, individual item information, and effective date information for each of multiple change registration applications. Note that the effective date information does not necessarily have to be information generated by user input, but may be information generated by the change registration application support system, as described below.

The input information acquisition unit 102 may also acquire registration application related information, which will be described later. Such registration application related information may include, for example, information that the registration record acquisition unit 101 cannot directly acquire from the registration record. Such information may be, for example, information regarding the shareholder register (specifically, the type of stock, the date of stock acquisition, the number of shares, the ownership ratio, the number of voting rights held, the name/name of the shareholder, the address/residence, a remarks column, etc.).

The registration application related information acquisition unit 103 is configured to acquire registration application related information, which is information on multiple items required for a new registration application, based on the registration records acquired by the registration record acquisition unit 101. Here, "based on the registration records" means acquiring the registration application related information using information on the corporations that constitute the registration records. By adopting a configuration in which the information required for a registration application is acquired directly from public institutions such as the Legal Affairs Bureau and registry office, or based on the registration records acquired from these public institutions, using registration records held by private businesses or recorded and held in the above-mentioned registration record holding unit, it is possible to reduce the risk of clerical errors and the cost of inputting information.

There are various methods for acquiring registration application related information. For example, a method is considered in which various character information recorded in the registration record is analyzed to determine whether it has a specific meaning by executing a program for natural language processing stored in advance, regardless of its position, and the analysis result is acquired as registration application related information. Specifically, when character information that is thought to be related to the trade name of a corporation, such as "XX Co., Ltd." or "△△ LLC," is determined to be recorded, the character information is processed to recognize it as the trade name of the corporation related to the change registration application. For example, as shown in FIG. 4, a case in which ABC Co., Ltd. applies for a change registration of the location of its head office will be explained as an example. In this case, if the acquired registration record is in the format shown in FIG. 4, first, it is identified whether information indicating the location of the head office is included in the information shown in the area of the column L1 of the items to be registered. Whether or not information indicating the head office location is included may be determined by analyzing the text information recorded in that area using natural language processing, or by using commercial register entry rules, which are rules that conform to the order of entries in the commercial register, to identify and determine the location that is believed to contain information indicating the head office location as stipulated in the rules.

If an area indicating that the head office location is recorded as an item to be registered based on the judgments made up to this point can be identified, the information shown in the "Registration Content" L2 area corresponding to that area is obtained as registration application related information. Using Figure 4 to explain the process when carrying out the head office location relocation change registration application procedure, the entry "8-8 Yaesu 2-chome, Chuo-ku, Tokyo" written in the "Head Office" column in the figure is obtained as registration application related information regarding the head office location.

Here, it is possible that multiple pieces of information are registered in the "registration contents" area for one "item to be registered." The registration application related information acquisition unit 103 may acquire the registration application related information via the input information acquisition unit 102. Creating application-related document data based on category information and registration application-related information can involve using standard data, which is a template or other standard data format for application-related document data required to correspond to specific category information. A possible configuration is to store the standard data in advance or obtain it from an external server via a network, and record the registration application-related information in a specified position in the standard data, thereby creating the application-related document data required for a change registration application.

In this case, the registration application-related information is used to determine and specify the type and content of documents to be attached when applying for registration, in addition to information directly related to the registration matters.
