Description

The present invention relates to fittings that have lower building materials such as a sill, a door frame, and a threshold between the lower ends of left and right vertical frames, a fitting mounting structure, and a fitting renovation method.

The lower building materials, such as the bottom frame of the frame and the door frame, are often installed adjacent to floor finishing materials such as flooring. It is preferable that the lower building materials are in contact with the floor finishing materials without any gaps. However, gaps may occur between the lower building materials and the floor finishing materials in the expected direction due to processing errors or construction errors of the floor finishing materials, or due to the effects of shrinkage of the floor finishing materials. In addition, when renovating a fixture while leaving the floor finishing materials, depending on the expected dimensions of the newly installed fixture, a gap may occur between the floor finishing materials in the expected direction even in a situation where there is no influence of processing errors or construction errors on the floor finishing materials. For this reason, in the past, a notch was formed along the length of the lower corner of the lower building material, and the edge of the floor finishing material was inserted into this notch to attach it. With this type of fixture attachment structure, the edge of the floor finishing material is covered by the lower building material, making it possible to prevent a situation in which a gap occurs between them in the expected direction in appearance (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 8-100573

However, processing and construction errors in floor finishing materials can also occur in the vertical direction. For this reason, in the above-mentioned fitting mounting structure, if the thickness of the floor finishing material is small compared to the cutout portion formed in the floor finishing material, or if the edge of the floor finishing material is inclined in the longitudinal direction of the lower building material, a vertical gap will occur between the floor finishing material and the lower building material covering it.

In view of the above situation, the present invention aims to provide a fixture, a fixture mounting structure, and a fixture repair direction that can prevent gaps from occurring between the building material below and the floor finishing material.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned objective, the fitting of the present invention is a fitting that is installed to divide a space within a room, and a lower building material that is arranged between the lower ends of left and right vertical frames on the upper surface of a floor material is attached adjacent to the edges between the floor finishing materials on both sides, and the lower building material has a recess formed on the upper surface of each of both side edges that are close to the floor finishing material, and a cover member is provided on each of both side edges of the lower building material, with base edge portions positioned in the recesses and tip edge portions each protruding outward from the edge of the lower building material , thereby covering the edges and upper surface of the floor finishing material, and the cover member has a cover main body portion that is arranged to protrude from the edge of the lower building material, and an insertion portion that extends in a bending direction from the base edge portion of the cover main body portion and is inserted in a state where it can move up and down relative to the recess of the lower building material .

The mounting structure for fittings according to the present invention is a mounting structure for fittings that is installed so as to divide a space within a room, and in which a lower building material that is arranged between the lower ends of left and right vertical frames on the upper surface of a floor material is attached adjacent to the edges of the floor finishing material on both sides, wherein the lower building material has a recess formed on the upper surface of each of both side edges that are close to the floor finishing material, and a cover member is provided on each of both side edges of the lower building material, and the cover member has a cover main body portion that is arranged to protrude from the edge of the lower building material, and an insertion portion that extends in a bending direction from the base edge of the cover main body portion and is inserted in a state in which it can move up and down relative to the recess of the lower building material, and is attached in a state in which the base edge is positioned in the recess, and the tip edge portions each protrude outward from the edges of the lower building material, covering the edge and upper surface of the floor finishing material .

The method of renovating fittings according to the present invention is a method of renovating fittings, which comprises removing an existing frame body that is installed to divide a space within a room and has a lower building material attached adjacent to the edges of both floor finishing materials on the upper surface of a floor material, and then attaching a new frame body, wherein the new frame body is provided with a new lower building material that has a recess formed on each of the upper surfaces of both side edges adjacent to the floor finishing material and is arranged between the left and right vertical frames of the new frame body, and the cover member arranged between the lower building material and the floor finishing material comprises a cover main body and an insertion portion that extends in a bending direction from the base end edge of the cover main body, and includes the steps of removing the lower building material of the existing frame body, attaching the new lower building material to the position where the lower building material of the existing frame body was removed, and providing the cover member from the recess of the new lower building material to the edge and upper surface of the floor finishing material, and wherein the cover member is inserted in a state in which the insertion portion can move up and down relative to the recess of the lower building material .

