Description

The present invention relates to mounting brackets that are installed on framework scaffolding.

Framed scaffolding is commonly used as temporary scaffolding at construction sites where work at height is required, such as the construction of high-rise structures. Frame scaffolding is constructed by combining and stacking components such as cloth boards and braces on a structure formed by welding and bending steel pipes into a specified gate shape (see, for example, Patent Document 1). When setting up temporary scaffolding and working on it, specified safety measures such as measures to prevent falls and falling objects are taken in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, as work is done at height.

Regarding the above fall prevention measures, the revised Industrial Safety and Health Regulations (enforced in 2015) added a new rule that the gap between floor materials and the building site (vertical members of the building site) must be less than 12 cm on the work floor of a scaffold, in addition to the previous rule that the gap between floor materials must be less than 3 cm. This creates an issue that it takes time for users to check the above regulations every day when the scaffold is assembled or in use. In addition, if the scaffold is not in the correct position and there is distortion due to the above gap, it becomes difficult to install braces, etc., which can affect the construction period due to reduced work efficiency.

The present invention was made in consideration of the above circumstances, and aims to provide a mounting bracket that can maintain gaps between floor materials and between floor materials and building vertical members within specified ranges with a simple configuration, improving the management of gaps in temporary scaffolding and the workability of installation work.

A mounting bracket that is attached to a framework scaffolding that includes a building vertical member and a building horizontal member that is connected to the building vertical member, the mounting bracket being hooked onto the building vertical member and arranged to be fitted into a covering portion formed on the building horizontal member between the connection portion between the building vertical member and the building horizontal member and the fixed portion of the work floor, and comprising a covering member having a covering space capable of covering the covering portion, and a beard that is joined to the covering member and hooked onto the building vertical member, the covering member having a length that is approximately the same as the covering portion in the material length direction of the building horizontal member, the building horizontal member can be inserted through the covering member, and is formed so that it can be fitted into the building horizontal member from a downward direction in the installation direction of the building vertical member and can be fitted out from the upward direction in the installation direction of the building vertical member, and the covering member The length of the part and the covering member in the longitudinal direction of the building horizontal member is approximately the same, and the whisker line has a connection piece joined to the covering member, an extension piece continuing from the connection piece and extending in the height direction of the covering member, a first upper piece continuing from the extension piece and extending in a direction away from the covering member while approaching the building vertical member, a second upper piece continuing from the first upper piece and extending in the external dimension direction of the building vertical member while approaching the building vertical member, and a third upper piece continuing from the second upper piece, facing the first upper piece across the building vertical member, and formed extending in a direction approaching the covering member while approaching the building vertical member.

The above configuration allows the covering part to cover the horizontal building material without gaps in the material length direction by hooking the tendons of the mounting bracket onto the vertical building material and fitting the covering member into the covering part. This allows the gaps between the floor materials of the scaffolding and between the floor materials and the vertical building material to be kept within the specified range.

In addition, in the mounting bracket according to the present invention, the first upper piece is bent at a continuation portion with the extension piece by approximately 90° in a direction approaching the building vertical member and away from the covering member, the second upper piece is bent at a continuation portion with the first upper piece by approximately 90° in a direction of the external dimensions of the building vertical member approaching the building vertical member, and the third upper piece is bent at a continuation portion with the second upper piece by approximately 90° in a direction approaching the building vertical member and approaching the covering member, and the length of the connection piece in the height direction of the covering member, the length of the extension piece in the height direction of the covering member, the length of the first upper piece in the direction away from the covering member, the length of the second upper piece in the external dimensions direction of the building vertical member, the length of the third upper piece in the direction approaching the covering member, and the external dimensions of the building vertical member may be approximately the same.

The above configuration allows the mounting bracket to be easily fitted to the desired position on the covering part by placing the mounting bracket at a specified position on the vertical building material and rotating it in a specified direction and angle to fit the ridges into the vertical building material.

In addition, in the mounting bracket according to the present invention, the covering member may have an upper portion formed with a length in the depth direction of the horizontal building material that is approximately equal to the external dimensions of the covering portion, and one side portion and the other side portion extending downward in the installation direction of the vertical building material from both ends of the depth direction of the horizontal building material of the upper portion with respect to the material length direction of the horizontal building material of the upper portion and having a length approximately equal to the external dimensions of the horizontal building material.

The above configuration allows the mounting bracket to be fitted to the covering part without any extra gaps in the depth direction of the horizontal building material and in the installation direction of the vertical building material. This prevents the mounting bracket from falling off due to external forces in those directions, and makes it possible to firmly cover the covering part.

The present invention makes it possible to provide mounting brackets that can maintain gaps between floor materials and between floor materials and building vertical members within specified ranges with a simple configuration, improving the management of gaps in temporary scaffolding and the workability of installation work.

