Description
法面の補強に用いられる薬剤の1つとして、法面の浸食を防止するために用いられる浸食防止剤がある。法面の浸食防止剤として最適なものを選定するため、以下の実験を行った。
浸食防止剤として最適な、PVA水溶液の配合を以下のように検討した。検討は、重合度及びケン化度が異なる複数のPVA溶液を用意し、優れた耐浸食性(法面の浸食を防止する性能または機能)または施工性を有するものを選定するという方法によって行った。
さらに、PVA水溶液について、長期的な耐久性及び紫外線劣化防止剤の添加による効果の検証を行うため、以下のように耐久性試験を実施した。
次に、PVA水溶液に繊維材を添加した場合の効果を検討した。まず、PVA水溶液に繊維材を添加した薬剤を用いた場合の、法面表面の硬度を計測する試験を実施した。
さらに繊維材を添加したPVA水溶液による、法面の浸食防止効果を確認する試験を実施した。
上記実施形態においては、法面に浸食防止剤を散布する処理と、法面を攪拌する攪拌処理と、攪拌処理を実施した法面を押し固める処理と実施する、攪拌工法を実施した。
上記実施形態においては、繊維材として紙パルプを用いていたが、本発明はこれに限定されず、ナイロンやポリエチレンなど、紙パルプ以外の繊維を用いてもよい。この場合においても、補強剤における、法面を浸食から防止する効果を向上させることが可能である。
Claims (5)
- 法面に、ポリビニルアルコール水溶液を含有する浸食防止剤を散布する処理と、
前記法面を攪拌する攪拌処理と、
前記攪拌処理を実施した前記法面を押し固める処理と、を含み、
前記ポリビニルアルコール水溶液のケン化度(モル%)は98.5以上99.5以下であり、重合度は2000以上である、
法面補強方法。 - 前記浸食防止剤は、繊維材を含有する、請求項1に記載の法面補強方法。
- 前記繊維材は生分解性材料から形成される、請求項2に記載の法面補強方法。
- 前記繊維材は紙パルプである、請求項2または3に記載の法面補強方法。
- 前記浸食防止剤は、紫外線劣化防止剤を含有する、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の法面補強方法。
