本実施例では、成分Aとして、ポリオキシエチレンポリオキシプロピレンデシルテトラデシルエーテル(RO-[(C2H4O)24(C3H6O)13]-H;なお、Rはデシルテトラデシルである)を用い、成分Bとして、セスキイソステアリン酸ソルビタン、又はジイソステアリン酸ポリグリセリル-2を用い、表1に示した油性成分等組成で混合し、化粧料を作製した。混合は、組成(1)を混合した後に、組成(2)、及び組成(3)を順次添加することによって行った。
L値及び光彩の有無を表1に示す。図1に実施例1~3の写真と、比較例として、成分Bを含まないものを示す。成分Bを含まない化粧料は、光彩を呈しないが、実施例1~3の化粧料は美しい光彩を呈した。表1に示すように実施例1~8の化粧料は、優れたL値及び優れた光彩感を示した。なお、L値は以下のように測定した。
SMカラーメーター(SM-T:スガ試験機株式会社製)を用い、ガラスセルに精製水5mLを入れて、光を透過させたときの透明度を100とし、光を完全に遮断して、透過光がないときの透明度を0として測定した。

L値及び光彩の有無を表2に示す。表2に示すように実施例9~17の化粧料は、優れたL値及び優れた光彩感を示した。

L値及び光彩の有無を表3に示す。また、「肌なじみのよさ」及び「べたつきの無さ」を女性パネル12名で評価し、下記の「〇」、「△」、及び「×」で記載した。
肌なじみのよさ
〇:肌なじみが良好と評価したパネルが9名以上
△:肌なじみが良好と評価したパネルが4~8名
×:肌なじみが良好と評価したパネルが3名以下
べたつきの無さ
〇:皮膚への塗布時にべたつきがなく、伸びが良好と評価したパネルが9名以上

表3に示すように実施例18~24の化粧料は、優れたL値及び優れた光彩感を示した。また、成分Bの量が少ないと、「肌なじみのよさ」及び「べたつきの無さ」が若干低下するが、光彩感は優れていた。