According to the present invention, the cover member can cover the gap between the upper surface of the lower building material and the upper surface of the floor finishing material, thereby preventing a gap from appearing in the projected direction between the lower building material and the floor finishing material. Moreover, since the lower building material and the cover member are separate members, the cover member that abuts against the upper surface of the floor finishing material can move up and down appropriately relative to the lower building material, preventing a gap from appearing in the vertical direction between the cover member and the floor finishing material. Furthermore, since the base edge of the cover member is positioned in a recess provided in the lower building material, there is no risk of a gap appearing in the vertical direction between the cover member and the lower building material.

Below, with reference to the attached drawings, a preferred embodiment of the fittings, fittings mounting structure, and fittings renovation method according to the present invention will be described in detail. For convenience, the terms "prospect direction" and "finding direction" will be used below. The "prospect direction" is the direction along the depth of the fittings, as shown by arrow A in the figure. A surface along the prospect direction may be referred to as a "prospect surface." The "finding direction" is the direction along the top and bottom perpendicular to the prospect direction in the case of an object that extends along the horizontal direction, such as a sill. In the case of an object that extends along the vertical direction, such as a vertical frame, the direction along the horizontal direction perpendicular to the prospect direction is called the "finding direction." A surface along the prospect direction may be called a "finding surface."

(Embodiment 1)
FIG. 1 shows the main part of the frame applied to the fitting according to the first embodiment of the present invention. The fitting illustrated here is for indoor use, which is installed to divide the space inside the room, and is suitable for installation as a new fitting on the frame B after removing the existing fitting shown in FIG. 2. The frame 10B of the fitting to be removed and the frame 10A of the fitting to be newly installed each have an upper frame between the upper ends of the left and right vertical frames 11B, 11A, respectively, and a lower frame (lower frame material) 12B, 12A between the lower ends of the left and right vertical frames 11B, 11A, respectively, but for convenience, only one of the vertical frames 11B, 11A and the lower frame 12B, 12A are shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2. Furthermore, although the illustration of the shoji screens arranged inside each frame is omitted, any door, sliding door, etc. can be applied. Below, the configuration of the frame 10B to be removed and the configuration of the frame 10A to be newly installed will be described in order. For the sake of convenience, in the following description, when describing the components of the frame body 10B to be removed, the terms "existing" (existing vertical frame, etc.) will be used, and when describing the components of the frame body 10A to be newly installed, the terms "newly installed vertical frame, etc.) will be used to distinguish between the two. In addition, when describing the components of the frame bodies 10B and 10A, the respective directions will be specified based on the posture in which they are attached to the framework B such as the wall B1 or floor material B2. Furthermore, the lower frame material provided between the lower ends of the left and right vertical frames 11B and 11A will be referred to as the lower frame 12B and 12A, which is synonymous with the term "sill" or "threshold."

2 and 3(a), the existing vertical frame 11B of the existing frame body 10B is configured so that the dimension along the projection direction is smaller than the plate thickness of the wall B1 (the dimension along the projection direction of the wall B1 including the interior finishing material C described later), and is attached so as to cover the projection surface along the top and bottom of the opening provided in the wall B1. An existing casing 20B is provided on each of the projection surfaces on both sides of the existing vertical frame 11B via the mounting groove 11a. The existing casing 20B protrudes from the projection surface of the existing vertical frame 11B along the projection direction, and then extends so as to bend toward the outer periphery, covering the edge portion of the interior finishing material C such as a cross material that constitutes the surface of the wall B1. The existing lower frame 12B is configured so that the dimension along the projection direction is slightly smaller than that of the existing vertical frame 11B, and is attached to the upper surface of the floor material B2 in a state where it is joined to the projection surface on the inner periphery side of the existing vertical frame 11B. A floor finishing material D such as flooring is provided on both sides of the existing lower frame 12B. The floor finishing materials D installed on both sides of the existing lower frame 12B are arranged adjacent to the existing lower frame 12B with almost no gap between them in the projection direction, and the distance between them in the projection direction is smaller than the thickness of the wall B1. The floor finishing materials D on both sides are installed on the top surface of the floor material B2 so that their top surfaces are at almost the same height and slightly lower than the top surface of the existing lower frame 12B.

