Description

The present invention relates to a soundproofing device that can be miniaturized to improve mounting properties and reduce manufacturing costs, and is particularly suitable for a soundproofing device that constitutes an upper portion of a soundproofing wall provided as a measure for preventing noise generated from roads, railways, factories, and the like. It is a thing.

Conventionally, as a countermeasure against noise generated from roads, railways, factories, etc., it has been widely practiced to install a soundproof wall in order to prevent the noise from directly propagating. This is because the cost of countermeasures is relatively low among various noise prevention measures, and it is effective against various noise sources. By increasing the height of the noise barrier, the noise reduction effect can be achieved. It becomes possible to make it larger.

However, the higher the height of the soundproof wall, the higher the construction costs and so on, and the higher the cost. . Therefore, in order to increase the noise reduction effect without increasing the height of the soundproof wall, a plurality of openings that are opened upward at the top of the soundproof wall and take in noise as in the structure of Patent Document 1 shown in FIG. The soundproofing device 110 having the concave portions 122 and 124 has been developed.
JP 2000-8332 A JP 2000-110120 A

However, in particular, the structure of the soundproofing device disclosed in Patent Document 1 shown in FIG. 7 includes the wall portion 114 formed in a curved shape in addition to the wall portion 112 formed in a straight shape. As the width dimension D1 is increased, the mounting location is greatly restricted, and the mounting work of the soundproofing device 110 is difficult, which increases the cost for the construction.

Further, since it is difficult to manufacture the wall portion 114 formed in a curved shape, there is a disadvantage that the manufacturing cost of the soundproofing device increases.
An object of the present invention is to provide a soundproofing device that can reduce the manufacturing cost while reducing the size of the device while taking the above fact into consideration.

The soundproofing device according to claim 1 is a pair of branches that are located above the soundproofing wall and are branched into a wall surface that is inclined toward the sound source side and a wall surface that is inclined toward the non-sound source side. With walls,
A pair of tip walls that are each formed shorter than the branch walls and that extend in a straight line upward while being inclined toward each other from the upper ends of the pair of branch walls;
A first side wall disposed adjacent to the pair of branch walls in the longitudinal direction of the soundproof wall and extending linearly upward from the top of the soundproof wall;
A second side wall disposed on the sound source side of the first side wall and extending linearly upward;
It is characterized by having.

The operation of the soundproofing device according to claim 1 will be described below.
In the present claim, the pair of branch walls branched into the wall surface inclined toward the sound source side and the wall surface inclined toward the opposite sound source side are configured to extend linearly upward while being inclined. Further, a pair of tip walls formed shorter than the branch walls respectively extend upward in a straight line while inclining so as to approach each other from the upper ends of the pair of branch walls. The first side wall disposed adjacent to the pair of branch walls in the longitudinal direction of the soundproof wall extends linearly upward from the top of the soundproof wall, and the second side wall extends linearly upward. It arrange | positions at the sound source side of this 1st side wall.

Therefore, according to the present claim, the pair of branch walls, the pair of tip walls, the first side wall, and the second side wall are each formed in a straight line shape and have a wall portion formed in a curved shape. In addition, the pair of branch walls and the pair of tip walls, and the first side wall and the second side wall are arranged adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction of the soundproof wall.

For this reason, as the width dimension of the soundproofing device is reduced, the installation location of the soundproofing device is not greatly restricted, and the installation work of the soundproofing device is facilitated and the cost for construction is reduced. The Further, since there is no wall portion formed in a curved shape, the manufacture of each wall described above is facilitated, and the manufacturing cost of the soundproofing device is reduced.
As described above, according to the present claims, the soundproofing device is downsized to improve the mounting property, and the manufacturing cost of the soundproofing device is reduced.

The operation of the soundproofing device according to claim 2 will be described below.
The present invention has the same configuration as that of the first embodiment and operates in the same manner, but further includes a first unit that forms a first space portion with a pair of branch walls and a pair of tip walls. The side wall and the second side wall constitute a second unit that forms the second space, and the first unit and the second unit are alternately arranged, and a plurality of units are provided. ing.

