Description

The present invention relates to a soundproofing unit that reduces noise from elevated structures that have openings for purposes such as snow removal.

Soundproofing units such as soundproofing walls that reduce noise from roads, railways, etc. have been used for a long time, and various inventions have been proposed.

For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a bridge noise reduction device that reduces noise radiating from a floor opening of a bridge into the space below, and includes a noise passing section of a predetermined length through which the noise passes from the floor opening toward the space below, the noise passing section is divided into a plurality of passages inside, and the noise passes through the plurality of passages from the floor opening toward the space below.

The noise reduction device shown in Patent Document 1 divides the interior of a noise passage section of a given length into multiple passages, so that the noise passing through an opening in the floor of the bridge is reduced by multiple reflections within the passages. However, the present invention provides a soundproofing unit that effectively reduces noise in an elevated structure with an opening, using a different configuration.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has the following configuration.
In other words, the soundproofing unit of the present invention is a soundproofing unit installed below an opening that penetrates an elevated structure in the vertical direction, and comprises a cylindrical tube wall portion whose middle portion communicates with the opening and protrudes downward, and a soundproofing member arranged at the lower end of the cylindrical wall portion, and the soundproofing member has a front panel and a lower panel having a number of through holes formed over almost the entire surface, and comprises an inclined soundproofing panel portion that approaches the inside of the opening as it extends downward, with the tip of the soundproofing panel portion being arranged below the lower end of the cylindrical wall portion and the tip of the inclined soundproofing panel portion being connected to the connection portion between the front panel and the lower panel , and a sound-absorbing material is arranged on the opposite side of the opening to the soundproofing panel portion and directly above the through holes in the lower panel .
Also, a soundproofing unit installed below an opening that penetrates an elevated structure in the vertical direction,
The soundproofing member comprises a cylindrical wall portion whose middle portion communicates with the opening and protrudes downward, and a soundproofing member arranged at the lower end of the cylindrical wall portion, the soundproofing member having a front panel and a bottom panel each having a number of through holes formed over almost the entire surface, and a soundproofing plate portion shaped like an inclined plate that approaches the inside of the opening as it extends downward, the tip of the soundproofing plate portion being arranged below the lower end of the cylindrical wall portion and the tip of the inclined soundproofing plate portion being connected to the connection portion between the front panel and the bottom panel, a sound-absorbing material being arranged on the opposite side of the opening with respect to the soundproofing plate portion and directly above the through hole in the bottom panel, and a sound-absorbing material being arranged directly above the soundproofing plate portion and directly behind the through hole in the front panel.

According to the soundproofing unit of the present invention, the tube has a cylindrical wall portion that protrudes downward and has a cylindrical center portion that is connected to the opening of the elevated structure. Therefore, noise generated on the elevated structure and passing through the opening further passes through the cylindrical center portion of the cylindrical wall portion to the outside, and the outlet for the noise is positioned further downward, suppressing the spread of the noise and making it less likely to reach distant locations.
In addition, the soundproofing material arranged at the lower end of the tubular wall portion is provided with an inclined soundproofing plate portion that approaches the inside of the opening as it extends downward, and the lower end of this soundproofing plate portion is arranged lower than the lower end of the tubular wall portion, so that the tip of the soundproofing plate portion can be arranged at a lower position.
In addition, since sound-absorbing material is placed on the opposite side of the opening in the sound-proofing plate, noise diffracted at the tip of the sound-proofing plate reaches the sound-absorbing material and is attenuated, making it difficult for noise passing through the cylindrical wall to travel outward and to the side, and reducing the likelihood of the noise reaching distant locations.

In addition, if the sound-absorbing material provided on the soundproofing member is placed directly above the sound-proofing board, the noise can be attenuated by the sound-absorbing material before it reaches the tip of the sound-proofing board, making it less likely for the noise to reach far away, which is preferable.

The soundproofing unit of the present invention can attenuate noise passing through openings in bridges, making it less likely to travel far.

The soundproof unit 1 includes a soundproof member 3 at the lower part of the cylindrical wall portion 2. The soundproof member 3 shown in Figures 1 and 2 is a rectangular box-shaped panel body formed separately from the cylindrical wall portion 2, and a plurality of soundproof members 3 are arranged side by side in a ring shape and attached to the entire circumference of the lower end of the cylindrical wall portion 2.
3 shows the soundproofing member 3 of FIG. 2, (A) being a front view, (B) being a bottom view, and FIG. 4 being a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA of FIG.
The soundproofing member 3 is a box-shaped body including a front plate 30a, a rear plate 30b, an upper plate 30c, a lower plate 30d, and two side plates 30e, each of which is rectangular, and a circular through hole 31 is formed over almost the entire surface of the front plate 30a and the lower plate 30d. The rear plate 30b, the upper plate 30c, and each side plate 30e function as a soundproofing plate.
In Fig. 3, the through hole 31 is only partially shown for the sake of simplification. Also, the soundproofing member 4 shown in Figs. 3 and 4 has a vertical cross section between the side panels 30e that is formed in substantially the same shape as the cross section shown in Fig. 4 over substantially the entire length in the left-right direction.

