第2の発明は、汚染された土壌を浄化するための注入装置を構成し、汚染土壌に形成された削孔に挿入される注入外管の中へ挿入される注入内管であって、シングル管を内蔵し一液注入可能な内管本体と、その上下に配置されたパッカ部を膨出・収縮させるパッカ機構と、注入液を噴出させるために上下パッカ部の間に形成されたノズルと、を備え、上下パッカ部の間隔を23cm~27cmにしたことを特徴とするものである。
第3の発明は、上記第1又は第2の発明に係る注入内管を備えたことを特徴とする注入装置である。
第4の発明は、汚染された土壌を浄化するための浄化工法であって、汚染土壌に形成された削孔に挿入される注入外管と、ダブル管を内蔵し二液注入可能な内管本体とその上下に配置されたパッカ部を膨出・収縮させるパッカ機構と注入液を噴出させるために上下パッカ部の間に形成されたノズルとを備えて注入外管の中へ挿入される注入内管と、を使用し、注入内管の上下パッカ部の間隔を23cm~27cmにして注入外管内をステップアップしながら注入作業を繰り返し、汚染土壌を浄化することを特徴とするものである。
第5の発明は、汚染された土壌を浄化するための浄化工法であって、汚染土壌に形成された削孔に挿入される注入外管と、シングル管を内蔵し一液注入可能な内管本体とその上下に配置されたパッカ部を膨出・収縮させるパッカ機構と注入液を噴出させるために上下パッカ部の間に形成されたノズルとを備えて注入外管の中へ挿入される注入内管と、を使用し、注入内管の上下パッカ部の間隔を23cm~27cmにして注入外管内をステップアップしながら注入作業を繰り返し、汚染土壌を浄化することを特徴とするものである。

本願発明によれば、以下のような効果を有する。
(1)現状あるパッカー付き注入内管を単純に二液注入可能な構造にしても、浄化工法には不向きである。汚染土壌の浄化にむらができて、実用的な浄化を実現できない。
(2)しかし、本願発明のように注入内管の上下パッカ部の間隔を「25cm±2cm」にすることにより汚染土壌を細かく浄化できて、実用化に耐え得る均一な浄化を実現できる。
(3)また、これまで二種類の薬剤を用いた浄化工法では、それぞれの薬剤を別々に注入する必要があるため、浄化工程が長大となった。
(4)しかし、本願発明のように二液を同時に且つ、別々に注入できる構造であれば二つの工程を一つにまとめることが可能であり、浄化工程の短縮が実現できる。