FIG.

A mounting bracket 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention will now be described with reference to Figs.
First, as shown in FIG. 1 , a mounting bracket 1 according to this embodiment is composed of a covering member 10 having a covering space 11 and a strand 12 joined to the covering member 10 .
In FIG. 1, the width direction in the mounting direction of the mounting bracket 1 is defined as the X direction, the depth direction as the Y direction, and the height direction as the Z direction.

The covering member 10 is composed of a plate-shaped upper portion 10a extending in the X and Y directions, and a plate-shaped side portion 10b (hereinafter, side portion 10b) and a plate-shaped side portion 10c (hereinafter, side portion 10c) that are provided at both ends of the upper portion 10a in the Y direction and extend from the lower surface of the two surfaces of the upper portion 10a facing the Z direction. The side portion 10b is formed by extending downward in the Z direction from the end portion in front of the upper portion 10a in the Y direction in FIG. 1(a), and the side portion 10c is formed by extending downward in the Z direction from the end portion on the other side in the Y direction relative to the one end portion of the upper portion 10a where the side portion 10b is formed. With the above configuration, the covering member 10 is formed with an inverted U-shaped cross section that opens downward in the Z direction in the X direction.

The upper portion 10a is formed so that it is long in the X direction and short in the Z direction, while the side portions 10b and 10c are formed so that it is long in the X direction and short in the Y direction. The length in the Z direction of the upper portion 10a, which corresponds to each thickness, and the length in the Y direction of the side portions 10b and 10c are approximately the same, and the lengths in the X direction of the upper portion 10a and the side portions 10b and 10c, which correspond to each width, are approximately the same. In addition, of the two faces of the upper portion 10a facing in the Z direction in FIG. 1, the face located at the top is referred to as the top face 10d.

The covering member 10 has sufficient strength against external forces in the compression direction (X direction) in the mounting orientation of the mounting bracket 1. For example, steel is used as the material. In this embodiment, the covering member 10 is formed from a single member, but the configuration is not limited to this embodiment as long as the covering member 10 has the desired performance and predetermined durability. For example, the upper portion 10a and the side portions 10b and 10c may be formed from different members, and the covering member 10 may be formed by joining these.

The whisker 12 is joined to one outer surface 10e (hereinafter, joint surface 10e) of the side portion 10b of the covering member 10 facing the X direction. The whisker 12 is made of a single piece of steel material, and is formed by bending it at a predetermined position at a predetermined angle and direction. The whisker 12 is formed from a connection piece (weld piece) 13, an extension piece 14, and a first upper piece 16, a second upper piece 17, and a third upper piece 18 as a fitting portion 15, which are continuous from the joint with the side portion 10b.

Furthermore, the whisker 12 has a predetermined bending strength such that the bent portions between the above-mentioned pieces do not easily change in response to external forces. The outer dimensions of the whisker 12 are constant and approximately equal to the length (thickness) in the Y direction of the side portion 10b. Note that as long as each piece has a predetermined bending strength, the configuration is not limited to that of this embodiment. For example, the outer dimensions may be changed for each bent portion of the whisker 12.

The connection piece 13 is formed by being joined to the joint surface 10e. The side portion 10b and the connection piece 13 are joined by welding the adhesive points. Note that this embodiment is not limited to this embodiment as long as a predetermined durability is obtained at the joint. For example, the joint may be made by a screw joint, a metal adhesive, or other joining method, and the covering member 10 and the hairpin 12 may be formed from a single member as long as the mounting bracket 1 can achieve the desired performance.

The connecting piece 13 is joined to the joining surface 10e, and therefore has sufficient strength in the compression direction (X direction) like the covering member 10. Note that the configuration of this embodiment is not limited to cases where a compressive force acts on the covering member 10 but does not act on the connecting piece 13. For example, there is a case where the connecting piece 13 is joined to one outer surface of the side portion 10b facing the Y direction.

The extension piece 14 is provided so as to extend continuously from the upper end in the Z direction of the connection piece 13. In addition, the extension piece 14 is provided perpendicular to the surface of the upper portion 10a facing in the Z direction.
The first upper piece 16 extends continuously from the upper end of the extension piece 14 in the Z direction, and is bent at approximately 90° in the opposite direction to the covering member 10 in the X direction.
The second upper piece 17 extends continuously from one of the two X-direction ends of the first upper piece 16 that is not continuous with the extension piece 14, and is bent approximately 90 degrees in the direction toward the side portion 10c in the Y direction.
The third upper piece 18 extends continuously from one of the two Y-direction ends of the second upper piece 17 that is not continuous with the first upper piece 16, and is bent approximately 90° in the direction approaching the covering member 10 in the X direction.

