The present invention relates to an all-purpose emulsion cosmetic for the whole body that has a good feel when used (elongation, non-stickiness, moisturizing feeling), is safe, and has the effect of preventing hair from tangling, and can be used on hair and skin.

Many of the cosmetic formulations offered to consumers are designed for specific parts of the human body, such as the hair, body, face, mouth, hands, and feet. This is, of course, because the desired functions for each part are different, and the desired feel and safety are also different.

However, in recent years, all-purpose preparations that take into consideration time saving, ease of use, and environmental conservation purposes have been attracting attention. Examples include shampoos for the whole body, body soaps for the whole body, creams for the whole body, and oils that can be used not only on hair but also on nails and hands and feet. Other examples include cosmetics with multiple functions, such as preparations that can be used on various types of damage other than on parts of the body, and preparations that can be used regardless of age or gender.

Of these, safety is thought to be the biggest issue for formulations that can be used by both adults and children.

However, there was a problem that cosmetics suitable for hair were not necessarily suitable for skin, and cosmetics suitable for adults were not necessarily suitable for children.

In view of the above, the present invention aims to provide a cosmetic product that can be used on the skin and hair of the entire body, can be used by both children and adults, has a good feel when used (elongation, non-stickiness, moisturizing feeling), is sufficiently safe, and has an effect of preventing hair tangling. In this invention, children refer to infants and school children aged 12 or younger.

Means for Solving the Problems The present inventors have conducted intensive research in order to achieve the above object, and as a result have found that the above problems can be solved by combining the following Components A to C in a specific ratio, thereby completing the present invention.
A. Vaseline B. Mineral oil C. Shea butter, an emulsion cosmetic for whole body use, in which the total blending ratio of components A and B is 20 to 35% by mass with respect to the entire cosmetic, the ratio being A/B = 3:1 to 1:3, and the shea butter of component C is liquid, and does not contain a cationic surfactant.

The first invention is

The third invention is an emulsion cosmetic for the whole body according to the first or second invention, which further contains a milk-derived component and is either raw or has been processed by a process such as purification, freeze-drying, fermentation, heating, coagulation, defatting, extraction, concentration, aging, addition, or hydrolysis.

The fourth invention is an emulsion cosmetic for the whole body according to the third invention, in which the milk-derived ingredient is preferably selected from milk, lactose, lactic acid, whey, lactoferrin, yogurt liquid, casein, fresh cream, skim milk powder, skim milk, condensed milk, cheese, milk fat, and butter, and is selected from a plant-derived milk substitute processed product selected from soy milk, almond milk, oat milk, cashew milk, hemp milk, pea milk, flax milk, amazake, rice porridge (rice milk), cocoa milk, and coconut milk, and/or an extract, juice, oil, powder, or essence of a plant derived from said milk-derived ingredient.

The fifth invention is an emulsion cosmetic for whole body use according to any one of the first to fourth inventions, further containing parabens, the content of which is 0.3% by mass or less based on the total amount of the cosmetic.

The cosmetic product of the present invention can be used on the skin and hair of the entire body, and can be used by both children and adults, has a good feel when used (elongation, non-stickiness, moisturizing feeling), is sufficiently safe, and has an anti-tangle effect on hair.

The emulsion cosmetic for the whole body of the present invention will be described in detail below.

(Component A)
Vaseline, which is the component (A) of the present invention, is a semi-solid hydrocarbon, known for its good compatibility with the skin and safety, and is an oily component that is widely used not only in cosmetics but also in medical products. Vaseline is blended for the purpose of moisturizing. Vaseline is not particularly limited, but commercially available products can be used.

(Component B)
The mineral oil of the component (B) of the present invention is a type of hydrocarbon compound also called liquid paraffin. It is non-volatile, highly stable, and inexpensive, and is widely used in various industries, including cosmetics. Mineral oil is blended for the purpose of spreading and moisturizing. There is no particular limitation on the mineral oil, but commercially available ones can be used.

In the present invention, the blending ratio of components (A) and (B) is 20-35% by mass relative to the total cosmetic composition, with the ratio A/B in the range of 3:1-1:3, and preferably 20-30% by mass and A/B in the range of 3:1-1:3. If the combined blending ratio is less than 20% by mass, the moisturizing sensation may be insufficient, and if it is 35% by mass or more, it may be unsuitable for the feel of use, such as stickiness. Furthermore, having the ratio within this range achieves a balance between the stretchiness on hair and skin, the moisturizing effect, etc.

(Component C)
The shea butter, which is component (C) of the present invention, is a vegetable oil extracted from the seeds of the shea tree.
Shea butter is blended to prevent tangling. It has excellent moisturizing and protective effects, and is suitable for use in skin care, hair care, and body care products. The shea butter is not particularly limited, but liquid shea butter, which has a different composition and extraction method from the semi-solid paste-like butter that has been widely available on the market for a long time, can be particularly preferably used.