On the other hand, the new vertical frame 11A of the new frame body 10A, which is installed after removing the existing frame body 10B, is provided with a new casing 20A on both side facing surfaces through the mounting groove 11a, as shown in FIG. 1, in the same way as the existing vertical frame 11B. The new casing 20A, like the existing casing 20B, protrudes from the mounting groove 11a provided on the facing surface of the new vertical frame 11A along the facing direction, and then extends so as to bend toward the outer periphery, covering the edge of the interior finishing material C such as cross material that constitutes the surface of the wall B1. The dimension of the new vertical frame 11A along the facing direction is almost the same as that of the existing vertical frame 11B. In contrast, the dimension of the new lower frame 12A along the facing direction is set to be smaller than that of the new vertical frame 11A and smaller than that of the existing lower frame 12B. The new lower frame 12A has a recess 12a formed on the upper surface of both side edges in the facing direction. The recess 12a is a narrow groove that extends the entire length of the new lower frame 12A and opens to the top surface. The central portion 12A1 of the new lower frame 12A, which is sandwiched between the recesses 12a on both sides, has a vertical dimension set so that the height of the upper surface is slightly higher than the upper surface of the floor finishing material D when placed on the top surface of the floor material B2. The outer edge portions 12A2 of the new lower frame 12A, which are located outside the recesses 12a, have a top surface height that is slightly lower than the central portion 12A1, and are configured so that the height is approximately the same as the floor finishing material D when placed on the top surface of the floor material B2.

On both side edges of the new lower frame 12A, cover members 30 are arranged over the entire length in the longitudinal direction. The cover member 30 is integrally formed with a thin plate-shaped cover body 30a and an insertion portion 30b bent downward at a right angle from the base end edge of the cover body 30a. When the insertion portion 30b is inserted into the recess 12a, the tip edge of the cover body 30a protrudes outward from the edge of the new lower frame 12A. The cover member 30 of this embodiment 1 is configured so that when it is attached to the recess 12a of the new lower frame 12A via the insertion portion 30b, the dimension along the expected direction from the protruding edge of one cover member 30 to the protruding edge of the other cover member 30 is larger than the plate thickness of the wall B1. The tip edge of the cover body 30a is curved slightly downward toward the tip. A contact rib 30c is provided downward on the underside of the middle part of the cover body 30a. Multiple protrusions 30d are provided on both sides of the insertion part 30b along the length of the new lower frame 12A. The protrusions 30d are gradually inclined so as to protrude from the side of the insertion part 30b toward the base end side of the insertion part 30b. When inserted into the recess 12a of the new lower frame 12A, these protrusions 30d are pressed against the inner wall surfaces on both sides of the recess 12a, and function as a stopper to prevent the cover member 30 from falling out of the recess 12a.

In the first embodiment, the new vertical frame 11A, the new casing 20A, the new lower frame 12A, and the cover member 30 are all made of metal such as an aluminum alloy. However, the new vertical frame 11A, the new casing 20A, the new lower frame 12A, and the cover member 30 do not necessarily have to be made of metal, and can be made of other materials such as resin. Resin cap members 31 are attached to both longitudinal ends of the cover member 30. The cap members 31 function to prevent the end faces of the cover member 30 from directly contacting the projected surface of the new vertical frame 11A, and to cover the gap between the cover member 30 and the new casing 20A.

When the existing frame body 10B configured as described above is to be modified into a new frame body 10A, as shown in Figures 3(a) and 3(b), the existing vertical frame 11B, the existing casing 20B, and the existing lower frame 12B are each removed from the main body B. The interior finishing material C is left in the same state as before the existing frame body 10B was removed. The floor finishing material D is also left installed on the upper surface of the floor material B2.

After removing the existing frame body 10B, as shown in FIG. 3(c), the new vertical frame 11A and the new lower frame 12A are attached to the position where the existing vertical frame 11B was removed. Although not shown in the figure, in this embodiment 1, the new upper frame is connected in advance between the upper ends of the left and right new vertical frames 11A, and the left and right new vertical frames 11A and the new upper frame are attached simultaneously, and then the new lower frame 12A is attached. The new casing 20A is attached to the new vertical frame 11A through the mounting grooves 11a provided on the visible surfaces on both sides so as to cover and hide the edge portions of the interior finishing material C. The lower surface of the part of the new casing 20A that protrudes from the visible surface of the new vertical frame 11A is in a state where the upper surface of the floor finishing material D is abutted.