Therefore, in the present claim, the first unit composed of the pair of branch walls and the pair of tip walls and the second unit composed of the first side wall and the second side wall are alternately arranged. Since noise enters each of the first space and the second space and the energy of the sound having different frequencies is attenuated in each of the first space and the second space, the overall width of the soundproofing device can be reduced. It becomes easier to obtain the necessary soundproof characteristics while reducing the size.

The operation of the soundproofing device according to claim 3 will be described below.
The present invention has the same configuration as that of the second aspect and operates in the same manner, but further, the second side wall extends along the longitudinal direction of the soundproof wall so as to connect the first unit and the second unit, The partition wall which partitions between these between the branch wall and the 1st side wall is arrange | positioned. Therefore, the second side wall extends in a form connecting the first unit and the second unit, and a partition wall that partitions between the pair of branch walls and the first side wall is disposed. The presence of the partition wall can increase the strength of the soundproofing device.

The operation of the soundproofing device according to claim 4 will be described below.
The present invention has the same configuration as that of the second aspect and operates in the same manner, but further, the tip wall located on the sound source side of the pair of tip walls connects the first unit and the second unit. A configuration in which an oblique wall that extends along the longitudinal direction of the soundproof wall and extends in a straight line upward while being inclined in the direction opposite to the sound source in parallel with the tip wall is installed at the upper end of the first side wall. have.

Therefore, in this claim, the tip wall extends along the longitudinal direction of the soundproof wall so as to connect the first and second units, and the tip wall is also arranged on the upper part of the second side wall. By installing an oblique wall that extends in a straight line upward while being inclined toward the opposite sound source side so as to be parallel to the tip wall, it is parallel to the tip wall and the oblique wall. A new space. As a result, the parallel space between the first side wall and the second side wall is extended upward, and the necessary soundproof characteristics can be obtained more easily.

The operation of the soundproofing device according to claim 5 will be described below.
In the present claim, the first side wall is arranged so that the upper end portion of the first side wall is located between the pair of front end walls. It has the structure of.

Therefore, since the upper end portion of the first side wall is located between the pair of tip walls, the first side wall is disposed at an appropriate position, and accordingly, the first space portion and the second space are arranged. Since the energy of sounds having different frequencies can be surely attenuated depending on the part, it becomes easier to obtain the necessary soundproofing characteristics.

As described above, according to the above-described configuration of the present invention, there is an excellent effect that it is possible to provide a soundproof device capable of reducing the manufacturing cost while reducing the size, and is generated from roads, railways, factories, and the like. A particularly excellent effect is exhibited by a soundproofing device constituting the upper part of a soundproofing wall provided as a noise prevention measure.

A soundproofing device according to the best mode of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
First, an embodiment of a soundproofing device according to the best mode of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the soundproof wall 40 provided along the road or the track does not generate the noise on the sound source side (the right side in FIG. 1) that generates noise due to roads, railways, factories, etc. It is separated from the non-sound source side (left side in FIG. 1).

As shown in FIG. 1, a pair of branch walls 16 and 18 are connected to each other at the lower end side and branched at a 90 ° angle, for example, as shown in FIG. It is located so that it may extend linearly. A wall surface inclined at an angle of 45 °, for example, at the sound source side is defined as the first branch wall 16, and a wall surface inclined at an angle of 45 °, for example, at the counter sound source side is defined as the second branch wall 18.

Further, a first tip wall 20 formed shorter than the first branch wall 16 extends from the upper end portion of the first branch wall 16 so as to be inclined at an angle of, for example, 45 ° toward the counter sound source. Further, a second tip wall 22 formed shorter than the second branch wall 18 extends from the upper end portion of the second branch wall 18 so as to incline at a 45 ° angle, for example, toward the sound source. That is, the pair of tip walls 20 and 22 are formed so as to extend linearly upward while being inclined so as to approach each other from the upper ends of the pair of branch walls 16 and 18.

As described above, the first unit 36 is configured by the pair of branch walls 16 and 18 and the pair of tip walls 20 and 22 shown in FIG. 1, and is a recess that is partitioned by the first unit 36 and that is open at the top. The space of the pentagonal cross section is the first space portion 32 of the soundproofing device 10 of the present embodiment.

