Claims (19)
- 切断具(130)を保持するインターフェースと、回転軸(1141)を有し、前記切断具を駆動するよう構成された電気モーター(140)と、前記電気モーター(140)に電力を供給するよう構成されたバッテリー(220)を保持するためのバッテリー収納部(150)と、支持アーム(240)と、ベルトガード(115)とを備える手持ち式作業工具であって、前記支持アーム(240)は、前記支持アームの第1の端部(241)で前記切断具(130)を支持し、かつ前記第1の端部(241)と反対側の前記支持アーム(242)の第2の端部で前記電気モーター(140)を支持するよう構成され、前記ベルトガード(115)および前記支持アーム(240)の少なくとも一部は、内部空間(340)を囲むよう構成され、前記手持ち式作業工具(100,200,800,1000)は、冷却空気の流れを生成するよう構成されたファン(145)を備え、前記冷却空気の流れの一部は、少なくとも1つの開口部(310)を介して前記内部空間(340)に向かって誘導され、前記ベルトガード(115)および/または前記支持アーム(240)の少なくとも1つの空気出口(245)を経由して出るように構成され、それにより前記内部空間(340)内の空気圧を周囲空気圧レベルより高くする、手持ち式作業工具。
- 前記開口部(310)は、前記電気モーター(140)の前記回転軸(1141)を取り囲む円に沿って配置された複数の開口部(310)である、請求項1に記載の手持ち式作業工具(100,200,800,1000)。
- 前記電気モーター(140)は、前記ファン(145)を駆動するように構成されている、請求項1または2に記載の手持ち式作業工具(100,200,800,1000)。
- 前記バッテリー(220)を冷却するために冷却空気導管が冷却空気(160)の流れの一部を導くよう構成されている、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の手持ち式作業工具(100,200,800,1000)。
- 前記ベルトガード(115)および/または前記支持アーム(240)は、冷却空気の流れが前記内部空間(340)から出る空気出口(245)を備える、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の手持ち式作業工具(100,200,800,1000)。
- 前記開口部(310)は、600mm2~1000mm 2 の面積を有し、前記空気出口(245)は、1000mm2~1500mm 2 の面積を有する、請求項5に記載の手持ち式作業工具(100,200,800,1000)。
- 前記空気出口(245)の面積が、前記開口部(310)の面積よりも大きい、請求項5または6に記載の手持ち式作業工具(100,200,800,1000)。
- 前記空気出口(245)が複数の空気出口(245)を備える、請求項5~7のいずれか一項に記載の手持ち式作業工具(100,200,800,1000)。
- 前記空気出口(245)が前記ベルトガード(115)または前記支持アーム(240)いずれかの後端部分に配置され、前記後端部分は、前記手持ち式作業工具(100,200,800,1000)の通常の操作位置において使用者に最も近い前記ベルトガード(115)および支持アーム(240)の部分である、請求項5~8のいずれか一項に記載の手持ち式作業工具(100,200,800,1000)。
- 前記空気出口(245)は、前記ベルトガード(115)または前記支持アーム(240)いずれかの下部領域、すなわち前記手持ち式作業工具(100,200,800,1000)が表面の上で直立した静止位置において最も前記表面に近い前記ベルトガード(115)または支持アーム(240)の部分に配置される、請求項5~9のいずれか一項に記載の手持ち式作業工具(100,200,800,1000)。
- 前記空気出口(245)が前記ベルトガード(115)の貫通孔として構成されている、請求項5~10のいずれか一項に記載の手持ち式作業工具(100,200,800,1000)。
- 前記ベルトガード(115)がプラスチックで作られ、かつ前記支持アーム(240)がマグネシウムで作られている、請求項5~11のいずれか一項に記載の手持ち式作業工具(100,200,800,1000)。
- 前記空気出口(245)は主に、前記手持ち式作業工具(100,200,800,1000)が直立した静止位置にある場合に、前記ベルトガード(115)および/または前記支持アーム(240)の下半分配置されている、請求項5~12のいずれか一項に記載の手持ち式作業工具(100,200,800,1000)。
- 前記空気出口(245)が前記電気モーターの前記回転軸(1141)に対してある角度にわたって広がる複数の空気出口(245)を備え、前記角度は、20度より大きく、前記空気出口(245)は、少なくとも部分的に前記回転軸(1141)の後部に、すなわち前記手持ち式作業工具(100,200,800,1000)の通常の操作位置において前記使用者に最も近くに配置される、請求項5~13のいずれか一項に記載の手持ち式作業工具(100,200,800,1000)。
- 前記電気モーターの前記回転軸(1141)および前記空気出口(245)間の最短距離(D1)が前記回転軸(1141)および前記開口部(310)間の最短距離(D2)より大きい、請求項5~14のいずれか一項に記載の手持ち式作業工具(100,200,800,1000)。
- 前記支持アーム(240)が冷却フランジ(320)を備え、前記開口部(310)が一対の冷却フランジの(320)間に配置されている、請求項1~15のいずれか一項に記載の手持ち式作業工具(100,200,800,1000)。
- 前記開口部(310)は、前記支持アーム(240)における1または複数の開口部として構成されている、請求項1~16のいずれか一項に記載の手持ち式作業工具(100,200,800,1000)。
- 切断具(130)を保持するインターフェースと、回転軸(1141)を有し、前記切断具を駆動するよう構成された電気モーター(140)と、前記電気モーター(140)に電力を供給するよう構成されたバッテリー(220)を保持するためのバッテリー収納部(150)と、支持アーム(240)と、ベルトガード(115)とを備える手持ち式作業工具であって、前記支持アーム(240)は、前記支持アームの第1の端部(241)で前記切断具(130)を支持し、かつ前記第1の端部(241)と反対側の前記支持アーム(242)の第2の端部で前記電気モーター(140)を支持するよう構成され、前記ベルトガード(115)および前記支持アーム(240)の少なくとも一部は、内部空間(340)を囲むよう構成され、前記手持ち式作業工具(100,200,800,1000)は、冷却空気の流れを生成するよう構成されたファン(145)を備え、前記冷却空気の流れの一部は、少なくとも1つの開口部(310)を介して前記支持アーム(242)を通り前記内部空間(340)に向かって誘導されるよう構成され、前記ベルトガード(115)および/または前記支持アーム(240)は、前記冷却空気の流れが前記内部空間(340)から出る少なくとも1つの空気出口(245)を備える、手持ち式作業工具。
- 前記少なくとも1つの空気出口(245)の総面積は、前記少なくとも1つの開口部(310)の総面積よりも大きい、請求項18に記載の手持ち式作業工具(100,200,800,1000)。
