Description

The present invention relates to a building in which multiple residents live.

In the following Patent Document 1, the building has an approximately rectangular exterior shape in plan view. On one side of the building in the beam direction, resident rooms are arranged in the girder direction. On the first floor of the building, on the other side of the beam direction, an entrance hall, toilet, and bathroom are arranged in the girder direction. The dining room is located in the center of the building in the beam direction, that is, between the entrance hall, toilet, bathroom, and multiple rooms.

The following Patent Document 2 discloses a shared house, which is an example of a building. The shared house has public spaces (dining rooms, corridors, etc.) that can be used by all residents, and multiple semi-public spaces adjacent to the public spaces. Buildings have common areas such as bathrooms, dining rooms, laundry rooms, etc. It is desirable for these common areas to be shared by as many residents as possible. However, some residents may not get along well with others. For example, if the building is a group home for people with developmental disabilities, it is possible that a resident may develop behavioral disorders such as panic if they encounter other residents in common areas or hallways. Therefore, it is necessary to arrange the rooms and hallways within the building so that residents are less likely to encounter other specific residents in common areas or hallways.

The present invention was made in consideration of the above-mentioned circumstances, and its purpose is to provide a building in which common areas can be used by many residents, while preventing residents from encountering other specific residents within the building.

The present invention provides a building in which many residents can share the third and fourth common areas while preventing encounters between residents and other specific residents within the building.

Thus, with building 100, the issues in group homes for people with developmental disabilities can be resolved.

According to building 100, when residents A and B move between rooms 150A, 150B and entrance 120A through corridors 210 and 240, a caretaker or the like opens door 270 and closes door 280, preventing residents A and B from encountering residents C and D. Similarly, when residents C and D move between rooms 160A, 160B and entrance 120A through corridors 220 and 240, they are also prevented from encountering residents A and B. This also solves the above-mentioned problems in group homes for people with developmental disabilities.

In the building 100, the entrance 131 of the caretaker's room 130 faces the corridor 240, making it easy to access both rooms 150A and 150B and rooms 160A and 160B.

According to the building 100, the passage 210 to the passage 240 form a corridor.
