前記枠体に配置される障子と、
前記枠体の下枠と前記障子の下框との間に設けられるヒンジ部と、
前記枠体の縦枠と前記障子の縦框との間に設けられるオイルダンパーと、を備え、
前記ヒンジ部を回動支点として前記障子を開閉動作させる建具であって、
前記下枠と前記下框との間には、前記オイルダンパーから漏れたオイルが流入し、かつ屋外に繋がるオイル流路が形成され、
前記下框には、火災による熱で発泡し、前記オイル流路を塞ぐ加熱発泡材が設けられることを特徴とする建具。
