Claims (6)
- 内部に密閉空間を有し、上部容器と下部容器とを組み合わせて成る密閉容器と、
絶縁材料で形成され、かつ前記密閉空間を上方の第1空間と下方の第2空間とに区分けするろ材と、
分離対象の粒子と液体とを含む対象処理液を前記第1空間に導入する導入部と、
複数の第1開口が設けられ、前記ろ材の上面に沿って延在し、かつ上部容器と接触していない第1電極と、
複数の第2開口が設けられ、前記ろ材の下面に沿って延在し、かつ上部容器と接触していない第2電極と、
前記第1電極に、前記粒子の極性と同じ極性の第1電位を供給する第1電源と、
前記第2電極に、前記粒子の極性と同じ極性であって、前記第1電位の絶対値よりも大きい絶対値の第2電位を供給する第2電源と、
を有し、
前記上部容器は、導電性を有し、かつ基準電位に接続されて第3電極となっている

請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のろ過装置。 - 前記ろ材の目開きの大きさは、前記第1開口及び前記第2開口よりも小さい
