なお、隅切り側部23bは、湾曲状でもよい。隅切り下端部23cは、直線状でもよい。

この構成によれば、隅切り下端部23cから伝わってきた外力が、突出上端部33eから突出側部33b及び突出前部33dを経由して突出下端部33fに伝わりやすくなることが期待できる。詳細には、突出前下端部33faがフランジ部5の平坦部分に張り出していることにより、閉蓋の際に天面部1に加わる力がダイレクトにフランジ部5の四隅に伝わり、上記四隅の直下に位置する嵌合壁部6による嵌合がスムーズに行われる効果を期待できる。

The width of the protruding front portion 33d is not particularly limited, but may be 7.0 to 13.0 mm, more preferably 9.0 to 11.0 mm, or may be 7.0 to 15.0 mm, 8.0 to 14.0 mm, or may be 9.0 to 14.0 mm. The radius of curvature of the protruding front lower end portion 33fa may be 6.5 to 10 mm, preferably 7.5 to 9 mm, and more preferably 7.5 to 8.5 mm, which is larger than the radius of curvature of the protruding upper end portion 33e, and therefore the protruding portion 33 is formed in a fan-shaped shape.
With this configuration, it is expected that the external force transmitted from the corner cutting lower end 23c will be easily transmitted from the protruding upper end 33e to the protruding lower end 33f via the protruding side portion 33b and the protruding front portion 33d. In detail, since the protruding front lower end 33fa protrudes onto the flat portion of the flange portion 5, the force applied to the top surface portion 1 during closing is directly transmitted to the four corners of the flange portion 5, and the fitting wall portions 6 located directly below the four corners can be smoothly fitted together.

<隅切り部と突出部との関係の説明>
図4に示すように、隅切り部23の隅切り下端部23cと突出部33の突出上端部33eとは、略面一状に連続している。天面部1に対する隅切り部23の傾斜角と突出部33の傾斜角とは、略同等で、垂直に対して30~50°である。
なお、略面一状に連続している部分は、点状でも所定の幅を有する線状でもよい。換言すれば、略面一状に連続している部分を除く隅切り下端部23cと突出上端部33eとの境界部分は、段差状でもよい。
この構成によれば、隅切り下端部23cから伝わってきた外力が、突出上端部33eにより伝わりやすくなることが期待できる。

なお、突出前下端部33faの頂点がフランジ外周端縁52に達していても、換言すれば、突出前下端部33faの頂点とフランジ外周端縁52との距離がゼロでも、突出前下端部33faが頂点を除いてフランジ部5の平坦部分に張り出している部分を有する形状(例えば、アーチ状)であれば、天面部1に加わる力がフランジ部5の四隅に伝わらないことはないが、フランジ内周端縁51からフランジ外周端縁52までの距離と突出前下端部33faの頂点からフランジ外周端縁52までの距離との比率は、10:1~10:9でもよく、好ましくは5:1~5:4であり、より好ましくは3:1~3:2であり、上記比率が10:1より小さくても10:9より大きくても突出前下端部33faに伝わった外力が嵌合壁部6に伝わりにくくなるおそれがある。突出前下端部33faの頂点からフランジ外周端縁52までの距離は特に制限はないが、1.5~5mmでもよく、好ましくは2.0~3.5mmである。1.5mmより小さいと蓋を閉めた際に突出前下端部33faの頂点が浮いてフランジ部との間に隙間が発生してしまいデザイン性を損なってしまう。また、5mmを超えると外力が伝わりにくくなるおそれがある。

If the above ratio is less than 10:1 or more than 10:9, there is a risk that the external force transmitted to the protruding front lower end 33fa will be less likely to be transmitted to the fitting wall portion 6. The distance from the apex of the protruding front lower end 33fa to the flange outer peripheral edge 52 is not particularly limited, but may be 1.5 to 5 mm, and is preferably 2.0 to 3.5 mm. If it is less than 1.5 mm, the apex of the protruding front lower end 33fa will float when the lid is closed, creating a gap between the flange and the apex, which will impair the design. If it exceeds 5 mm, there is a risk that external forces will not be transmitted easily.

<嵌合壁部の説明>
図1に示すように、嵌合壁部6は、容器本体C2のフランジ部に対して外嵌合するものである。
図2に示すように、嵌合壁部6は、長手嵌合壁部61と、短手嵌合壁部62と、長手嵌合壁部61及び短手嵌合壁部62とで形成された周方向に点在する角部分に該当する位置に隅切られた隅切り嵌合壁部63とを有する。
図3に示すように、長手嵌合壁部61、短手嵌合壁部62、及び隅切り嵌合壁部63は、突出下端部33fに近接する位置に、それぞれ幅広な嵌合部61a・62a・63aを有する。換言すれば、嵌合部61a・62a・63aは、突出下端部33fを囲むように嵌合壁部6に面状に設けられている。嵌合部61a・62aの幅は、突出下端部33fの幅より広く、嵌合部63aの幅は、少なくとも突出前下端部33faの幅より広い。
なお、嵌合部61a、62a、及び63aの幅は、それぞれ同じでも異なっていてもよく、特に制限はないが10~28mmであれば好ましく、18~25mmであればより好ましい。また、長手嵌合壁部61に形成される嵌合部61aより、短手嵌合壁部62に形成される嵌合部62aのほうが長いほうが好ましい。
この構成によれば、突出下端部33fの形状に沿うように設けられた嵌合部61a・62a・63aに外力が伝わりやすいため、容器本体に嵌合しやすくなることが期待できる。

In other words, the fitting portions 61a, 62a, 63a are provided in a planar shape on the fitting wall portion 6 so as to surround the protruding lower end portion 33f. The width of the fitting portions 61a, 62a is wider than the width of the protruding lower end portion 33f, and the width of the fitting portion 63a is wider than at least the width of the protruding front lower end portion 33fa.
The widths of the fitting parts 61a, 62a, and 63a may be the same or different, and are not particularly limited, but are preferably 10 to 28 mm, and more preferably 18 to 25 mm. Also, it is preferable that the fitting part 62a formed on the short fitting wall part 62 is longer than the fitting part 61a formed on the long fitting wall part 61.
According to this configuration, external forces are easily transmitted to the fitting portions 61a, 62a, 63a that are provided so as to follow the shape of the protruding lower end portion 33f, so that it is expected that the protruding lower end portion 33f will be easily fitted into the container body.

天面部と、当該天面部の周端縁より下側に拡がって傾斜しており角部分を有する側壁部と、当該側壁部の下端縁より外側に延出しているフランジ部と、当該フランジ部の外周端縁より下側に垂下している嵌合壁部とを備え、
前記側壁部は、前記角部分に隣接する第1側壁部及び第2側壁部より外側に突出かつ緩やかに傾斜している凸状の突出部を有し、
前記突出部の上端部は前記側壁部の上端縁と下端縁との間に位置し、当該突出部の下端部は前記フランジ部の内周端縁より外側に位置し、
前記突出部の上端部から下端部までの端面形状は、直線状であり、
