One embodiment of the house according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings and based on the orientation shown in Figs. 1 and 2. The ceiling of the utility room 24 slopes downward toward the north, and the floor of the utility room 24 is at the same height as the floor of the kitchen 213, and is formed one step lower than the floor level of the second floor 2F. A skylight is provided in the sloped ceiling of the utility room 24.

As shown in FIG. 2, the sanitary room 25 is located adjacent to the south side of the utility room 24 and the north side of the hall 26, and the bathroom 251 is located adjacent to the west side of the sanitary room 25, and access to the bathroom 251 is possible from the west side of the sanitary room 25. A washbasin 25s is provided along the east wall of the sanitary room 25, and access to the utility room 24 is possible on the north side, and access to the hall 26 is possible on the south side. The ceiling of the sanitary room 25 slopes downward toward the north, and a skylight is provided in the sloped ceiling of the sanitary room 25.

As shown in FIG. 2, the bedroom 27 is located in the southeast corner of the second floor 2F, adjacent to the east side of the atrium 12a and the south side of the passage 261, and can be accessed from the east side of the hall 26. A walk-in closet 271 is provided in the southeast corner of the bedroom 27, protruding to the east. A shelf 27s for storing books and small items is provided on the south side along the west wall, and a bench window 27wb is provided on the west side of the south wall, so that books stored in the shelf 27s can be taken out and read while sitting on the bench window 27wd. A bay window 27w is provided on the east side of the south wall, and a balcony 27b is provided on the south side of the bay window 27w and the bench window 27wb. The ceiling on the northeast side of the bedroom 27, where the bed is expected to be placed, is sloped downward toward the south side, so that the ceiling that comes into view is high when lying in bed with the north side as a pillow.

As shown in Figure 2, room 28 is located in the northeast corner of the second floor (2F), adjacent to the north side of walk-in closet 271, and can be accessed from the north side of walk-in closet 271 and the east side of corridor 261. Room 28 is a space that can be used for a study or storage, and the ceiling on the northeast side of room 28 slopes downward toward the north.

As shown in FIG. 2, room 29 is composed of space 291, which is provided adjacent to the west side of room 28 and the north side of passage 261, and space 292, which is provided so as to protrude northwest from space 291, and space 291 can be accessed from the north side of passage 261. The ceiling of space 292 is sloped downward toward the north side, and space 291 can be used as a child's room and space 292 as a child's walk-in closet, or space 291 can be used as a work room and space 292 as a storage room.

The above merely shows one embodiment of the house according to the present invention, and can be modified as appropriate without departing from the spirit of the present invention.

A house with an upper floor LDK with an outdoor living room, an upper floor dining room, and an upper floor kitchen, and a lower floor LDK with an inner living room, a lower floor dining room, and a lower floor kitchen,
This house is characterized in that the upper floor LDK and the lower floor LDK are connected by an atrium, and the inner living room is provided with a staircase leading to the upper floor LDK. The house described in claim 1, characterized in that the direction in which the upper floor living room, dining room, and kitchen are located as viewed from the stairs is different from the direction in which the lower floor living room, dining room, and kitchen are located as viewed from the stairs. The house described in claim 1 or 2, characterized in that a stage with a floor higher than the floor level of the lower floor is provided at the location where the staircase approaches the inner living room. The house described in claim 3, characterized in that the atrium is located above the stage. The house according to claim 3 or 4, characterized in that the entrance to the staircase and the stage are located in a position that can be seen from the inner living room, the lower floor dining room, and the lower floor kitchen. The house according to any one of claims 3 to 5, characterized in that the stage is provided with a desk, and has a mechanism for mounting a television on the side of the desk that is visible from the inner living room, the lower floor dining room, and the lower floor kitchen. The lower floor LDK has a secluded children's living space, which is adjacent to the stage and protrudes into a corner of the inner living room. The secluded children's living space is surrounded by walls on all four sides and has an open entranceway in a wall facing the stage, and an opening in the wall of the secluded children's living space that can be seen from the inner living room, the lower floor dining room, and the lower floor kitchen through windows in the inner living room and the lower floor dining room.
A house as described in any one of claims 3 to 6, characterized in that the opening is located in a position where the interior of the secluded children's living area can be partially seen from the inner living room, the lower floor dining room, and the lower floor kitchen through the window and the opening. 8. The house of claim 7, wherein the floor height of the secluded children's area is the same height as the stage.
