Description
前記積層体50は、互いに区分される高分子樹脂を含有する第1層と第2層とが交互に積層された積層体である。
具現例のポリエステルフィルム100は、スキン層70をさらに含むことができる。
具現例のポリエステルフィルム100は、180度の回転を800rpmで30秒以上適用したフィルム騒音度の評価において、平均等価騒音度が78dB以下であってもよい。前記平均等価騒音度は77.5dB以下、76dB以下、74.5dB以下、または73dB以下であってもよい。前記平均等価騒音度は72dB以上であってもよい。
他の一実施例に係るポリエステルフィルムの製造方法は、組成物準備ステップと、未延伸シートを得るステップと、ポリエステルフィルムを得るステップとを含む。
他の一具現例に係る包装材は、上述したポリエステルフィルムを含む。ポリエステルフィルムについての具体的な説明は、上述した説明と重複するので、詳細な記載を省略する。
第1樹脂組成物は、第1樹脂100重量部を基準として、ポリ乳酸系重合体93.9重量部、ポリヒドロキシアルカノエート系重合体6重量部、及び炭酸カルシウム0.1重量部の混合樹脂を適用した。
実施例3は、第1樹脂組成物と第2樹脂組成物は前記と同様に適用するが、第1樹脂組成物と第2樹脂組成物の吐出量の比(体積比)を50:50で適用した。
比較例1は、D-ラクチドの含量が約1%~約3モル%であり、摂氏210度で溶融粘度が約7,000~約12,000Pであるポリ乳酸系重合体を使用した。除湿乾燥機で摂氏80度で6時間乾燥して水分を除去した。第1樹脂層の樹脂は、温度が摂氏210度である押出機で溶融押出した。780mmのダイ(Die)を通過させた後、摂氏20度に冷却された冷却ロールに密着させて単層の未延伸シートを得た。このように得られた単層の未延伸シートを摂氏65度で縦方向3.0倍、摂氏85度で横方向3.8倍に延伸した後、熱固定温度摂氏120度及び弛緩率約1%を付与して、約20μmの二軸延伸単層フィルムを製造した。
フィルムの騒音度の評価
ポリカーボネートで作製された650(W)×450(D)×500(H)mmのボックス内で、A4サイズ(210mm×297mm)に裁断されたフィルムを準備し、Cirrus Research PLC社のデジタル騒音分析器(モデル名:CR-162C)を配置した。騒音分析器は、準備されたフィルムから約10cm離れた所に位置し、フィルムの両端をジグで把持して180度回転、800RPM、30秒以上騒音を発し、騒音を測定した。データの分析は、NoiseTools Softwareプログラムの等価騒音度及び周波数別の騒音度モードを適用した。プログラムを通じて、特定の周波数での30秒間の騒音度、等価騒音度などを評価し、その結果を下記の表に示した。
ASTM D882に準拠してフィルム試験片を作製した後、長さ150mm、幅15mmに切断し、その後、チャック間距離が50mmとなるように装着し、前記試験片を引張試験機、インストロン5566Aを用いて引張速度200mm/minで実験した後、測定開始点から伸び率3%到達時点までの直線の傾きの値をヤング率(Young's modulus、kgf/mm2)として測定した。
日本精密光学社(Nihon Seimitsu Kogaku)のヘイズメーター(モデル名:SEP-H)を用いて、ASTM D1003標準に準拠して測定した。

Claims (9)
- ポリ乳酸系樹脂を含む第1層と、テレフタレート残基及びアジピン酸残基を含む第2層とを交互に積層した積層体を含むポリエステルフィルムであって、
前記第1層は、前記ポリ乳酸系樹脂100重量部を基準として前記ポリヒドロキシアルカノエート樹脂を1~7重量部で含み、
前記積層体は、前記第1層と前記第2層が30層以上交互に積層されたものであり、
前記ポリエステルフィルムは、180度の回転を800rpmで30秒以上適用したフィルム騒音度の評価において、平均等価騒音度が78dB以下であり、ヤング率が280kgf/mm2以下である、ポリエステルフィルム。 - 前記積層体の厚さが16μmであるとき、前記ポリエステルフィルム騒音度の評価において、250Hzで騒音度が63dB以下である、請求項1に記載のポリエステルフィルム。
- 前記ポリエステルフィルムは、ヘイズが10%以下である、請求項1に記載のポリエステルフィルム。
- 前記積層体の厚さが16μmであるとき、前記ポリエステルフィルム騒音度の評価において、500Hzで騒音度が53dB以下である、請求項1に記載のポリエステルフィルム。
- 前記第2層はポリブチレンアジペートコテレフタレート樹脂を含む、請求項1に記載のポリエステルフィルム。
- 前記第1層と前記第2層の厚さの比率は1:0.2~1.5である、請求項1に記載のポリエステルフィルム。
- 前記ポリエステルフィルムは、スキン層をさらに含み、
前記スキン層は、前記積層体の一面及び他面上にそれぞれ配置され、
前記スキン層は、ポリ乳酸系樹脂を含む第1樹脂、及び無機粒子を含む、請求項1に記載のポリエステルフィルム。 - ポリ乳酸系樹脂を含む第1層と、テレフタレート残基及びアジピン酸残基を含む第2層とを30層以上交互に積層した積層体を含むポリエステルフィルムであって、
前記第1層は、前記ポリ乳酸系樹脂100重量部を基準として前記ポリヒドロキシアルカノエート樹脂を1~7重量部で含み、 前記ポリエステルフィルムは、180度の回転を800rpmで30秒以上適用してフィルム騒音度の評価を行ったとき、250Hz、500Hz、1000Hz、2000Hz、4000Hz及び8000Hzでの騒音度が全て80dB以下である、ポリエステルフィルム。 - 請求項1に記載のポリエステルフィルムを含む、包装材。
