Description

The present invention relates to a slide deck that can be installed in a vehicle and used as a simple bed, etc.

By installing a simple bed in the passenger compartment of a minivan or other vehicle, it is possible to sleep in the passenger compartment while camping, traveling, or during a disaster.
For example, there is a simple bed (Patent Document 1) in which a bed board stored in the upper part of the vehicle cabin is suspended by a cross link mechanism when in use, a simple bed (Patent Document 2) that is placed on a frame assembled using anchors that support the seat belts of a three-row seat, and an in-vehicle bed that is supported by the backrest of the second seat and a second backrest that is inverted and positioned behind it, which are rotatably connected to the upper part (Patent Document 3).
However, the beds described in Patent Documents 1 and 3 require significant modifications to the vehicle in order to accommodate the bed inside the vehicle cabin, which is costly.
Furthermore, the bed in Patent Document 2 requires storage space when the bed is not in use, which limits the amount of luggage that can be loaded into the vehicle, among other problems.

The present invention aims to provide a slide deck for vehicles that can be installed in a vehicle to serve as a simple bed, etc., is easy to install and use, and has excellent compactness in installation space.

The vehicle slide deck of the present invention is a vehicle slide deck that can be installed inside a vehicle compartment, and is characterized by having a fixed deck that can be fixed, and a movable deck that is slid into and stored on the fixed deck side.
As a result, by sliding the movable deck into the fixed deck side, it can be set up as a luggage rack or the like when stored, and by sliding the movable deck out, it can be used as a simple bed or the like when deployed.

In the present invention, it is preferable that the fixed deck is fixed within the luggage compartment, and the movable deck is slidably deployed in the forward direction of the vehicle.
This configuration allows passengers to sit in the rear seats with the vehicle slide deck in the stored state still installed in the luggage compartment, which is very convenient.
In addition, in the deployed state, at least a portion of the movable deck may be supported by the fixed deck.
This allows the deployed movable deck and fixed deck to be used in a continuous state in the fore-and-aft direction of the vehicle.

In the present invention, the fixed deck has a fixed panel portion, a main frame that holds the fixed panel portion and extends in the fore-and-aft direction of the vehicle, and legs that hang down from the main frame, and it is preferable that the main frame has a holding portion that holds the fixed panel portion and a rail portion that slides the movable deck.

In the present invention, in the unfolded state, at least a portion of the movable deck may be supported by the rail portion.
In this way, the movable deck that slides on the rail section can be supported directly on the rail section and placed in the deployed state, so that the design of the vehicle slide deck is simple and the operation is easy.

On the other hand, if the surfaces of the deployed movable deck and the fixed deck are flush (the vertical positions of the surfaces are the same), it will be highly usable as a simple bed or the like.
In the present invention, the main frame may have the rail portion above the holding portion.
In this way, the movable deck slides above the fixed deck in the unfolding direction and approaches the fixed deck from above until it reaches a height where they are flush with each other, so that the fixed deck and the movable deck in the unfolded state become flush with each other.
In order to make the fixed deck and the movable deck flush, the main frame may have a lower extension portion extending from the retaining portion toward the front of the vehicle, and in the unfolded state, at least a part of the movable deck may be placed on the lower extension portion, or the main frame may have an upper extension portion extending from the rail portion toward the front of the vehicle, and in the unfolded state, at least a part of the movable deck may be suspended from the upper extension portion.
Alternatively, the movable deck may have a movable panel portion provided with a mating portion on the rear side of the vehicle, and the fixed panel portion may have a mated portion on the front side of the vehicle that mates with the mating portion.

The vehicle slide deck according to the present invention can be used as a luggage rack or the like when slid compactly into storage, and can be used as a bed or the like when slid out.
Therefore, the installation space required for installation in a vehicle can be made compact, and the device can be used as a simple bed or the like within the vehicle cabin with almost no need for vehicle modification or assembly work.

An example of a vehicle slide deck according to the present invention will now be described with reference to the drawings.
In this specification, the front-rear direction of the vehicle is referred to as the front-rear direction, the vertical direction is referred to as the up-down direction, and the vehicle width direction is referred to as the left-right direction.

FIG. 1 shows an example of a vehicle slide deck 100 installed on a vehicle 1 .
The vehicle 1 is provided with a luggage compartment 2 capable of carrying luggage, etc., at the rear of the passenger compartment 1a and behind the rear seats 3.
The vehicle slide deck 100 can be easily installed in the luggage compartment 2 from the open back door 6 side.
The vehicle slide deck 100 comprises a fixed deck 10 that can be fixed and a movable deck 20, and the movable deck 20 can be slid and stored on the fixed deck 10 side, so that the vehicle slide deck 100 can be installed compactly in the luggage compartment 2 as shown in FIG. 1(a).
The movable deck 20 can be slidably deployed, for example, by storing the rear seat 3 on the forward side of the floor 5, or by tilting the seat back 3a of the rear seat 3 forward as shown in Figure 1 (b), and can be stored or deployed depending on the purpose of use.