The Z-direction length of the connection piece 13, the Z-direction length of the extension piece 14, the X-direction length of the first upper piece 16, the Y-direction length of the second upper piece 17, and the X-direction length of the third upper piece 18 are approximately the same. As shown in Figures 1(a) and (b), the X-direction position of the end of the third upper piece 18 that is not continuous with the second upper piece 17 and the joint between the covering member 10 and the connection piece 13 are approximately the same in the X-direction when viewed from the front.

The first upper piece 16, the second upper piece 17, and the third upper piece 18 are arranged in succession to form a U-shaped fitting portion 15 that opens in the direction approaching the covering member 10 in the X direction. The fitting portion 15 also forms an enclosed portion 19 that has an opening.

The configuration of each bent portion of the whisker 12 is not limited to this embodiment as long as the desired performance is obtained. For example, the connection piece 13 may be joined to the side portion 10b, or the connection piece 13 may be joined to the side portion 10c, and the whisker 12 may be appropriately bent to form each piece continuing from the connection piece 13.

Next, a method for mounting the above-described mounting bracket 1 will be described with reference to FIGS.
As shown in Fig. 2, the framework scaffolding 2 in this embodiment is formed by combining a site 20 consisting of vertical site members (handrail posts) 21 and horizontal site members (scaffolding site) 22, and stacking them in the Z direction. In the formed site 20, a plurality of cloth boards 24 constituting a work floor 23 are sequentially fixed to the horizontal site members 22 by engaging fixing parts 25 provided at both ends of the cloth boards 24 in the installation direction with the horizontal site members 22, thereby forming the framework scaffolding 2.
The area between the fixing portion 25 of the horizontal member 22 adjacent to the vertical member 21 and the connection portion 26 between the vertical member 21 and the horizontal member 22 is configured as a covering portion 27 that is covered by the mounting bracket 1.
Based on the installation direction of the mounting bracket 1 described later and the direction defined in Figure 1, the direction in which the building horizontal member 22 extends from the connection portion 26 is defined as the X direction, the installation extension direction of the cloth board 24 is defined as the Y direction, and the extension direction of the building vertical member 21 is defined as the Z direction.
The building site 20 (building site vertical members 21 and building site horizontal members 22) and the work floor 23 constituting the framework scaffolding 2 are formed from steel materials having a desired strength, and the cross-sectional shapes of the building site vertical members 21 in the X direction and the building site horizontal members 22 in the Z direction form circular shapes. In addition, the length of the covering portion 27 in the X direction is approximately the same as the length of the covering member 10 in the X direction.

The Z-direction length of the connection piece 13 and the extension piece 14 in FIG. 1, the X-direction length of the first upper piece 16 and the third upper piece 18, and the Y-direction length of the second upper piece 17 are approximately equal to the diameter of the building site vertical member 21 in FIG. 2 to FIG. 5, and are formed so that the building site vertical member 21 can be stored within the enclosure 19. Note that the length of each part of the ribs 12 is not limited to the configuration of this embodiment as long as the mounting bracket 1 can be easily attached to the covering portion 27. For example, the Y-direction length of the second upper piece 17 that sandwiches the building site vertical member 21 may be formed slightly larger than the X-direction diameter of the building site vertical member 21.

1 and the diameter of the covering portion 27 in Figures 2 to 5. The lengths of the covered space 11 in the Y and Z directions are not limited to the configuration of this embodiment as long as the mounting bracket 1 can be easily attached to the covering portion 27. For example, the lengths of the covered space 11 in the Y and Z directions, or both, may be formed slightly larger than the diameter of the covering portion 27.
In addition, the covering member 10 is not limited to the configuration of this embodiment as long as it can cover the covering portion 27. For example, the cross-sectional shape of the surface of the upper portion 10a facing in the X direction in FIG.

A method of attaching the mounting bracket 1 in this embodiment to the covering portion 27 will be described.
First, as shown in Fig. 2, the upper surface 10d of the upper portion 10a of the covering member 10 is opposed to the surface of the building vertical member 21 on which the connection portion 26 is provided. In addition, with the above-mentioned configuration, the extension piece 14 and the second upper piece 17 are close to the outer surface of the building vertical member 21.
Also, as shown in FIG. 2 , the second upper piece 17 is disposed upward in the Z direction from the upper end of the covering portion 27 in the Z direction at a distance corresponding to the length of the first upper piece 16 and the third upper piece 18 .