On the other hand, the dimension of the new lower frame 12A along the projection direction is smaller than that of the existing lower frame 12B, so that it can be easily placed on the upper surface of the floor material B2 through the gap between the floor finishing materials D. Moreover, since the cover members 30 are provided on both side edges of the new lower frame 12A, the projection direction gaps between the new lower frame 12A and each floor finishing material D are covered. Therefore, it is difficult to visually recognize the projection direction gaps between the new lower frame 12A and the floor finishing material D from the outside, which is preferable in terms of appearance quality. In addition, the cover member 30 is a separate member from the new lower frame 12A, and can be moved up and down relative to the new lower frame 12A by adjusting the insertion amount of the insertion portion 30b into the recess 12a. Therefore, it is possible to reliably abut the tip edge of the cover member 30 against the upper surface of the floor finishing material D, and it is possible to prevent a situation in which a vertical gap occurs between them. Furthermore, since the base end edge of the cover member 30 is disposed in the recess 12a that is lower in height than the central portion 12A1 in the new lower frame 12A, even if the position of the cover member 30 changes vertically or tilts relative to the new lower frame 12A, there is no risk of a vertical gap occurring between the cover member 30 and the new lower frame 12A. If a vertical gap occurs between the outer edge portion 12A2 of the new lower frame 12A and the cover body portion 30a of the cover member 30, it is preferable to interpose a spacer member (not shown). The timing of attaching the cover member 30 to the new lower frame 12A may be such that the cover member 30 is attached to the new lower frame 12A in advance and then attached to the frame B together with the new lower frame 12A, or it may be attached after only the new lower frame 12A is attached to the frame B.

(Embodiment 2)
In the above-mentioned embodiment 1, an example is given of a renovation method in which an existing frame body 10B with an existing casing 20B attached to an existing vertical frame 11B is removed and then a new frame body 10A is attached, but as will be described below, the present invention is not limited to this.

Figure 4 is a schematic diagram showing a method of renovating fittings according to a second embodiment of the present invention. In the renovation method according to the second embodiment, as shown in Figures 4 and 5, the existing frame body 110B to be removed is equipped with an existing vertical frame 111B whose dimension along the projection direction is greater than the plate thickness of the wall B1. No existing casing is provided on this existing vertical frame 111B. In addition, the dimension along the projection direction of the existing lower frame (lower frame material) 112B is set to be slightly smaller than that of the existing vertical frame 111B and greater than the plate thickness of the wall B1.

When such an existing frame body 110B is installed, as shown in FIG. 4(b), the mutual interval between the floor finishing materials D adjacent to the existing lower frame 112B becomes larger than the plate thickness of the wall B1. However, even when renovating this existing frame body 110B, it is possible to apply the new frame body 10A shown in embodiment 1 as it is. That is, as shown in FIG. 4(c), after installing the new vertical frame 11A at the position where the existing vertical frame 111B was removed, if the new casing 20A is installed through the mounting groove 11a provided on both side facing surfaces, the part where the existing vertical frame 111B was removed will be covered by the new vertical frame 11A and the new casing 20A. Furthermore, if the new lower frame 12A is installed at the position where the existing lower frame 112B was removed, the gap in the expected direction that occurs between the new lower frame 12A and each floor finishing material D will be covered by the cover member 30. As a result, it becomes difficult to visually see the gap between the new sill 12A and the floor finishing material D in the projected direction, and no gaps are created in the vertical direction, which is preferable in terms of appearance quality. In this second embodiment, the same components as in the first embodiment are given the same reference numerals.

In the above-mentioned first and second embodiments, the new casing 20A is exemplified as a casing that protrudes from the mounting groove 11a provided on the front surface of the new vertical frame 11A along the front direction and then extends so as to bend toward the outer periphery, but the shape of the new casing 20A is not limited to this. For example, in the fitting of the modified example 1 shown in FIG. 6, the dimension along the front direction of the new vertical frame 11A is set to be larger than the plate thickness of the wall B1, and a new casing 120A of a different shape from that of the first embodiment is attached to the mounting groove 11a provided on the front surface. That is, in the new frame body 110A of the fitting shown in the modified example 1, a new casing 120A is applied that protrudes from the mounting groove 11a of the new vertical frame 11A along the front direction, then bends toward the outer periphery and further bends toward the interior finishing material C. In this modified example 1, the same reference numerals are used for the same configuration as in the first embodiment.