The vehicle slide deck 100 according to the first embodiment is shown in FIGS.
FIG. 2 shows an example of the fixed deck 10 and the movable deck 20 in an expanded state, and FIG. 3 shows an example of the fixed deck 10 and the movable deck 20 in a stored state.
The fixed deck 10 has a panel-shaped fixed panel portion 11, a pair of main frames 12, 12 that support the fixed panel portion 11 from at least both the left and right sides and extend in the front-to-rear direction, and a pair of legs 15, 15 that hang down from the main frames 12, 12.
The shape of the main frame 12 is not particularly limited, and the main frame 12 in this embodiment has an upper portion 12a, a middle portion 12b, a lower portion 12c, and a side portion 12s as shown in FIG. 3(b).
The shape of the legs 15 is not particularly limited, and they may be directly fixed to the main frame 12, or may be detachable or may have a foldable structure, and fixing holes 15a or the like may be provided in the lower part of the legs 15.
For example, by fixing the fixing hole 15a of the leg 15 to a service hole on the vehicle side with a useful nut or the like, the fixed deck 10 can be erected and fixed to the floor surface 4 (e.g., a deck board) in the luggage compartment 2 without requiring any modifications to the vehicle side.
On the other hand, the movable deck 20 has a panel-shaped movable panel portion 21 and a pair of sub-frames 22, 22 that support the movable panel portion 21 at least from both the left and right sides and extend in the front-rear direction.
The movable deck 20 may have legs 23 like the legs 15. In this embodiment, foldable legs 23, 23 are provided on the rear surface 21b of the movable panel portion 21 as shown in FIG. 2(b), but this is not limited to this.

The main frame 12 of the fixed deck 10 has a rail portion 13 for sliding the sub-frame 22 of the movable deck 20 , and a holding portion 14 for holding the fixed panel portion 11 .
In this embodiment, the main frame 12 has a retaining portion 14 on the upper side and a rail portion 13 on the lower side. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 3(b), the retaining portion 14 having an approximately U-shaped cross section is formed by the upper portion 12a, the middle portion 12b, and the side portion 12s, and the rail portion 13 also having an approximately U-shaped cross section is formed by the middle portion 12b, the lower portion 12c, and the side portion 12s.
This allows the movable panel portion 21 to be stored below the fixed panel portion 11 or deployed from below.
In the stored state, as shown in FIG. 3(a), not only can luggage 7 be placed under the movable panel portion 21, but luggage can also be loaded on the surface 11a of the fixed panel portion 11, so that it can be used as a luggage rack.
The movable deck 20 may be provided with an unfolding handle 24 to facilitate sliding unfolding. For example, as in this embodiment, the handle 24 may be provided on the front end of the movable panel portion 21 on the back surface 21b side.
In order to use the deployed vehicle slide deck 100 as a simple bed or the like, it is preferable that the fixed panel portion 11 and the movable panel portion 21 are continuous in the front-rear direction.
The continuous deployed state is possible by supporting the rear end side of the movable deck 20 on the front end side of the fixed deck 10, and the rear end side of the subframe 22 may be fixed using a fixing member 16 as shown in Figure 8 (b) so that it engages with the front end side of the rail portion 13.

In addition to the fixed deck 10 and the movable deck 20 of the first embodiment, the second embodiment further includes an extension deck 30 that can be further deployed from the movable deck 20 side.
For example, when the vehicle has three rows of seats in the longitudinal direction and the vehicle slide deck 100 installed in the luggage compartment 2 is deployed up to the seat back of the first row of seats, the structure of this embodiment is preferable.
The extension deck 30 is not particularly limited as long as it has the extension panel 31, and the method of deployment may be a sliding mechanism or a rotating mechanism such as a flapper.
When the luggage rack is installed in the luggage compartment 2 in a stored state, for example, the extension panel portion 31 of the rotation mechanism can be fixed upright in an upward direction to prevent luggage from moving unexpectedly.
The extension deck 30 shown in Figures 4 and 5 is an example that includes a panel-shaped extension panel portion 31, a pair of auxiliary frames 32, 32 that hold the extension panel portion 31 on both the left and right sides and extend in the front-to-rear direction, and foldable legs 33, 33 on the back surface 31b of the extension panel portion 31.
As shown in Figure 5 (b), a rail portion 25 such as the rail portion 13 is provided on the subframe 22, and the auxiliary frame 32 slides along the rail portion 25, so that the extension panel portion 31 can be stored below the movable panel portion 21 or deployed from below.

In the unfolded state, if the top and bottom heights of the surface 11a of the fixed panel portion 11 and the surface 21a of the movable panel portion 21 are equal, it will be more suitable for use as a simple bed or the like.
Therefore, structural examples of the vehicle slide deck 100 in which the surfaces 11a, 21a are flush in the unfolded state are shown in FIGS. 6 to 10 as Examples 3 to 5.
The movable panel portion 21 of the third to fifth embodiments is an example that can be stored above the fixed panel portion 11 or deployed from above.
The following will particularly explain the structure that differs from the first embodiment.

