Description
図1は、第1実施形態に係る成形システム100の構成を示す概略構成図である。図1に示すように、成形システム100は、成形装置1と、ブラスト装置50(第1のスケール除去部)と、レーザー加工装置70(加工部)と、を備える。
次に、図7を参照して、第2実施形態に係る成形システム200について説明する。図7に示すように、成形システム200は、レーザー加工装置70の前段に配置される第1ブラスト装置50に加え、レーザー加工装置70で加工された成形品41からスケールを除去する第2ブラスト装置80(第2のスケール除去部)を備える。
第3実施形態に係る成形システムは、システム構成としては第1実施形態に係る成形システム100と同様である。第3実施形態に係る成形システムは、レーザー加工装置70の前段のブラスト装置が、ドライアイスの粒子でブラストを行う。上述のように、ドライアイスはスケールを除去した後は、気体となって消滅する。従って、ブラスト装置は、成形品41の外周面及び内周面に対して同時にドライアイスを噴射する。また、ブラスト装置が、レーザー加工前にドライアイスでブラストを行う場合、砂などの砥粒によるブラストよりも高い冷却効果を得ることができる。
Claims (5)
- 加熱された金属材料を成形金型で成形する成形装置と、
前記成形金型から取り外された成形品から粒子を噴射することで、スケールを除去すると共に、少なくとも噴射に伴う送風により前記成形品を冷却する第1のスケール除去部と、
前記第1のスケール除去部で前記スケールが除去されると共に冷却された前記成形品をレーザー加工するレーザー加工部と、を備え、
前記成形品はフランジ付きの金属パイプであり、
前記第1のスケール除去部は、前記フランジ付きの金属パイプの外周面に対してスケールを除去し、
前記フランジ付きの金属パイプの内周面からはスケールを除去しない、成形システム。 - 前記成形装置は、
前記金属材料としての金属パイプ材料に流体を供給する流体供給部と、
膨張した前記金属パイプ材料を成形面に接触させることで前記成形品を成形する前記成形金型と、を備える、請求項1に記載の成形システム。 - 前記レーザー加工部で加工された前記成形品から前記スケールを除去する第2のスケール除去部を更に備える、請求項1又は2に記載の成形システム。
- 一つの装置が、前記第1のスケール除去部及び前記第2のスケール除去部として機能する、請求項3に記載の成形システム。
- 加熱された金属材料を成形金型で成形する成形工程と、
前記成形金型から取り外された成形品から粒子を噴射することで、スケールを除去すると共に、少なくとも噴射に伴う送風により前記成形品を冷却するスケール除去工程と、
前記スケール除去工程で前記スケールが除去されると共に冷却された前記成形品をレーザー加工するレーザー加工工程と、を備え、
前記成形品はフランジ付きの金属パイプであり、
前記スケール除去工程では、前記フランジ付きの金属パイプの外周面に対してスケールを除去し、
前記フランジ付きの金属パイプの内周面からはスケールを除去しない、成形方法。