In the present invention, the blending ratio of component (C) is not particularly limited as long as the effects of the present invention are exhibited, but it is preferably 0.01 to 5 mass%, and more preferably 0.1 to 1 mass%. Within this range, it is expected that the feel of use will not be adversely affected, such as stickiness, and that the effect of preventing tangling can be expected.

(Component D)
The water, which is component (D) of the present invention, can be ion-exchanged water, purified water, tap water, natural water, etc., and can be freely blended in an amount of more than 0% by mass and not more than 55% by mass according to the formulation and form of the composition of the present invention. Specifically, it is typically blended as the remainder of the blending amounts (% by mass) of the above-mentioned components and the blending amounts (% by mass) of other components taking into consideration the formulation and form of the whole-body emulsion cosmetic. When the blending amount of component D is more than 0% by mass and not more than 55% by mass, the overall balance of the system is established, and the effect of imparting moisture to hair and skin is enhanced.

(Component E)
The milk-derived component (E) of the present invention is not particularly limited, but is a secretion produced by the mother body of a mammal, also called milk or milk. In addition, other substances that are not originally derived from animals and are known as substitutes for them, such as soy milk, rice porridge, almond milk, coconut milk, and other plant-derived "white liquids," can be given as examples and are preferably used.

The milk-derived component of component (E) of the present invention is not particularly limited, but may be selected from a group of components that are raw or have been processed by processes such as refining, freezing, drying, fermenting, heating, coagulating, defatting, extracting, concentrating, aging, adding, hydrolyzing, etc., and one or more of these may be used in combination. The amount of the component to be blended is not particularly limited as long as the effects of the present invention are exerted, but is preferably 0.001 to 5% by mass, more preferably 0.01 to 1% by mass. Within this range, moisture, a good feel when used, and an anti-tangling effect can be expected.

The milk-derived component of component (E) of the present invention is not particularly limited, but specific examples thereof are preferably selected from milk, lactose, lactic acid, whey, lactoferrin, yogurt liquid, casein, fresh cream, skim milk powder, skim milk, condensed milk, cheese, milk fat, and butter, and also include plant-derived milk substitutes selected from soy milk, almond milk, oat milk, cashew milk, hemp milk, pea milk, flax milk, amazake, rice porridge (rice milk), cocoa milk, and coconut milk, and/or extracts, juices, oils, powders, and essences of plants derived therefrom, and can be used preferably from the viewpoints of usability such as stretch and moisture on the skin and hair, and anti-tangling effect.

(F component)
The glycyrrhizinate salt of component (F) of the present invention generally refers to dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, which is a widely used ingredient well known as a skin conditioning agent and anti-inflammatory agent. Component F is blended for the purpose of reducing stickiness on the skin and moisturizing it.

In the present invention, the blending ratio of component (F) is not particularly limited as long as the effects of the present invention are exhibited. However, it is preferably 0.001 to 0.1 mass %, more preferably 0.0
The content is 1 to 0.05 mass %. Within this range, the above-mentioned effects can be achieved.

(G component)
In the present invention, it is preferable to further add component (G). Parabens in component (G) are organic compounds that have antibacterial properties and are widely used as preservatives in various products such as food, cosmetics, and medicines. Although not particularly limited, specific examples of paraoxybenzoic acid esters include methylparaben, ethylparaben, propylparaben, isopropylparaben, butylparaben, isobutylparaben, benzylparaben, and methylparaben Na, and from the viewpoint of safety, methylparaben and ethylparaben are particularly preferably used.

The component (G) of the present invention is not particularly limited, and may be used alone or in combination of two or more types. From the viewpoint of safety, however, it is desirable that the total amount of the components be 0.3% or less of the total cosmetic composition.

In the present invention, it is preferable that the composition does not contain a cationic surfactant. In other words, a cationic surfactant is a surfactant that dissociates into ions in its aqueous solution and the atomic group that exhibits surface activity becomes a cation. Cationic surfactants include alkylamine salt types such as monoalkylamine salts, dialkylamine salts, and trialkylamine salts, and quaternary ammonium salt types such as alkyltrimethylammonium chloride, dialkyldimethylammonium chloride, and alkylbenzalkonium chloride, and are widely used mainly for applications such as dispersants, emulsifiers, disinfectants, softeners, hair rinse bases, and antistatic agents. However, they are considered to be mildly toxic, and irritation is a concern. For this reason, cationic surfactants have been widely used in hair cosmetics in the past for the purpose of providing excellent usability and conditioning effects on hair, but on the other hand, in terms of safety, they are undesirable in cosmetics for use on the skin. In the present invention, by blending specific ingredients in specific ratios, it is possible to use the composition on children and adults, as well as on the skin and hair, without the use of cationic surfactants, without the concern of a decrease in usability.