A soundproofing plate portion 4 having a vertical plate portion 41, a horizontal plate portion 42, and an inclined plate portion 43, each of which is rectangular, is housed and attached inside the soundproofing member 3.
The vertical plate portion 41 is disposed parallel to and spaced from the front plate 30a, with its lower end positioned above and spaced from the lower plate 30d, and its upper end connected to the upper plate 30c.
The horizontal plate portion 42 is disposed parallel to and spaced from the lower plate 30d, with its front end connected to the lower end of the vertical plate portion 41 and its rear end connected to the rear plate 30b.
The inclined plate portion 43 is arranged with an inclination that slopes more forward as it extends downward, with its upper end connected to the connection portion between the vertical plate portion 41 and the horizontal plate portion 42, and its lower end connected to the connection portion between the front plate 30a and the lower plate 30d.

Inside the soundproofing member 3, sound absorbing materials 51 and 52 each formed in a rectangular plate shape are fitted.
The sound absorbing material 51 is stored in a hollow space surrounded by the inclined plate portion 43 , the lower plate 30 d , the rear plate 30 b , and the side plate portion 42 , and is disposed directly behind the inclined plate portion 43 .
The sound absorbing material 52 is stored in the hollow space surrounded by the inclined plate portion 43 , the front plate 30 a , the upper plate 30 c , and the vertical plate portion 41 , and is disposed directly above the inclined plate portion 43 .
The sound-absorbing material 51 attenuates noise that penetrates into the inside of the soundproofing member 3 through the through hole 31 provided in the lower panel 30d, and the sound-absorbing material 52 attenuates noise that penetrates into the inside of the soundproofing member 3 through the through hole 31 provided in the front panel 30a.

Fig. 5 is a diagram showing a state in which the soundproofing member 3 of Fig. 4 is attached to a cylindrical wall portion 2. The cylindrical wall portion 2 shown in Fig. 5 is the same as the cylindrical wall portion 2 of the soundproofing unit 1 shown in Figs. 1 and 2, and the soundproofing member 3 shown in Fig. 5 is the same as the soundproofing member 3 shown in Figs. 1 and 2.
The soundproofing member 3 is attached with its upper plate 30c in contact with the lower surface of the cylindrical wall portion 2. In addition, in Fig. 5, the right side in the figure is the cylindrical center portion of the cylindrical wall portion 2, and the opening 83 is located above the right side of the cylindrical wall portion 2 in Fig. 5. In other words, the soundproofing member 3 is disposed with the front plate 30a facing the opening 83 side.
The soundproofing member 3 is configured so that noise that passes through the opening 83 of the elevated structure 8 and further through the cylindrical portion of the cylindrical wall portion 2 and enters the inside through the through hole 31 of the front panel 30a is attenuated by the sound-absorbing material 52.

The soundproofing member 3 is also configured so that when noise that has passed through the middle of the tube wall portion 2 passes downward, the noise is diffracted at the lower end of the inclined plate portion 43, which is the connection portion between the front plate 30a and the lower plate 30d, passes through the through hole 31 of the lower plate 30d, enters the inside, and is attenuated by the sound absorbing material 51. By arranging the sound absorbing material 51 at a position on the opposite side of the opening 83 with respect to the inclined plate portion 43, the noise diffracted at the lower end of the inclined plate portion 43 can be effectively attenuated.

The soundproofing unit 1 shown in Figures 1 and 2 has a tube wall portion 2 and a soundproofing member 3 protruding downward from the underside of the vehicle running section 82, so that the outlet of the noise passing through the opening 83 moves to the lower end of the soundproofing member 3 located below the opening 83. In this way, by positioning the noise outlet at a lower position, the noise is more likely to reach the ground, and the lateral spread of the noise is suppressed, making it less likely to reach distant places.

In addition, in the soundproofing unit 1 shown in Figures 1 and 2, in each soundproofing member 3 arranged at the lower end of the tubular wall portion 2, noise is diffracted at the tip of each inclined plate portion 43 and attenuated by the sound-absorbing material 51, so that the noise passing under the soundproofing member 3 is effectively prevented from spreading laterally outward, making it less likely to reach distant locations.
In this way, the soundproofing member 3 of the soundproof unit 1 diffracts and attenuates the noise at the lower end of the inclined plate portion 43, thereby suppressing the lateral spread of the noise, so it is preferable to position the lower end of the inclined plate portion 43 at a lower position. That is, it is preferable to position the inclined plate portion 43 below the cylindrical wall portion 2, and it is more preferable to position the inclined plate portion 43 at the lower end of the soundproofing member 3 positioned below the cylindrical wall portion 2 as shown in Figure 5.

