Claims (11)
- 電池セルの内部から離れた外表面に第1絶縁層が被覆されるハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの前記電池セルの長さ方向に沿った端部に設置されるエンドカバーアセンブリと、
前記エンドカバーアセンブリの前記電池セルの内部から離れた表面に取り付けられるエンドカバーチップと、
を含み、
前記エンドカバーチップに第2絶縁層が貼り付けられ、前記第2絶縁層の少なくとも一部は前記ハウジングに向かって折られ且つ前記第1絶縁層に接続され、前記第2絶縁層の厚さが前記エンドカバーチップの厚さ未満である、電池セル。 - 電池セルの長さ方向に沿って、前記第1絶縁層の前記エンドカバーアセンブリに近い側の端部と、前記ハウジングの前記エンドカバーアセンブリに近い側の端部との間に所定の長さの距離を残し、前記第2絶縁層を前記第1絶縁層と接続させるために、前記第2絶縁層の前記ハウジングに向かって折られる長さは前記所定の長さ以上である、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記ハウジングは方形ハウジングであり、
前記エンドカバーアセンブリ及び前記エンドカバーチップは前記ハウジングの前記電池セルの長さ方向に沿った端部の形状に適合する方形構造であり、
前記第2絶縁層にノッチが設けられ、前記ノッチは前記エンドカバーチップの対角線の頂点から前記第2絶縁層の前記ハウジングに向かって折られた端部まで延伸し、それにより前記第2絶縁層は前記エンドカバーチップの前記電池セルの厚さ方向に沿った両側に位置する第1折り部と、前記エンドカバーチップの前記電池セルの幅方向に沿った両側に位置する第2折り部とを形成する、請求項1~2のいずれか一項に記載の電池セル。 - 前記エンドカバーチップは長方形構造であり、
前記第1折り部は前記エンドカバーチップの長辺から前記ハウジングに向かって折られ、前記第2折り部は前記エンドカバーチップの短辺から前記ハウジングに向かって折られる、請求項3に記載の電池セル。 - 前記第1折り部を前記ハウジングに向かって折った後に前記第2折り部に向かって折り、前記第2折り部の一部を被覆することができるように、前記第2絶縁層が展開された状態で、前記第1折り部の前記電池セルの幅方向に沿った長さは前記エンドカバーチップの長辺の長さより長く、前記第2折り部の前記電池セルの厚さ方向に沿った長さは前記エンドカバーチップの短辺の長さより短い、請求項3~4のいずれか一項に記載の電池セル。
- 前記第2折り部を前記ハウジングに向かって折った後に前記第1折り部に向かって折り、前記第1折り部の一部を被覆することができるように、前記第2絶縁層が展開された状態で、前記第1折り部の前記電池セルの幅方向に沿った長さは前記エンドカバーチップの長辺の長さより短く、前記第2折り部の前記電池セルの厚さ方向に沿った長さは前記エンドカバーチップの短辺の長さより長い、請求項3~5のいずれか一項に記載の電池セル。
- 前記第2絶縁層は前記エンドカバーアセンブリの表面から離れた前記エンドカバーチップのエッジ領域に貼り付けられる、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の電池セル。
- 前記エンドカバーアセンブリには前記電池セルの内部から離れる方向に突出する凸カバーと、前記凸カバーの電池セルの幅方向に沿った両側に位置するショルダー部とが設けられ、
前記エンドカバーチップには前記凸カバーに適合する凸部と、前記凸部の電池セルの幅方向に沿った両側に位置する貼り付け領域とが設けられ、
前記第2絶縁層が前記ショルダー部を被覆するように、前記貼り付け領域に前記第2絶縁層が貼り付けられる、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の電池セル。 - 前記貼り付け領域の幅は3~7mmである、請求項8に記載の電池セル。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の複数の電池セルを含む電池。
- 電気エネルギーを供給するために用いられる請求項10に記載の電池を含む電力消費装置。
