請求項1記載のスピードナット自動供給組付装置において、前記ピッキング部は前記ピッキング駆動部側がバネで連結可動な2枚の板からなり、一方の板は前記ピッキング駆動部と反対端に切り欠き部を有し、他方の板には前記切り欠き部と重なる位置に孔を有し、前記切り欠き部と穴間に存在する物体を検知できる検知器が穴部に設けられ、前記ピッキング部の2枚の板の前記ピッキング駆動部と反対端の断面間隔はU字状のスピードナットの断面の最大間隔より狭いことを特徴とするスピードナット自動供給組付装置。

The automatic speed nut supply and assembly device according to claim 1, wherein the picking section is made up of two plates which are connected and movable by a spring on the picking drive section side, one plate has a notch at the end opposite the picking drive section, the other plate has a hole at a position overlapping with the notch, a detector capable of detecting an object present between the notch and the hole is provided in the hole, and the cross-sectional spacing between the ends of the two plates of the picking section opposite the picking drive section is narrower than the maximum cross-sectional spacing of a U-shaped speed nut.