(Embodiment 3)
In the above-mentioned embodiment 1, embodiment 2, and variant example 1, a newly installed frame body 10A, 110A is applied in which a newly installed vertical frame 11A is attached with a newly installed casing 20A, 120A, so it is possible to prevent the small end face of the interior finishing material C from being exposed to the outside. However, the present invention does not necessarily require the newly installed vertical frame 11A to be equipped with a newly installed casing 20A, 120A.

Figure 7 shows the main parts of a frame body applied to a fixture according to embodiment 3 of the present invention. The fixture illustrated here is, like embodiment 1, an indoor fixture that is installed to divide the space within a room, and is suitable for installation as a new fixture on the structure B after removing an existing fixture. The object of the renovation may be either an existing frame body 10B with an existing casing 20B as shown in embodiment 1, or an existing frame body 110B without an existing casing 20B as shown in embodiment 2.

The new vertical frame 211A of the new frame body 210A has a dimension along the projection direction set larger than the plate thickness of the wall B1. This new vertical frame 211A has a small-edge concealing material 40 on both side edges instead of the new casing 20A. The small-edge concealing material 40 has a visible cover part 40a that covers the visible surface of the new vertical frame 211A and a visible cover part 40b that covers the visible surface on the outer periphery of the new vertical frame 211A. The dimensions of the visible cover part 40b are set so that the end face of the visible cover part 40b abuts against the surface of the interior finishing material C when the visible cover part 40a abuts against the visible surface of the new vertical frame 211A. The new lower frame 12A and cover member 30 are applied as shown in the first embodiment. As in embodiment 1, the dimensions of the new lower frame 12A along the projected direction are set smaller than the new vertical frame 211A and the existing lower frame 112B.

Even with the new frame body 210A constructed as described above, if edge concealing material 40 is attached to both side edges of the new vertical frame 211A after it is installed, it is possible to prevent the edge of the interior finishing material C from being exposed to the outside, thereby preventing a situation in which the appearance quality is impaired.

The configuration of the edge hiding material 40 is not limited to that of the above-mentioned embodiment 3. For example, as shown in FIG. 8(a) in modified example 2, an edge hiding material 50 having an outer periphery cover portion 50a that covers the prospective outer periphery of the newly installed vertical frame 211A and an interior cover portion 50b that covers the surface of the interior finishing material C may be applied, or as shown in FIG. 8(b) in modified example 3, the edge hiding material 40 of embodiment 3 and the edge hiding material 50 of modified example 2 may be used together. In this embodiment 3, modified example 2, and modified example 3, the same reference numerals are used for configurations similar to those of embodiment 1.

(Embodiment 4)
In the above-mentioned first to third embodiments and first to third variations, the new frame bodies 10A, 110A, and 210A are illustrated with the cover members 30 attached to both side edges of the new lower frame 12A, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, as in the fourth embodiment shown in FIG. 9, when the new lower frame 12A is attached to the boundary between the floor materials B3 and B4 having a step, the cover member 30 may be attached only to one edge adjacent to the floor finishing material D. A groove closing material 32 is attached to the recess 12a provided on the other edge of the new lower frame 12A so as to eliminate the step between the central portion 12A1 and the outer edge portion 12A2 and the recess 12a.

Note that in the above-mentioned embodiments 1 to 4 and variations 1 to 3, examples of new fixtures that are applied when renovating existing fixtures are given, but the present invention is not necessarily limited to this, and they can also be used as new fixtures that are first installed on the structure B.

In addition, in the above-mentioned embodiments 1 to 4 and variations 1 to 3, the dimension of the new lower frame 12A along the projected direction is smaller than that of the new vertical frames 11A and 211A, but the present invention is not necessarily limited to this.

Furthermore, in the above-mentioned embodiments 1 to 4 and variations 1 to 3, a groove-shaped recess in which the cover member is placed is exemplified, and a cover member having an insertion portion that is inserted into the groove-shaped recess is exemplified, but this is not necessarily limited to these. For example, it is also possible to apply a cover member that has only the cover main body portion 30a, and use the outer edge portion 12A2 as the recess in the lower frame material.

