Description
Claims (7)
- フィルム状の光透過性基材と、
前記光透過性基材の一方の主面のうちの一部を占める第一領域上に設けられた導電性層と、
前記光透過性基材の一方の主面のうち前記第一領域以外の領域を含む第二領域の全体を覆うように設けられた光透過性樹脂層と、
を備え、
前記導電性層が、前記光透過性基材の主面の面内方向に延在し開口を含むパターンを有する部分を含む導体部と、前記導体部の開口内を埋める絶縁樹脂部と、を有し、
前記導体部、前記絶縁樹脂部、及び前記光透過性樹脂層が実質的に同じ厚みを有する、
導電性フィルム。 - 前記第一領域の面積が、前記第二領域の面積よりも小さい、請求項1に記載の導電性フィルム。
- 前記導体部の開口を含むパターンが、メッシュ状のパターンである、請求項1又は2に記載の導電性フィルム。
- 前記光透過性樹脂層及び前記絶縁樹脂部が硬化性樹脂組成物の硬化物である、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の導電性フィルム。
- 前記光透過性樹脂層と前記絶縁樹脂部とが同じ樹脂によって形成されている、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の導電性フィルム。
- 前記光透過性基材の屈折率と、前記光透過性樹脂層の屈折率との差が0.1以下である、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の導電性フィルム。
- 請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の導電性フィルムを具備する表示装置。