(Emulsion cosmetics)
In the present invention, the emulsion cosmetic may be any of a milk type, essence type, or serum type that has fluidity at room temperature, or a non-fluid cream type, wax type, foam type, or the like.

(Other ingredients)
Furthermore, as long as the effect of the present invention is not impaired, other additional components that are usually used in cosmetics, etc., can be blended as necessary. Examples of these additional components include amino acids, extracts, antibacterial agents, ultraviolet absorbers, antioxidants, vitamins, texture adjusters, oils and fats, vegetable oils, fragrances, etc.

The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to examples, but the technical scope of the present invention is not limited to these examples. The test methods for the all-purpose feel that can be used on hair and skin described in the examples, such as stretchiness, non-stickiness, moisturizing feel, safety, and hair tangle suppression effect, are shown below. The blend amounts of the emulsified cosmetics shown in the following table are each shown in mass %.

(Good stretchability)
A panel of five experts applied 1 g of the emulsion cosmetic composition shown in the Examples and Comparative Examples to a bundle of adult female hair (virgin hair, 10 cm long and weighing 2 g) and to both arms of each expert panelist, and then performed a sensory test on the feel when used (stretchiness) and evaluated it according to the following criteria.

Judgment criteria (good stretchability and satisfactory)
◎: Good stretchability, 5 people satisfied. 〇: Good stretchability, 4 people satisfied. △: Good stretchability, 3 people satisfied. ×: Good stretchability, 2 people or less satisfied.

(Non-sticky: Adults)
A panel of five experts applied 1 g of the emulsion cosmetic composition shown in the Examples and Comparative Examples to a strand of adult female hair (virgin hair, 10 cm long and weighing 2 g), and then performed a sensory test on the feel when used (non-stickiness) and evaluated it according to the following criteria.

(Non-sticky: Children)
A panel of five girls aged 12 years or younger with hair length of 30 cm or more was used. 1 g of the emulsion cosmetic shown in the Examples and Comparative Examples was applied to the tip of 10 cm of each girl's hair, and a sensory test was then conducted on the sensation when used, and the results were evaluated according to the following criteria.

Judgment criteria (non-sticky)
◎: 5 people felt no stickiness after application to hair. ◯: 4 people felt no stickiness after application to hair. △: 3 people felt no stickiness after application to hair. ×: 2 people or less felt no stickiness after application to hair.

(Moisturizing feeling)
A panel of five experts applied 1 g of the emulsion cosmetic composition shown in the Examples and Comparative Examples to a bundle of adult female hair (virgin hair, 10 cm long and weighing 2 g) and to both arms of each expert panelist, and then performed a sensory test on the sensation of use (sense of moisture) and evaluated it according to the judgment criteria shown below.

Judgment criteria (Feeling moisturized)
◎: 5 people felt a sense of moisture. ◯: 4 people felt a sense of moisture. △: 3 people felt a sense of moisture. ×: 2 people or less felt a sense of moisture.

(Safety)
Twenty pairs of adults and their children (boys and girls under the age of 12) were asked to apply a fixed amount of the emulsion cosmetics shown in the Examples and Comparative Examples to their hair and skin every day for two consecutive weeks, after which they were asked to complete a questionnaire to assess whether or not there was any irritation.

Judgment criteria (stimulation felt or not felt)
〇: No subjects felt any stimulation. ×: One or more subjects felt any stimulation.

(Prevents hair from tangling)
3 g of the emulsion cosmetic composition shown in the Examples and Comparative Examples was applied to each hair bundle (virgin hair 10 cm long and weighing 2 g), and the weight applied when combing was measured using an IMADA digital Force gauge DPS-5R.

◎: Pull load is 0.2 kg or less. 〇: Pull load is 0.21 to 0.5 kg.
△: Pull load is 0.51 to 0.8 kg

As is clear from Table 1, the emulsion cosmetics of the present invention in Examples 1 to 6 were all-purpose for use on hair and skin, and were excellent in terms of spreadability, non-stickiness, moisturizing effect, safety, and hair tangle prevention effect.

Other formulation examples of the composition of the present invention are given below as examples. The compositions of these examples were also examined in terms of the all-purpose feel that can be used on hair and skin, such as stretchiness, non-stickiness, moisturizing feel, safety, and hair tangle suppressing effect, and all of the examples were found to have excellent properties and were good.

The emulsion cosmetic for whole body use to be used on hair and skin is characterized in that the total blending ratio of the component A and the component B is 20 to 35 mass % relative to the entire cosmetic, the ratio being A/B = 3:1 to 1:3, and the component C is liquid and does not contain a cationic surfactant. 2.
