Description
Claims (4)
- 水平方向に平行な所定軸を中心に旋回可能に設けられ、ワークの除去加工のための工具を保持する工具保持部と、
前記工具保持部に対して着脱可能に設けられ、ワークに対して作業を行なう作業用ヘッドと、
前記工具保持部および前記作業用ヘッドに設けられ、前記工具保持部および前記作業用ヘッドを相互に接続する第1接続部と、
前記工具保持部および前記作業用ヘッドに設けられ、前記第1接続部から離れた位置に配置され、前記工具保持部および前記作業用ヘッドを相互に接続する第2接続部とを備え、
前記作業用ヘッドの重心位置および前記所定軸が含まれる仮想平面を挟んだ一方の側に、前記第1接続部が配置され、前記仮想平面を挟んだ他方の側に、前記第2接続部が配置され、
前記工具保持部および前記作業用ヘッドのいずれか一方には、ピン挿入孔が設けられ、
前記工具保持部および前記作業用ヘッドのいずれか他方には、前記工具保持部に対する前記作業用ヘッドの装着時に前記ピン挿入孔に挿入され、前記ピン挿入孔とともに前記第1接続部をなすピン部材が設けられ、
前記ピン挿入孔に対する前記ピン部材の挿入方向は、前記所定軸と平行である、加工機械。 - 水平方向に平行な所定軸を中心に旋回可能に設けられ、ワークの除去加工のための工具を保持する工具保持部と、
前記工具保持部に対して着脱可能に設けられ、ワークに対して作業を行なう作業用ヘッドと、
前記工具保持部および前記作業用ヘッドに設けられ、前記工具保持部および前記作業用ヘッドを相互に接続する第1接続部と、
前記工具保持部および前記作業用ヘッドに設けられ、前記第1接続部から離れた位置に配置され、前記工具保持部および前記作業用ヘッドを相互に接続する第2接続部とを備え、
前記作業用ヘッドの重心位置および前記所定軸が含まれる仮想平面を挟んだ一方の側に、前記第1接続部が配置され、前記仮想平面を挟んだ他方の側に、前記第2接続部が配置され、
前記所定軸の軸方向に見た場合に、前記作業用ヘッドの重心位置は、前記第1接続部および前記第2接続部を繋ぐ仮想直線上であって、前記第1接続部および前記第2接続部の間に配置される、加工機械。 - 水平方向に平行な所定軸を中心に旋回可能に設けられ、ワークの除去加工のための工具を保持する工具保持部と、
前記工具保持部に対して着脱可能に設けられ、ワークに対して作業を行なう作業用ヘッドと、
前記工具保持部および前記作業用ヘッドに設けられ、前記工具保持部および前記作業用ヘッドを相互に接続する第1接続部と、
前記工具保持部および前記作業用ヘッドに設けられ、前記第1接続部から離れた位置に配置され、前記工具保持部および前記作業用ヘッドを相互に接続する第2接続部とを備え、
前記作業用ヘッドの重心位置および前記所定軸が含まれる仮想平面を挟んだ一方の側に、前記第1接続部が配置され、前記仮想平面を挟んだ他方の側に、前記第2接続部が配置され、
前記工具保持部には、工具が挿入される工具挿入孔が設けられ、
前記工具保持部は、前記工具挿入孔に挿入された工具をクランプするための工具クランプ機構部を有し、
前記作業用ヘッドには、前記工具保持部に対する前記作業用ヘッドの装着時に、前記工具挿入孔に挿入されるとともに、前記工具クランプ機構部によりクランプされ、前記工具挿入孔とともに前記第2接続部をなすシャンク部が設けられ、
前記第2接続部および前記仮想平面の間の最短距離は、前記第1接続部および前記仮想平面の間の最短距離よりも小さい、加工機械。 - 前記作業用ヘッドは、ワークに対して材料粉末を吐出するとともにレーザ光を照射する付加加工用ヘッドである、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の加工機械。