On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a screw or the like is provided on the upper portion of the soundproof wall 40 that is positioned adjacent to the pair of branch walls 16 and 18 along the longitudinal direction X of the soundproof wall 40. The first side wall 26 is attached via the connecting member 12 fixed to the soundproof wall 40. The first side wall 26 extends linearly upward from the top of the soundproof wall 40 in the vertical direction, and the upper end of the first side wall 26 is positioned between the pair of tip walls 20 and 22. Yes.

Furthermore, the lower end portion of the first side wall 26 is connected to a bottom wall 24 disposed so as to extend in the horizontal direction between the sound source side and the counter sound source side, and the end of the bottom wall 24 on the sound source side is connected. The lower end portion of the second side wall 28 that extends linearly upward in the vertical direction is attached to the portion. Therefore, in this embodiment, the second side wall 28 is arranged on the sound source side of the first side wall 26.

The first side wall 26 and the second side wall 28 constitute a second unit 38. The second unit 38 is defined not only by the second unit 38 but also by the bottom wall 24 serving as a bottom surface, and becomes a recess having an open top. The space is the second space portion 34 of the soundproofing device 10 of the present embodiment.

However, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, not only the partition walls 30 are arranged at both ends of the soundproofing device 10, but also the pair of branch walls 16 and 18 constituting the first unit 36, and the second Between the first side wall 26 constituting the unit 38, a plurality of partition walls 30 for partitioning them are arranged at equal intervals, for example, and the first unit 36 and the second unit 38 are alternately arranged. It has become a shape. For this reason, in the soundproofing device 10 of the present embodiment, a plurality of these first and second units 36 and 38 are provided. Each wall is appropriately provided with a bent portion 29 for connecting to the partition wall 30.

Further, the first tip wall 20 and the second side wall 28 located on the sound source side of the pair of tip walls 20 and 22 are respectively connected to the soundproof wall 40 so as to connect the first unit 36 and the second unit 38. A slanting wall that extends along the longitudinal direction X and extends linearly upward at the upper end of the first side wall 26 while inclining toward the counter-sound source side so as to be parallel to the first tip wall 20. 27 is installed.

As described above, in this embodiment, noise generated from the road or the track enters the first space portion 32 and the second space portion 34 where the openings are opened, and the frequency is mutually in the first space portion 32 and the second space portion 34. The energy of different sounds is attenuated. As shown in FIG. 4, the soundproofing device 10 is disposed so as to be continuously provided on the soundproofing wall 40 in parallel with the soundproofing wall 40 along a road or a track.

Next, the operation of the soundproofing device 10 according to the present embodiment will be described below.
In the present embodiment, a pair of branch walls 16 and 18 branched into a wall surface inclined toward the sound source side and a wall surface inclined toward the non-sound source side are linearly extended upward while being inclined, and the pair of branch walls. A pair of tip walls 20 and 22 formed shorter than 16 and 18 respectively extend linearly upward while inclining from the upper ends of the pair of branch walls 16 and 18 so as to approach each other.

Further, the first side wall 26 disposed adjacent to the pair of branch walls 16 and 18 in the longitudinal direction X of the soundproof wall 40 extends linearly upward from the top of the soundproof wall 40, and its upper end is a pair of A second side wall 28 extending linearly upward is disposed on the sound source side of the first side wall 26, located between the front end walls 20 and 22.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the first unit 36 that forms the first space portion 32 is constituted by the pair of branch walls 16, 18 and the pair of tip walls 20, 22, and is shown in FIG. 2. As described above, the first side wall 26 and the second side wall 28 form a second unit 38 that forms the second space 34, and the first unit 36 and the second unit 38 are alternately arranged. As described above, a plurality of first and second units 36 and 38 are provided.

Therefore, according to the present embodiment, the pair of branch walls 16 and 18, the pair of tip walls 20 and 22, the first side wall 26 and the second side wall 28 are each formed in a linear shape and formed in a curved shape. The pair of branch walls 16 and 18 and the pair of tip walls 20 and 22, the first side wall 26 and the second side wall 28 are arranged in the longitudinal direction X of the soundproof wall 40. The structure is arranged next to each other.

