Description
(1)疎水化ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース、及びヒドロキシプロピルセルロースからなる群より選択される一種または二種以上のポリマーを含む金属アレルギー原因物質ブロック剤。
(2)前記金属アレルギー原因物質ブロック剤は、前記ポリマーが金属アレルギー原因物質を捕捉することおよび皮膚及び/又は唇を前記金属アレルギー原因物質から保護することにより、金属アレルギー原因物質をブロックする、(1)に記載の金属アレルギー原因物質ブロック剤。
金属アレルゲン原因物質として代表的な物質であるニッケルイオンの捕捉能を調べることにより、金属アレルゲン原因物質捕捉能を調べた。本発明の剤の候補物質として以下の表1に記載の各試料を精製水に溶解しそれぞれ0.5重量%濃度に調製した。対照として水を用いた。
実施例1の候補物質のうちの多糖セルロース系のポリマー(HPC、HPMC、疎水化HPMC、HEC、CMC)、並びに、実施例1でニッケルイオン捕捉効果が見られた物質のうち、合成ポリマーのPVA、粘土鉱物のベントナイト、およびキレート剤のEDTAを使用し実施例1と同様に0.5%水溶液の試料を作成し、対照として水を使用した。
実施例2で使用した候補物質の0.5%水溶液、皮膜機能を有さない対照物質として水、および皮膜機能を有する対照物質としてシリコーン油(ジメチルポリシロキサン(6mPa・s))を用いた。ビーカーの上に乗せたろ紙(70mm/ADVANTEC)に各試料0.1gを直径2.5cmの円状に伸ばして塗布し、10分後、ろ紙をもう1枚下に重ねて上から精製水を2滴滴下し、1分後に下側のろ紙に透過した精製水の重量を測定した。精製水の重量が水に比べて有意に減少した場合、疎水性皮膜機能ありと判定した。
実施例3で優れた効果が見られた疎水化HPMCの濃度依存性を確認した。各濃度(0.1%、0.3%、0.5%)の疎水化HPMCを用いる以外は実施例3と同じ方法を用いて疎水性皮膜機能試験を行った。
精製水に保湿剤、各種薬剤、クエン酸、緩衝剤を溶解する。エタノールに香料、界面活性剤、防腐剤を溶解し、このエタノール相を先の水相に可溶化させ、化粧水を得る。
精製水に保湿剤、アルカリを加えた後、緩衝剤を加える。油溶性成分を油分に溶解し、水相とホモミキサーで乳化し、エモリエントローション(O/W)を得る。
精製水に保湿剤、アルカリを加え、70℃に加熱。油分に界面活性剤、防腐剤、酸化防止剤、香料を加え、70℃に加熱し、先の水相に添加、ホモミキサーを用いて乳化し、クリーム(O/W)を得る。