Example 3 is shown in Figures 6 to 8.
In the present embodiment, as shown in Figures 6(a) and 7(b), the main frame 12 has a rail portion 13 formed by an upper portion 12a, a middle portion 12b, and a side portion 12s, and a retaining portion 14 formed by the middle portion 12b, a lower portion 12c, and a side portion 12s, and the rail portion 13 is located above the retaining portion 14.
Therefore, in the stored state, as shown in FIG. 6B and FIG. 7, the movable panel portion 21 on the rail portion 13 side is stored above the fixed panel portion 11 on the holding portion 14 side.
The main frame 12 of this embodiment has a lower portion 12c that holds the fixed panel portion 11 from below, and a lower extension portion 12d that extends forward.
Therefore, by placing the rear end 21c of the movable panel portion 21 on the lower extension portion 12d, a flush deployed state as shown in Figures 8(a) and (b) can be achieved.
In addition, by providing a fixing member 16 such as a screw on the front end side of the main frame 12 from the outside of the side portion 12s and providing a fixing hole 22a on the rear end side of the subframe 22, the fixing portion 16a of the fixing member 16 can be fitted into the fixing hole 22a to fix the unfolded movable panel portion 21, as shown in Figure 8 (c).
In addition, the fixed panel portion 11 and the movable panel portion 21 in this embodiment are extruded members having a hollow cross-sectional shape, but they do not necessarily have to be extruded members.
Furthermore, there are no limitations on the size of the lower extension 12d, the method of fixing the movable deck 20, etc.

Example 4 is shown in FIG.
The main frame 12 in this embodiment is an example in which a rail portion 13 is formed by an upper portion 12a, a middle portion 12b and a side portion 12s, a retaining portion 14 is formed by a middle portion 12b, a lower portion 12c and a side portion 12s, and has an upper extending portion 12e extending forward from the upper portion 12a.
As shown in FIG. 9B, the subframe 22 is provided at its rear end with a subframe fitting portion 22b that fits into the upper extending portion 12e from above.
When the sub-frame fitting portion 22b is fitted into the upper extending portion 12e, the sub-frame 22 hangs down from the upper extending portion 12e, and the surfaces 11a, 21a of the fixed panel portion 11 and the movable panel portion 21 become flush with each other.
A stopper portion 12f is provided on the front side of the upper extending portion 12e, so that the engaged sub-frame fitting portion 22b can be prevented from slipping out in the forward direction.

FIG. 10 shows the fixed panel portion 11 and the movable panel portion 21 of the fifth embodiment as viewed from the right side.
The fixed panel portion 11 has, at its front end portion 11c, a recessed fitted portion 11d and a locking portion 11e standing on its tip side, and the movable panel portion 21 has, at its rear end portion 21c, a protruding fitting portion 21d.
The main frame 12 (not shown) forms a rail portion 13 by the upper portion 12a, middle portion 12b, and side portion 12s, and a retaining portion 14 by the middle portion 12b, lower portion 12c, and side portion 12s. The movable panel portion 21 slides on the rail portion 13 via the subframe 22, so that the movable panel portion 21 slides above the fixed panel portion 11, as shown in Figure 10 (a).
10B and 10C, when the movable panel 21 slides, the fitting portion 21d of the movable panel 21 fits into the fitted portion 11d of the fixed panel 11, and the fitting portion 21d is then locked into the locking portion 11e of the fixed panel 11.
As a result, the surface 21a of the movable panel portion 21 and the surface 11a of the fixed panel portion 11 are in a flush deployed state, as shown in FIG. 10(d).
Furthermore, this makes it possible to ensure strength without using any other parts in the fitting connection between the fitting portion and the fitted portion.
In this embodiment, the fixed panel portion 11 and the movable panel portion 21 are extruded members having a hollow cross-sectional shape, but they do not necessarily have to be extruded members, and the back surfaces 11b, 21b do not necessarily have to be flush with each other.
Furthermore, there is no particular limitation on the shapes of the fitting portion and the fitted portion.

Claims (2)

A vehicle slide deck that can be installed in a vehicle interior, the vehicle slide deck having a fixed deck that can be fixed and a movable deck that is slid and stored into the fixed deck side,
The fixed deck has a fixed panel portion, a pair of main frames that hold the fixed panel portion from both the left and right sides and extend in the front-rear direction of the vehicle, and legs that hang down from the main frames.
The main frame is integrally formed with a retaining portion that holds the fixed panel portion, a rail portion that slides the movable deck above the retaining portion, and a lower extension portion or an upper extension portion that holds the rear end of the movable deck in the unfolded state, and is characterized in that it has a fixing member for preventing movement of the movable deck in the unfolded state. The movable deck has a movable panel portion and a pair of subframes that hold the movable panel portion on both the left and right sides and extend in the fore-and-aft direction of the vehicle, and in an unfolded state, the front end side of the main frame and the rear end side of the subframes are fixed by a fixing member.
