At the front end of the pen shaft 32, a writing part 30a is formed for applying ink to the surface to be written on.

軸筒と、前記軸筒内の後側に設けられた基部材と、前記基部材の前端側に着脱可能に接続されて筆記部を前方へ向けた筆記芯とを備え、
前記基部材と前記筆記芯のうち、その一方に嵌合凹部が設けられ、他方には前記嵌合凹部に嵌り合う嵌合凸部が設けられ、
前記基部材に対して、前記筆記芯を周方向に回転不能にする回転規制部が設けられており、
前記回転規制部は、前記嵌合凹部の周壁の周方向における一部分を凹ませた小凹部と、前記嵌合凸部の外周部に設けられ、前記小凹部と嵌り合う小凸部とから構成されることを特徴とする筆記具。