In the above configuration, the mounting bracket 1 placed on the vertical member 21 is rotated in the X direction by approximately 90° from the direction in which the horizontal member 22 extends around the second upper piece 17 downward in the Z direction. This rotation causes the covering member 10 to move to cover the covering portion 27 from above, and the covering portion 27 is covered by storing it in the covered space 11. With the above configuration, as shown in Figures 3 to 5, the tendons 12 are hooked onto the vertical member 21 and arranged on the vertical member 21, and the covering member 10 is covered by the covering portion 27 to attach the mounting bracket 1 to the scaffolding 2.

As shown in FIG. 5, the building vertical members 21, 21 are arranged via the building horizontal members 22 to which the fixing parts 25 are engaged at both ends of the work floor 23 in the X direction, and the covering parts 27, 27 are provided at both ends of the work floor 23 in the X direction. Therefore, the mounting brackets 1, 1 are respectively attached to both ends of the work floor 23 in the X direction by the above-mentioned mounting method.

In this embodiment, the mounting bracket 1 is attached to the scaffolding 2 with the extension piece 14, the first upper piece 16, the second upper piece 17, and the third upper piece 18 of the ridges 12 being appropriately close to the building vertical member 21. Note that the shape of the ridges 12 is not limited to this embodiment as long as the mounting bracket 1 can exhibit the desired performance. For example, the bend between the first upper piece 16 and the second upper piece 17 and the bend between the second upper piece 17 and the third upper piece 18 may be formed to approximately match the cross-sectional shape of the building vertical member 21.

Next, the operation and effect of the mounting bracket according to the embodiment of the present invention described above will be described with reference to FIGS.
2 and 3, in this embodiment, the upper surface 10d of the mounting bracket 1 faces the surface of the building site vertical member 21 on which the connection portion 26 is provided, and the second upper piece 17 is arranged from the Z-direction upper end of the covering portion 27 upward in the Z direction at a distance corresponding to the lengths of the first upper piece 16 and the third upper piece 18. In the above configuration, the mounting bracket 1 arranged on the building site vertical member 21 is rotated in the X direction about the second upper piece 17 downward in the Z direction from the direction in which the building site horizontal member 22 extends. With the above mechanism, the mounting bracket 1 can be easily fitted to a predetermined position of the covering portion 27 as shown in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 5, the covering parts 27, 27 provided at both ends of the work floor 23 in the X direction have a length in the X direction that is approximately equal to the length in the X direction of the covering member 10 that covers the covering part 27, and the mounting brackets 1, 1 are attached to both ends of the work floor 23 in the X direction. With the above configuration, the mounting brackets 1, 1 can be fitted to the horizontal building material 22 in the X direction without any extra gaps. Therefore, the gaps that occur between the work floors 23 and between the fixing parts 25 adjacent to the vertical building material 21 and the vertical building material 21 can be kept within the specified range, improving the management of gaps in the temporary scaffolding and the workability of the installation work.

As shown in Figures 3 to 5, the length of the covering space 11 in the Y and Z directions is approximately equal to the diameter of the covering portion 27, so that the mounting bracket 1 can be fitted into the covering portion 27 without any extra gaps in the Y and Z directions. This prevents the mounting bracket 1 from falling off due to external forces in those directions, and enables the covering portion 27 to be tightly covered.

As shown in Figures 3 and 5, the mounting bracket 1 has a U-shaped fitting portion 15 that opens in the direction approaching the covering member 10 in the X direction, and the fitting portion 15 is disposed adjacent to the building site vertical member 21. With the above configuration, the mounting bracket 1 can prevent the mounting bracket 1 from falling off due to an external force in the Y direction, and can firmly cover the covering portion 27.

Although an embodiment of the mounting bracket 1 according to the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment and can be modified as appropriate without departing from the spirit of the invention.
For example, in the case where the baseboards 28 are provided at both ends of the work floor 23 in the X direction as a falling object prevention mechanism as shown in Figures 6 and 7, the covering member 10 is provided at the lower part of the girder side part 28a. The ridges 12 are attached to the building site vertical members 21 located on the outer side of the gable side part 28b. The fitting part 15 and the baseboard fixing parts 29, 29 are provided at different positions in the Z direction of the building site vertical members 21. With the above configuration, the mounting bracket 1 can be attached to the frame scaffolding 2 without interfering with the installation of the baseboard 28, so that it is possible to easily achieve both falling object prevention measures and gap measures (fall prevention measures) between the work floors 23 and between the work floor 23 and the building site vertical members 21.

In the above embodiment, the third upper piece 18 is configured as the tip of the whisker 12, but the whisker 12 can be extended continuously downward in the Z direction from the tip of the third upper piece 18 that is not connected to the second upper piece 17 and joined to the side portion 10c to form a configuration similar to that of the connecting piece 13. With this configuration, a mounting bracket 1 can be configured in which the covering member 10 and the whisker 12 are integrated via the sides 10b and 10c.
