を含むノンガスフォーム化粧料であって、前記A成分と前記B成分の合計配合割合が化粧料全体に対し10重量%未満であり、前記C成分の配合割合が化粧料全体に対し0.01重量%以上5重量%以下であり、前記D成分の配合割合が化粧料全体に対し0.01重量%以上0.5重量%以下であり、かつ、カチオン性界面活性剤を含有しないノンガスフォーム化粧料。 A.