For this reason, as the width dimension of the soundproofing device 10 is reduced, the mounting location of the soundproofing device 10 is not greatly restricted, and the mounting work of the soundproofing device 10 becomes easy and the cost for construction is reduced. Is reduced. Furthermore, since there is no wall part formed in a curved surface shape, manufacture of each said wall becomes easy and the manufacturing cost of the soundproofing apparatus 10 is reduced.
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the soundproofing device 10 is downsized to improve the mounting property, and the manufacturing cost of the soundproofing device 10 is reduced.

On the other hand, in this embodiment, a first unit 36 composed of a pair of branch walls 16 and 18 and a pair of tip walls 20 and 22, a second unit 38 composed of a first side wall 26 and a second side wall 28, Are arranged alternately. For this reason, the noise surely enters the first space portion 32 and the second space portion 34 respectively, and the energy of the sound having different frequencies is attenuated in the first space portion 32 and the second space portion 34, respectively. In addition, it becomes easier to obtain the necessary soundproofing characteristics while reducing the width dimension D1 shown in FIG. 1 of the entire soundproofing device 10 which is the width dimension of the first unit 36 which is a wide side unit. In this embodiment, the width D1 can be set to a size in the range of 250 mm to 350 mm, for example.

Furthermore, in the present embodiment, the second side wall 28 and the first tip wall 20 disposed on the second side wall 28 continuously connect the plurality of first units 36 and the second units 38. Respectively extending along the longitudinal direction X of the soundproof wall 40. Further, a partition wall 30 is disposed between the pair of branch walls 16 and 18 and the first side wall 26 so as to partition between them, and on the side opposite to the sound source so as to be parallel to the first tip wall 20. A slanting wall 27 that is inclined and extends linearly upward is installed at the upper end of the first side wall 26.

Therefore, in the present embodiment, the first side wall 28 and the first tip wall 20 are arranged to extend so as to connect the first unit 36 and the second unit 38, and the pair of branch walls 16, 18 and the first unit Since the partition wall 30 that partitions the side wall 26 is disposed, the presence of the second side wall 28, the first tip wall 20, and the partition wall 30 can increase the strength of the soundproofing device 10.

Furthermore, the first tip wall 20 is formed by installing an oblique wall 27 that extends in a straight line upward while being inclined toward the counter sound source so as to be parallel to the first tip wall 20 at the upper end portion of the first side wall 26. A parallel space is formed between the inclined wall 27 and the inclined wall 27. As a result, the parallel space between the first side wall 26 and the second side wall 28 is extended upward, and the necessary soundproof characteristics can be more easily obtained.

On the other hand, in the present embodiment, since the first side wall 26 is disposed so that the upper end portion of the first side wall 26 is positioned between the pair of tip walls 20 and 22, the first side wall 26 is positioned appropriately. Accordingly, the energy of sound having different frequencies can be surely attenuated by the first space portion 32 and the second space portion 34, so that necessary soundproof characteristics can be further obtained. It becomes easy.

Next, a description will be given of test results obtained by comparing soundproof characteristics between the conventional example and the example.
As shown in FIG. 5, a test on each soundproof characteristic was performed under the condition that a sound source 42 that generates sound and an evaluation point 44 such as a microphone are arranged on the floor surface. The data of the soundproof level of the conventional example, the soundproofing device of the present embodiment, and the sound pressure level (hereinafter referred to as SPL) at each frequency was taken as an evaluation point 44 and shown in the graph of FIG.

From this graph, it can be understood that the soundproofing device of this embodiment can obtain soundproofing characteristics equivalent to those of the conventional soundproofing device. As a result, it has been confirmed that the soundproofing characteristics equivalent to those of the conventional soundproofing device can be obtained also by the present embodiment in which the size is reduced and the mountability is improved and the manufacturing cost is reduced.

The length L of the soundproofing device shown in FIG. 5 is 6000 mm, the height H3 of the soundproofing device is 1385 mm, the distance A between the soundproofing device and the sound source 42, and the distance between the soundproofing device and the evaluation point 44. The distance B was 2500 mm.

Furthermore, each wall of the soundproofing device 10 according to the above embodiment can be formed of a metal plate material, but the soundproofing device can be reduced in weight, and has excellent rust prevention and corrosion resistance, and can be easily constructed. Therefore, it may be formed of an extruded aluminum material. However, each wall may be formed of other materials such as synthetic resin.
