Description

The present invention relates to a metal perforated panel for constructing perforated screens to be used as exterior walls, ceilings, decorative roofs, etc. of buildings.

Metal perforated panels for constructing perforated screens to be used as walls, ceilings, and decorative roofs of buildings are conventionally known (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

Conventional perforated panels of this type have mounting edges formed on the sides for fixing the panel body to the base material with screws. The mounting edges are either formed facing outward or inward with respect to the panel body.
In a configuration in which an outward mounting edge is formed on both the left and right sides of the main body of a perforated panel, if the cut end surface of the outward mounting edge is open, the end of the mounting edge will be sharp, which may result in injury from the end surface of the mounting edge of the perforated panel during or after the installation of a perforated screen using the perforated panel.
In addition, there is a problem that deformation occurs at the edge of the thin metal plate when processing the thin metal plate used for the perforated panel. Also, if the main body of the perforated panel is made of a thin metal plate, there is a problem that it does not have sufficient strength against wind pressure.
An object of the present invention is to solve the above problems.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention is characterized in that mounting edge portions 14, 16 are formed on both the left and right sides of a panel body 10 made of a metal plate having a horizontal width of a predetermined length and a vertical width of a predetermined length, a protruding portion 12 is formed between the mounting edge portions 14, 16 of the panel body 10, a plurality of holes 18 are formed in a flat portion 20 of the protruding portion 12 so that the mounting edge portions 14, 16 can be fixed to a base material 6 with screws, a folded-back bent portion 24 is formed on the mounting edge portions 14, 16 on both the left and right sides of the panel body 10, and a bent surface 26 is formed over the entire vertical length of the panel body 10 at the ends of the mounting edge portions 14, 16 on both the left and right sides of the panel body 10 by the bent portion 24.
The present invention is also characterized in that the protruding portion 12 is composed of a flat plate portion 20 and side plate portions 22 formed perpendicularly on both sides of the flat plate portion 20, and a reinforcing rib 30 consisting of a curved portion extending over the entire vertical length of the panel main body 4 is formed on the protruding portion 12.
The present invention is also characterized in that the folded-back portion 24 is bent toward the rear side of the mounting edges 14, 16.

Since the present invention is configured as described above, no sharp parts are formed on the side ends of the perforated panel, so workers can safely install the perforated screen and can safely contact the perforated screen.
Furthermore, since reinforcing ribs are provided on the protruding portions of the perforated screen, it is possible to provide a perforated screen that is strong against external pressure such as wind pressure.

The configuration of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 2 shows a front view of a light- and wind-transmitting perforated screen 2 for use in constructing the exterior wall of a building or the ceiling of an entrance lobby. The perforated screen 2 is constructed using a single metal perforated panel 4 like a louver, or multiple perforated panels 4 joined in parallel in the horizontal direction to form an exterior wall, ceiling, etc.
FIG. 1 shows a cross-sectional plan view of a perforated panel 4 constituting a perforated screen. The perforated panel 4 is fixed to a building frame (base material) 6 with screws 8 as shown in FIG. 3. The perforated panel 4 is composed of a vertically long panel body 10 made of a perforated metal plate, a protruding portion 12, and mounting edges 14, 16 formed over the entire length of the edges on both sides of the protruding portion 12. The widths of the protruding portion 12 and the mounting edges 14, 16 are appropriately set. The protruding portion 12 is deeply protruded and bent toward the surface so as to form a step with respect to the mounting edges 14, 16 on both the left and right sides of the body 10, thereby enhancing the design. The shape and number of holes 18 formed in the body 10 are appropriately determined based on a unique design.

The protruding portion 12 is formed of a flat plate portion 20 whose cross-sectional shape extends horizontally in FIG. 1, and side plate portions 22, 22 perpendicular to the flat plate portion 20. At the side end of the mounting edge portion 14, 16, a folded-back portion 24, 24 is formed facing inward, and the folded-back portion 24, 24 forms a bent surface 26, 26 at the side end of the mounting edge portion 14, 16. In this embodiment, the width of the folded-back portion 24, 24 is set to about 1/3 to 1/2 of the width of the mounting edge portion 14, 16. A reinforcing rib 30 is formed on the side plate portion 22 and flat plate portion 20 of the protruding portion 12 of the perforated panel 4. The rib 30 is formed by bending a curved portion that extends over the entire length of the side plate portion 22 and flat plate portion 20 as shown in FIG. 1. The shape of the rib 30 may be a rectangular protruding shape as shown in FIG. 4, other than the shape shown in FIG. 1 in which the rib 30 is bent inward from the protruding portion 12. The mounting edges 14 and 16 are formed on the same plane and parallel to the flat plate portion 20.

In the above-mentioned configuration, when constructing the perforated screen 2 using one perforated panel 4, the mounting edges 14, 16 of the perforated panel 4 are fixed to the base material 6 with screws 8 as shown in Figure 3. By bending the folded-back bent portion 24 to the back side of the mounting edges 14, 16, the folded-back bent portion 24 can be hidden from the surface of the perforated screen 2, and the appearance of the surface of the perforated screen 2 can be prevented from being marred by the folded-back bent portion 24.
Fig. 5 shows an embodiment in which one of the mounting edges 14, 16 on both sides of the protruding portion 12 is an outward mounting edge 14, and the other is an inward mounting edge 16a bent inwardly of the protruding portion 12. By configuring the inward mounting edge 16a and the outward mounting edge 14 in this way on the perforated panel 4, it is possible to arrange adjacent multiple perforated panels 4 without gaps as shown in Fig. 6, and a perforated screen 2 made up of multiple perforated panels 4 can be constructed by fastening the overlapping outward mounting edge 14 and the inward mounting edge 16a to the base material 6 with screws. Note that ribs are omitted from Fig. 6.

In this embodiment, some of the many holes 18 formed in the perforated panel 4 are arranged in a predetermined portion facing the inward mounting edge 16a as a space for drill screw operation. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 5, the inward mounting edge 16a has a bent surface 26 formed by a folded bent portion 24 folded downward. FIG. 7 shows a perforated screen 2 in which multiple perforated panels 4 are arranged in parallel, and the mounting edges 14, 16 of adjacent perforated panels 4 are butted against each other, and the mounting edges 14, 16 are secured to the base material 6 with screws 8. FIG. 8 shows a perforated screen 2 in which multiple perforated panels 4 are arranged in parallel, and the mounting edges 14, 16 of adjacent perforated panels 4 are secured to the base material with screws (not shown) in a state where they are overlapped.

9 shows an embodiment in which a perforated screen 2 is constructed by combining the front and back of a plurality of perforated panels 4. Note that ribs are omitted from FIG.
In Figure 9, multiple perforated panels 4, 4 are arranged in parallel with their front sides facing the surface of the perforated screen 2, and multiple perforated panels 4, 4 are arranged in parallel with their back sides facing the surface of the perforated screen 2, and the perforated panels 4, 4 with their front sides facing the surface of the perforated screen 2 have their mounting edges 14, 16 fixed to the base material 6 with screws 8, and the perforated panels 4, 4 with their back sides facing the surface of the perforated screen 2 have their flat portions 20 fixed to the base material 6 with screws 8.
In this way, by combining the front and back of multiple perforated panels 4 and screwing the perforated panels 4 to the base material 6, a highly strong perforated screen 2 can be constructed.