As described above, the building fixture of the present invention is a building fixture comprising a lower building material between the lower ends of left and right vertical frames, the lower building material having a recess on the upper surface of its edge in the projection direction, and a cover member being provided on the edge of the lower building material with its base edge positioned in the recess and its tip edge protruding outward from the edge of the lower building material.
According to this invention, the cover member can cover the gap between the upper surface of the lower building material and the upper surface of the floor finishing material, so that it is possible to prevent a gap from appearing between the lower building material and the floor finishing material in the projected direction. Moreover, since the lower building material and the cover member are separate members, the cover member that abuts against the upper surface of the floor finishing material moves up and down appropriately relative to the lower building material, so that a gap in the vertical direction is not generated between the cover member and the floor finishing material. Furthermore, since the base end edge of the cover member is disposed in a recess provided in the lower building material, there is no risk of a gap in the vertical direction being generated between the cover member and the lower building material.

The present invention is further characterized in that, in the above-mentioned building fixture, the lower building material has the recess provided on each of both side edges in the projection direction, and the cover member is provided on each of both side edges of the lower building material.
According to this invention, even when there are floor finishing materials on both sides, it is possible to provide the lower building material between the floor finishing materials without creating any gaps between the respective floor finishing materials.

The present invention is also characterized in that, in the above-mentioned fitting, the recess is groove-shaped along the longitudinal direction of the lower building material and opens upward, and the cover member has a cover main body portion arranged to protrude from the edge of the lower building material, and an insertion portion extending in a bending direction from the base end edge of the cover main body portion and inserted in a state where it can move up and down relative to the recess of the lower building material.
According to this invention, a cover member having an insertion portion extending in a bending direction at the base edge of the cover main body is applied, so that the allowable range of movement of the cover member relative to the building material below, i.e., the range in which it can move without creating a vertical gap between it and the building material below, can be increased by the width of this insertion portion.

The present invention is also characterized in that, in the above-mentioned building fixture, the lower building material is configured so that its dimension along the projection direction is smaller than that of the vertical frame.
According to this invention, even if a floor finishing material is installed first, there is no risk of interference with the building material below.

Furthermore, the mounting structure for fittings of the present invention is a mounting structure for fittings in which a lower building material arranged between the lower ends of left and right vertical frames is mounted adjacent to the edge of a floor finishing material, and the lower building material has a recess on the upper surface of the edge adjacent to the floor finishing material, and a cover member is provided on the edge of the lower building material with a base edge portion positioned in the recess and a tip edge portion covering the upper surface of the floor finishing material.

The present invention is also characterized in that, in the above-mentioned mounting structure for the building fixture, the lower building material has the recess on each of both side edges in the projected direction, and is mounted in the gap formed between the floor finishing materials, and the cover member is provided from both side edges of the lower building material to the upper surface of each of the floor finishing materials.
According to this invention, even when there are floor finishing materials on both sides, it is possible to provide the lower building material between the floor finishing materials without creating any gaps between the respective floor finishing materials.

The present invention is also characterized in that, in the above-mentioned fitting mounting structure, the lower building material is configured so that its dimension along the projection direction is smaller than that of the vertical frame.
According to this invention, even if a floor finishing material is installed first, there is no risk of interference with the building material below.

In addition, the method of renovating fittings according to the present invention is a method of renovating fittings in which an existing frame body having a lower building material attached adjacent to the edge of a floor finishing material is removed, and a new frame body is attached, wherein the new frame body has a recess on the upper surface of the edge adjacent to the floor finishing material and is equipped with a new lower building material arranged between the left and right vertical frames of the new frame body, and is characterized in that it includes the steps of removing the lower building material of the existing frame body, and attaching the new lower building material to the position where the lower building material of the existing frame body was removed, and providing a cover member from the recess of the new lower building material to the upper surface of the floor finishing material.
According to this invention, the cover member can cover the gap between the top surface of the new lower building material and the top surface of the floor finishing material, so that it is possible to prevent a gap from appearing between the new lower building material and the floor finishing material in the projected direction. Moreover, since the new lower building material and the cover member are separate members, the cover member that abuts against the top surface of the floor finishing material moves up and down appropriately relative to the new lower building material, so that a gap in the vertical direction is not generated between the cover member and the floor finishing material. Furthermore, since the base end edge of the cover member is disposed in a recess provided in the new lower building material, there is no risk of a gap in the vertical direction being generated between the cover member and the new lower building material.
