Description

The present invention relates to an order processing support device, an order processing support method, and an order processing support program.

Patent Document 1 discloses a data input/output system and a data updating method in the data input/output system that can speed up data updates and handle data managed at the data management center as more accurate (see paragraph 0010 of Patent Document 1), and also discloses that while order data can be entered manually at a data input terminal, it is preferable to adopt a system that allows automatic input to prevent input errors (see paragraph 0030 of Patent Document 1).

As described in the above-mentioned Patent Document 1, it is important to prevent input errors when entering orders. Conventionally, in order to prevent input errors, for example, a method has been adopted in which the order data generated by the person in charge of order entry is manually entered, and then printed out and checked by a person in charge of checking.

However, inserting a check in this way not only increases the workload of the check, but also delays subsequent shipping operations, as the check can only be performed after the order entry process has been completed.

The present invention has been made in consideration of the above problems, and aims to provide an order processing support device, an order processing support method, and an order processing support program that can support order processing while omitting checking work in order processing by matching the order detail data between two provisional order data and determining that there is no input error if the contents of the two provisional order data are the same, and determining that there is an input error if the contents of the two provisional order data are different.

Below, an embodiment of an order processing support device, an order processing support method, and an order processing support program according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Note that the present invention is not limited to the present embodiment.

[1. Overview]
In the case of order entry work, the person in charge of inputting the order data inputs the order data, and the person in charge of checking prints out the input order data and checks it based on an order entry checklist, etc. This causes problems such as the time it takes to check the data, and the time it takes to start the next shipment work because the data entry work cannot be done until the data entry work is completed. In addition, even if the burden of the order data entry work can be reduced by utilizing OCR (Optical Character Recognition), the above problems have not yet been solved.

In this embodiment, for example, (1) two data entry staff members input order data, or (2) one person inputs order data and the other person generates order data using OCR reading or linking with Web-EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), to generate two provisional order data, and if the contents of the two provisional order data generated match, the contents are deemed correct and updated as official order data, thereby reducing the burden of checking work. In short, in this embodiment, the checking work that was previously done visually by staff members by referring to forms, etc., when entering orders has been automated.

In this way, by mechanically comparing two provisional order data, the checking process is omitted and the workload of the checking process is successfully reduced. In addition, when double-entry is performed, the items that can be entered can be limited to check consistency, and items that are not entered at this time can be supplemented when updating to the actual order. And by limiting the items that can be entered for each customer, the time until shipping is successfully shortened. The specific configuration and operation are explained below.

2. Configuration
An example of the configuration of an order receiving operation support device 100 according to this embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 1. Fig. 1 is a block diagram showing an example of the configuration of the order receiving operation support device 100.

The order receiving operation support device 100 is a commercially available desktop personal computer. Note that the order receiving operation support device 100 is not limited to a stationary information processing device such as a desktop personal computer, but may be a portable information processing device such as a commercially available notebook personal computer, PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), smartphone, or tablet personal computer.

The order processing support device 100 includes a control unit 102, a communication interface unit 104, a memory unit 106, and an input/output interface unit 108. Each unit included in the order processing support device 100 is connected to each other so as to be able to communicate with each other via any communication path.

The communication interface unit 104 communicatively connects the order processing support device 100 to the network 300 via a communication device such as a router and a wired or wireless communication line such as a dedicated line. The communication interface unit 104 has a function of communicating data with other devices via the communication line. Here, the network 300 has a function of connecting the order processing support device 100 and the server 200 so that they can communicate with each other, and is, for example, the Internet or a LAN (Local Area Network). Note that data such as various masters described below may be stored in the server 200, for example.

An input device 112 and an output device 114 are connected to the input/output interface unit 108. The output device 114 may be a monitor (including a home television), a speaker, or a printer. The input device 112 may be a keyboard, a mouse, a microphone, or a monitor that works with a mouse to provide a pointing device function. In the following, the output device 114 may be referred to as the monitor 114, and the input device 112 may be referred to as the keyboard 112 or the mouse 112.

The storage unit 106 stores various databases, tables, files, and the like. The storage unit 106 records computer programs that work in cooperation with the OS (Operating System) to give instructions to the CPU (Central Processing Unit) to perform various processes. The memory unit 106 includes, for example, provisional order data 106a as provisional order data, formal order data 106b as formal order data, erroneous input detail data 106c, erroneous input data 106d, and a message master 106e.

The provisional order data 106a is provisional order data. As shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 7, the provisional order data 106a includes order detail data. In this embodiment, the items that serve as keys when matching by the matching unit 102a (described later) are defined as key items, and the items that are compared when matching by the matching unit 102a (described later) are defined as comparison items. The key items are not particularly limited, but are, for example, the customer order number. The comparison items are not particularly limited, but are, for example, at least one item selected from the group consisting of the order line number, order delivery date, billing code, customer code, product code, and order quantity.

The formal order data 106b is formal order data. As shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 9, the formal order data 106b includes order detail data. The formal order data 106b is data generated based on the provisional order data 106a, as described below.

The order detail data in the official order data 106b includes items such as the order number, the customer order number, the order line number, the order delivery date, the billing code, the customer code, the product code, and the order quantity, as shown in Figures 6 and 9.

The erroneous input detail data 106c is data for managing, for each operator, whether an erroneous input occurred when the order detail data was entered, and, if so, which item the erroneous input occurred in. A specific example of a case where the number of order detail data with the same key item value differs between two provisional order data 106a is as follows. For example, between two provisional order data 106a, one provisional order data 106a has two items of order detail data (referred to as "left") with customer order number "XYZ1002" and provisional order number "A10002", and the other provisional order data 106a has three items of order detail data (referred to as "right") with customer order number "XYZ1002" and provisional order number "B10002". 3. Processing Overview
In this section, an overview of the processing according to this embodiment will be described while comparing it with conventional processing.

Conventionally, as shown in Fig. 2, when an order is received from a customer by fax, e-mail, or mail, the order taker prints out the order details and inputs the order while referring to the printout to generate order data. 4. Specific examples of processing
In this section, a specific example of the process according to this embodiment will be described. In this case, the matching unit 102a determines that the matching results for the two order detail data sets with customer order number "XYZ1001" and order line number "1" are "the same." In a similar manner, the matching unit 102a also determines that the matching results for the order detail data sets with customer order number "XYZ1001" and order line number "2," the order detail data sets with customer order number "XYZ1001" and order line number "3," the order detail data sets with customer order number "XYZ1002" and order line number "1," and the order detail data sets with customer order number "XYZ1002" and order line number "2" are "the same." Although different from this example, another way of displaying the error message is as follows, on the premise that the storage unit 102b excludes the provisional order number:
