機体を走行させる走行部(A)と、操縦部(B)と、圃場から根菜類を収穫する収穫部(C)と、収穫した根菜類を収容する収容部(E)を装備した根菜類収穫機において、該収容部(E)に収穫部(C)から搬送された根菜類を収納するように収容部材(22)を載置する状態と収容部材(22)を下方の圃場に降ろすように収容部材(22)の下方を開放する収納状態の2つの状態を取るように回動する複数個の台(52,55)で構成される載置台(26)を設けると共に、
収容部材(22)を吊って機体左右方向外側の圃場に降ろし及び載置台(26)が回動して収納状態になることにより収容部材(22)の下方が開放された圃場に収容部材(22)を降ろす移動装置(24)を設け、
載置台(26)が、機体に回動自在に内側が枢支された機体内側の基側台(52)と該基側台(52)外側端に回動自在に内側が枢支された機体外側の先側台(55)よりなることを特徴とする根菜類収穫機。
