Description
Claims (7)
- 絶縁処理の施された複数のバッテリーセルと、
前記バッテリーセルの上端が貫通して挿入される複数の貫通口を有する上カバーと、
前記バッテリーセルが配置される内部空間を有し、上部が開かれ、前記上カバーに結合される下カバーと、
前記下カバーの内部空間に冷却流体を供給するように、前記下カバーの一側に接続される冷却流体供給部と、
前記下カバーの内部空間の冷却流体を排出するように、前記下カバーの他側に接続される冷却流体排出部と、
前記バッテリーセルと前記貫通口との間の隙間を遮断するように配設される第1の遮断部と、
バッテリーセル同士を互いに離し合いかつ支持するように、前記下カバーの内部空間に配設されて前記バッテリーセルの下端と結合される第2の遮断部と、
を備え、
バッテリーセル同士の間に、前記下カバーの内部空間に供給された冷却流体が移動可能な経路が形成され、
前記第1の遮断部と前記第2の遮断部は、前記バッテリーセルと接触されるように塗布されたグルーが硬化されて形成されている、
バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記上カバーと前記下カバーとの間に配設されるガスケットをさらに備える請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記上カバーと前記下カバーとを分離可能に結合するように、前記下カバーを貫通して前記上カバーに締め付けられる複数の締め付けボルトをさらに備える請求項1または2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 複数のバッテリーセルと、
少なくとも一部分が柔軟性を有し、バッテリーセル同士の間に配設されるフレキシブル冷却流路と、
前記フレキシブル冷却流路に冷却流体を供給するように、前記フレキシブル冷却流路の一側に接続される冷却流体供給部と、
前記フレキシブル冷却流路の冷却流体を排出するように、前記フレキシブル冷却流路の他側に接続される冷却流体排出部と、
バッテリーセル同士を互いに離し合いかつ支持するように、前記バッテリーセルの上端の間に配設される第1の遮断部と、
バッテリーセル同士を互いに離し合いかつ支持するように、前記バッテリーセルの下端の間に配設される第2の遮断部と、
を備え、
前記フレキシブル冷却流路は、前記第1の遮断部と前記第2の遮断部との間の離隔空間に配置され、
前記第1の遮断部と前記第2の遮断部は、前記バッテリーセルと接触されるように塗布されたグルーが硬化されて形成されている、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記第1の遮断部と前記第2の遮断部は、バッテリーセル同士の間の空間の形状に倣って形成されている、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記第1の遮断部は、前記フレキシブル冷却流路の上端部と接続されて前記フレキシブル冷却流路の上部を支持し、
前記第2の遮断部は、前記フレキシブル冷却流路の下端部と接続されて前記フレキシブル冷却流路の下部を支持する、請求項4または5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記フレキシブル冷却流路が形成する冷却流体移動経路の幅は、0.15mm以上0.25mm以下である、請求項4から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
