本発明の建物浸水防止装置については、上述した実施形態に限定されず、各部材の材質、形状、長さ、固定方法等などは特許請求の範囲に記載の範囲で種々の変更ができる。
本発明の基本は、土台水切り1の換気孔を確実に塞ぐことのできる形状に成形した防水部材2、5を土台水切り1の固定機能部分に装入し、所定位置まで押し入れて固定し、換気孔からの浸水を防止することにある。また、防水部材を固定する機能を備えていない従来からの土台水切りには、予め、固定用部材を取り付けておくことで防水部材を装入して固定し換気孔からの浸水を防止することにある。
本発明は、特許請求の範囲において、洪水ハザードマップ等を参考にし、当該建物の立地条件、周囲の環境、建物自体の状態、土台水切りの取付け状態等を総合して、本発明の土台水切り、防水部材等と従来の固定方法等を適宜組み合わせるなどともに、設置普及方策を適用して、土台水切り換気孔からの浸水に強い建物及び防災・減災対策を確立するのがよい。 The building flood prevention device of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made to the material, shape, length, fixing method, etc. of each component within the scope of the claims.