An L-shaped side plate 30e is attached to close the left and right openings of the cylindrical body formed by these plate-like members to form a box-shaped soundproofing member 3.

The front plate 30a and the lower plate 30d are each formed with a circular through hole 31 over substantially the entire surface thereof.
In Fig. 6, only a portion of the through hole 31 is shown to simplify the drawing. Also, in the soundproofing member 4 shown in Figs. 6 and 7, the vertical cross section between the side panels 30e is formed to have substantially the same shape as the cross section shown in Fig. 7 over substantially the entire length in the left-right direction.
The first rear plate 30ba, the second rear plate 30bb, the first top plate 30ca, the second top plate 30cb, and the side plates 30e function as sound insulation plates.

An inclined sound insulating plate portion 4 is housed and attached inside the soundproofing member 3.
The sound-proofing panel portion 4 is arranged in an inclined manner that slopes more forward as it extends downward, with its upper end connected to the connection portion between the first rear panel 30ba and the second upper panel 30cb, and its lower end connected to the connection portion between the front panel 30a and the lower panel 30d.

Inside the soundproofing member 3, sound absorbing materials 51 and 52 each formed in a rectangular plate shape are fitted.
The sound absorbing material 51 is stored in a hollow space surrounded by the sound insulation plate portion 4, the lower plate 30d, the second rear plate 30bb, and the second upper plate 30cb, and is disposed directly behind the sound insulation plate portion 4.
The sound absorbing material 52 is stored in a hollow space surrounded by the sound insulation plate portion 4, the front plate 30a, the first upper plate 30ca, and the first rear plate 30ba, and is disposed directly above the sound insulation plate portion 4.
Similar to the soundproofing member 3 shown in Figures 3 and 4, the sound-absorbing material 51 of the soundproofing member 3 shown in Figures 6 and 7 attenuates noise that penetrates into the inside of the soundproofing member 3 through the through hole 31 provided in the lower panel 30d, and the sound-absorbing material 52 attenuates noise that penetrates into the inside of the soundproofing member 3 through the through hole 31 provided in the front panel 30a.

FIG. 8 is a view showing a state in which the soundproof member 3 of FIG.
The cylindrical wall portion 2 shown in Fig. 8 is installed on an elevated structure 8 in the same manner as the cylindrical wall portion 2 of the soundproof unit 1 shown in Fig. 1 and 2. In other words, the soundproof unit 1 shown in Fig. 8 differs from the soundproof unit shown in Fig. 1 and 2 only in the configuration of the soundproof member 3. A plurality of soundproof members 3 shown in Fig. 8 are arranged side by side and attached around the entire circumference of the lower end of the cylindrical wall portion 2.

The soundproofing member 3 is attached by abutting its second upper plate 30cb against the lower surface of the cylindrical wall portion 2 and abutting its first rear plate 30ba against the inner side surface of the cylindrical wall portion 2. That is, the soundproofing member 3 is disposed with the front plate 30a facing the opening 83 side.
Like the soundproofing member 3 shown in Figure 5, the soundproofing member 3 is configured so that noise that passes through the opening 83 of the elevated structure 8 and further through the cylindrical portion of the cylindrical wall portion 2 and enters the inside through the through hole 31 of the front panel 30a is attenuated by the sound-absorbing material 52.
5, the soundproofing member 3 is configured such that when noise passing through the middle part of the cylindrical wall portion 2 passes downward, the noise is diffracted at the lower end of the soundproofing plate portion 4 and attenuated by the sound-absorbing material 51.

The soundproof unit 1 according to the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications are possible without departing from the gist of the present invention.
For example, in each of the soundproof units 1 shown in Fig. 5 and Fig. 8, the cylindrical wall portion 2 is formed of a soundproof panel, but this is not limited thereto. The cylindrical wall portion 2 may be formed by selecting or combining various materials having sound insulation properties, such as metal, synthetic resin, mortar, concrete, etc.

In addition, each soundproofing unit 1 has the soundproofing material 3 attached around the entire circumference of the lower end of the tube wall portion 2, but this is not limited thereto, and the soundproofing material 3 may not be attached to a portion of the lower end of the tube wall portion 2. However, in order to prevent noise passing through the opening 83 from reaching distant locations, it is preferable that the soundproofing material 3 is attached to the lower end of the wall portion of the rectangular tube wall portion 2 that is arranged along the vehicle's traveling direction in the vehicle running portion 82, and it is more preferable to attach the soundproofing material 3 around the entire circumference of the lower end of the tube wall portion 2, as in the soundproofing units 1 shown in Figures 5 and 8.
