Claims (7)
- 誘電分光システムに接続する誘電分光センサであって、
前記誘電分光システムと一致する所定の特性インピーダンスを有する伝送線路と、
前記伝送線路に接続され、第1の開口径の第1開口部を有する準同軸構造部と、
前記準同軸構造部に接続され、一方の端部が前記所定の特性インピーダンスとされ、他方の端部が前記第1の開口径とは異なる第2開口径の第2開口部とされている開口径調整部と、を備え、
前記第2開口部にて発生する電界が、測定対象物の端面から、誘電率測定のための所望の侵入深さまで到達するように、前記第2開口径が設定されている

請求項2に記載の誘電分光センサ。 - 前記開口径調整部は、前記一方の端部の開口部の開口径と、前記他方の端部の開口径が同一である
請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の誘電分光センサ。 - 前記開口径調整部は、前記一方の端部の開口部の開口径と、前記他方の端部の開口径が異なっており、前記一方の端部から前記他方の端部に向けて徐々に開口径が変化する
請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の誘電分光センサ。 - 前記開口径調整部は、前記一方の端部の開口部の開口径と、前記他方の端部の開口径が異なっており、前記一方の端部から前記他方の端部に向けて段階的に開口径が変化する
請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の誘電分光センサ。 - 前記開口径調整部は、前記第1のビアに対応する位置に配置された内側導体と、前記第2のビアの外側、または内側に対応する位置に配置された外側導体と、を備えた
