Claims (9)
- 複数の電池セルが積層されて形成された電池セル積層体、
前記電池セル積層体の下部面に塗布されている粘着層、
複数のモジュール領域を有し、前記電池セル積層体が装着される下部パックハウジング、および
前記粘着層と前記下部パックハウジングの間に位置する熱伝導性樹脂層を含み、
前記粘着層は、絶縁性を有する、電池パックであって、
前記電池セル積層体の両端部を覆う絶縁カバー、および
前記絶縁カバーと隣接した前記電池セル積層体の両端部を囲むホールディング部材をさらに含み、
前記電池セル積層体、前記絶縁カバー、前記ホールディング部材、および前記粘着層を含む電池モジュールが、下部パックハウジングに直接装着されている、電池パック。 - 前記熱伝導性樹脂層は、前記下部パックハウジングに直接接触する、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記複数のモジュール領域は、前記下部パックハウジング内に形成された複数の隔壁により区画され、前記隔壁は、複数の前記電池セル積層体のうち隣り合う電池セル積層体の間に位置する、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記熱伝導性樹脂層は、第1熱伝導性樹脂層および第2熱伝導性樹脂層を含み、
前記複数のモジュール領域は、前記隔壁により互いに区画される第1領域および第2領域を含み、
前記第1熱伝導性樹脂層は、前記第1領域に対応するように形成され、前記第2熱伝導性樹脂層は、前記第2領域に対応するように形成される、請求項3に記載の電池パック。 - 複数の前記電池セル積層体を覆う上部パックハウジングをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 複数の電池セルを積層して電池セル積層体を形成する段階、
前記電池セル積層体の両端部を覆う絶縁カバーを形成する段階、
前記絶縁カバーと隣接した前記電池セル積層体の両端部を囲むホールディング部材を形成する段階、
前記電池セル積層体の下部面に絶縁性を有する粘着物質を塗布して粘着層を形成する段階、
複数のモジュール領域を有する下部パックハウジング内に熱伝導性樹脂層を形成する段階、および
前記熱伝導性樹脂層に前記電池セル積層体の下部面が当接するように前記電池セル積層体を前記下部パックハウジング内に装着する段階を含む、電池パック製造方法。 - 前記粘着層を形成する段階は、前記電池セル積層体を上下反転した状態で前記電池セル積層体の下部面に向かって絶縁性粘着スプレーを噴射する段階を含む、請求項6に記載の電池パック製造方法。
- 前記複数のモジュール領域は、複数の隔壁により区画され、前記電池セル積層体は、互いに隣り合う前記隔壁の間に装着される、請求項7に記載の電池パック製造方法。
- 前記粘着層の厚さは、前記熱伝導性樹脂層の厚さよりも薄く形成される、請求項6~8のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック製造方法。
