Description
HEV-CU80は、HEV走行(ハイブリッド走行)モード時に、エンジン10、第1モータ・ジェネレータ11、第2モータ・ジェネレータ12を稼働(駆動)する。また、その際に、HEV-CU80は、例えば、前輪5FL、5FR及び後輪5RL、5RRの路面との摩擦力の余裕度に応じた理想的な前後駆動力配分となるように、第1クラッチ42、第2クラッチ51の締結力を調節(制御)する。なお、HEV-CU80は、例えば、車両の前後加速度、横加速度から、前輪5FL、5FR及び後輪5RL、5RRの接地荷重を求め、該接地荷重に基づいて、路面との摩擦力の余裕度を推定する。
HEV-CU80は、EV走行(モータ走行)モード時に、エンジン10、第1モータ・ジェネレータ11を休止(停止)し、第2モータ・ジェネレータ12を稼働(駆動)する。また、その際に、HEV-CU80は、例えば、前輪5FL、5FR及び後輪5RL、5RRの路面との摩擦力の余裕度に応じた理想的な前後駆動力配分となるように、第1クラッチ42、第2クラッチ51の締結力を調節(制御)する。なお、HEV-CU80は、例えば、車両の前後加速度、横加速度から、前輪5FL、5FR及び後輪5RL、5RRの接地荷重を求め、該接地荷重に基づいて、路面との摩擦力の余裕度を推定する。
HEV-CU80は、回生モード時に、第1クラッチ42を締結するとともに第2クラッチ51を解放する。
HEV-CU80は、第2モータ・ジェネレータ12によるEV走行(モータ走行)モードから、エンジン10を再始動してHEV走行(ハイブリッド走行)モードに切り替える際に、第1モータ・ジェネレータ11を稼働(駆動)してエンジン10を再始動する一方、後輪5RL、5RRの駆動トルクを維持しつつ、第2モータ・ジェネレータ12で前輪5FL、5FRの駆動トルクを補償するように、第1クラッチ42及び第2クラッチ51の締結力を調節(制御)するとともに、第2モータ・ジェネレータ12の出力トルクを調節する。

Claims (5)
- エンジンと、第1モータ・ジェネレータと、第2モータ・ジェネレータと、を備えるハイブリッド全輪駆動車において、
前記第2モータ・ジェネレータと前輪との間に介装される第1クラッチと、
前記第2モータ・ジェネレータと後輪との間に介装される第2クラッチと、
車両の走行状態に基づいて、前記エンジン、前記第1モータ・ジェネレータ、前記第2モータ・ジェネレータ、前記第1クラッチ、前記第2クラッチを制御するコントロールユニットと、を備え、
前記第1モータ・ジェネレータは、前記エンジンとトルク伝達可能に接続されるとともに、前記前輪とトルク伝達可能に接続されており、
前記コントロールユニットは、
回生時に、前記第1クラッチを締結するとともに前記第2クラッチを解放し、
前記第2モータ・ジェネレータによるモータ走行から前記エンジンを再始動してハイブリッド走行に移る際に、前記第1モータ・ジェネレータを稼働して前記エンジンを再始動する一方、前記後輪の駆動トルクを維持しつつ、前記第2モータ・ジェネレータで前記前輪の駆動トルクを補償するように、前記第1クラッチ、前記第2クラッチの締結力を調節するとともに、前記第2モータ・ジェネレータの出力トルクを調節する
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド全輪駆動車。 - 前記コントロールユニットは、ハイブリッド走行時に、前記エンジン、前記第1モータ・ジェネレータ、前記第2モータ・ジェネレータを稼働するとともに、前記前輪及び前記後輪の路面との摩擦力の余裕度に応じた前後駆動力配分となるように、前記第1クラッチ、前記第2クラッチの締結力を調節することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド全輪駆動車。
- 前記コントロールユニットは、モータ走行時に、前記エンジン、前記第1モータ・ジェネレータを休止し、前記第2モータ・ジェネレータを稼働するとともに、前記前輪及び前記後輪の路面との摩擦力の余裕度に応じた前後駆動力配分となるように、前記第1クラッチ、前記第2クラッチの締結力を調節することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のハイブリッド全輪駆動車。
- 前記コントロールユニットは、車両の前後加速度、横加速度から、前記前輪及び前記後輪の接地荷重を求め、該接地荷重に基づいて、路面との摩擦力の余裕度を推定することを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載のハイブリッド全輪駆動車。
- 前記第1モータ・ジェネレータの回転軸がトルク伝達可能に接続されるサンギヤと、前記エンジンの出力軸がトルク伝達可能に接続されるキャリアと、を含む第1プラネタリギヤと、
前記第2モータ・ジェネレータの回転軸がトルク伝達可能に接続されるサンギヤと、前記第1クラッチ、前記第2クラッチがトルク伝達可能に接続されるキャリアと、を含む第2プラネタリギヤと、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド全輪駆動車。
