なお、実施形態のボトルカバー1で対応可能なボトル2は、胴部2aの太さが断熱容器3の内径より若干小さく、また、高さが、図4に示したように肩部2dの一部または図5に示したように肩部2dの全部が断熱容器3の上端の開口部4より突出するものであればよい。但し、上蓋5は、前記のように筒状部7が断熱容器3に嵌合して断熱容器3に装着保持されるものであるため、必要な嵌め代11bを確保することができない状態、つまり上蓋5を装着したとき筒状部7の嵌合が浅くなりすぎる程背の高いボトル2は除かれる。
さらにボトル2は、胴部2aの途中にくびれが設けられている形状や、肩部2dにダイヤモンドのような多数のカット面が設けられている形状でもよく、また、高い剛性を有する硬いものや、簡単に変形する柔らかものなど、どのような強度のものでもよい。

Before the bottle 2 is stored in the bottle cover 1, the top lid 5 is attached to the top of the insulated container 3 as shown in Figures 1 and 2, and the top lid 5 is removed by lifting it up as shown in Figure 3. At this time, it can be removed relatively easily by rolling up the outside of the enlarged diameter portion 10 of the cylindrical portion 7 and lifting it up.
Then, the bottle 2 containing a cold beverage such as chilled water in summer, or a hot beverage such as warm tea or coffee in winter, is placed in the insulated container 3. Since the screw cap 2b of the bottle 2 needs to be twisted strongly when opening, it is advisable to open and retighten the cap before placing the bottle in the insulated container 3.

次に、断熱容器3の上部に上蓋5を径方向に引き延ばしつつ嵌合させ、図4、図5のように、貫通孔8からボトル2の首部2cを外部に突出させると共に弾性制動部9がボトル2の肩部2dに当接して山形に弾性変形するまで上蓋5を引き下げる。
この状態で上蓋5は、筒状部7の弾性による締付力とゴムの摩擦力によって断熱容器3の上部に装着保持され、且つ、収納されたボトル2の肩部2dに弾性制動部9の弾性により適度な圧力を加える。したがって、収納されたボトル2を断熱容器3内に簡単かつ確実に固定することができ、また、肩部2dに作用する弾性制動部9の摩擦力によって断熱容器3内でのボトル2の回転が抑制されるため、一々ボトル2を手で押さえなくとも、スクリューキャップ2bを回転させて着脱させることができる。
なお、ボトルカバー1内のボトル2を取り出す場合は、筒状部7の拡径部10の外側を捲り上げつつ引き上げて上蓋5を外せばよい。

Therefore, the stored bottle 2 can be easily and securely fixed inside the insulated container 3, and since the rotation of the bottle 2 inside the insulated container 3 is suppressed by the frictional force of the elastic damping part 9 acting on the shoulder part 2d, the screw cap 2b can be rotated to attach and detach the bottle 2 without having to hold it down with your hand each time.
When removing the bottle 2 from the bottle cover 1, the top lid 5 can be removed by rolling up and pulling up the outer side of the enlarged diameter portion 10 of the cylindrical portion 7.

また、上記の実施形態は、最も好ましいものとして請求項1~5の全ての要素を備えるようにしたが、発明の効果を損なわない範囲において請求項2~4の要素を適宜選択的に採用するようにしてもよい。

ほぼ有底筒状の胴部の上に着脱自在なキャップを備えた首部がほぼ逆さ漏斗状の肩部を介して設けられている飲料用のボトルを収納し、そのボトルをカバーして保冷又は保温し得る保冷・保温用ボトルカバーであって、
カバー対象のボトルの前記胴部を収納可能で且つ収納したボトルの前記肩部の少なくとも一部が突出し得る高さにしてなる有底筒状の断熱容器と、
その断熱容器の上部の開口部に被せうる上蓋と、を備え、
前記上蓋は、
前記断熱容器の上部外周に嵌まり得るゴム製の筒状部と、
その筒状部の上部から前記断熱容器の中方向に向けて一体に形成されると共に中心にカバー対象の前記ボトルの前記首を通す貫通孔が形成されたドーナツ板形状でゴム製の弾性制動部と、を有しており、
カバー対象の前記ボトルを前記断熱容器に収納して前記上蓋を装着したとき、前記筒状部が前記断熱容器の上部外周に嵌合してゴムの弾性による締め付けで装着保持されると共に、前記貫通孔からボトルの前記首部が外部に突出し且つ前記弾性制動部がボトルの前記肩部に当接することで山形に撓って弾性変形するものであり、
