Description

The present invention relates to a file that can store documents.

Files with a foldable storage section that includes a front sheet and a rear sheet have been known for some time (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

This type of file is configured so that both the left and right halves of the front sheet are fixed to both the left and right halves of the rear sheet.

However, with a file of this configuration, when a relatively large number of documents are stored between the front and rear sheets and then folded in half, the front sheet in particular can be unexpectedly deformed due to differences in the placement of the front and rear sheets, making it difficult for the entire file to assume the ideal folded position.

The present invention was made in light of the above circumstances, and aims to provide a file that is configured so that at least both the front and rear sheets that make up the storage section can be folded in half in a suitable position.

That is, the present invention has the following configuration.

The invention described in claim 1 is a file having a storage section that can be folded in half, including a front sheet and a rear sheet, wherein the front sheet has one half located on one side of the storage section folded in half and the other half located on the other side, the rear sheet has one half located on one side of the storage section folded in half and the other half located on the other side, the one half of the front sheet and the one half of the rear sheet are fixed to each other, the other half of the front sheet and the other half of the rear sheet are arranged to be movable relative to each other, a guide mechanism is provided to guide the other half of the front sheet and the other half of the rear sheet to be movable relative to each other, the guide mechanism has another sheet provided on the other half of the rear sheet, and the upper edge of the other half of the front sheet can engage with the folded portion formed on the other sheet .
The invention described in claim 2 is a file having a storage section that can be folded in half, including a front sheet and a rear sheet, wherein the front sheet has one half located on one side of the folded storage section and the other half located on the other side, the rear sheet has one half located on one side of the folded storage section and the other half located on the other side, the one half of the front sheet and the one half of the rear sheet are fixed to each other, and the other half of the front sheet and the other half of the rear sheet are arranged so that they can move relative to each other, and the height dimension of the front sheet is set to a value such that its upper end is located in the middle of the vertical direction of the rear sheet.
The invention described in claim 3 is a file having a storage section that can be folded in half, including a front sheet and a rear sheet , wherein the storage section is configured to be able to be opened and closed between an unfolded position in which it is not folded in half and a closed position in which the storage section is folded in half, the front sheet has one half located on one side of the folded storage section and the other half located on the other side, the rear sheet has one half located on one side of the folded storage section and the other half located on the other side, the one half of the front sheet and the one half of the rear sheet are fixed to each other, and the other half of the front sheet and the other half of the rear sheet are arranged so that they can move relative to each other as the position is changed between the unfolded position and the closed position .

The invention described in claim 4 is a file described in claim 2 or 3 , which is provided with a guide mechanism that guides the other half of the front sheet and the other half of the rear sheet so that they can move relative to each other.

The invention described in claim 5 is a file described in claim 4, wherein the guide mechanism is a slit provided directly or indirectly on either the other half of the front sheet or the other half of the rear sheet, and a tongue provided directly or indirectly on the other half and inserted into the slit.

The invention described in claim 6 is a file described in claim 4, wherein the guide mechanism has another sheet provided on the other half of the rear sheet, and is configured so that the upper edge of the other half of the front sheet can engage with the folded portion formed on the other sheet.

The invention described in claim 7 is the file described in claim 1 , 2 or 3 , wherein the front sheet and the rear sheet are formed by folding a single sheet at a folding portion.

The invention described in claim 8 is the file described in claim 7 , wherein a fixing piece cut and raised from the vicinity of the bent portion of one of the sheets is welded to another sheet.

The invention described in claim 9 is a file configured to be able to open and close between an unfolded position in which the storage section is not folded in half and a closed position in which the storage section is folded in half, wherein a first hinge portion having a single or multiple fold lines is provided between the one half portion and the other half portion of the front sheet, and a second hinge portion having a single or multiple fold lines is provided between the one half portion and the other half portion of the rear sheet, and the first hinge portion and the second hinge portion are arranged in relatively offset positions in the unfolded position as described in claim 1 , 2 or 3 .

The invention described in claim 10 is a file described in claims 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9, which is configured to be openable and closable between an unfolded position in which the storage section is not folded in half and a closed position in which the storage section is folded in half, and the relative movement is a left-right movement that occurs as the position is changed between the unfolded position and the closed position.

The invention described in claim 9 is a file according to claims 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8, which is configured to be openable and closable between an unfolded position in which the storage section is not folded in half and a closed position in which the storage section is folded in half, and the relative movement is a left-right movement that occurs with the change in position between the unfolded position and the closed position.

As described above, the present invention provides a file that is configured so that at least both the front and rear sheets that make up the storage section can be folded in half in a suitable position.

One embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to Figures 1 to 15. In the figures, the welded parts (welded portions) are marked with the symbol y. In addition, left and right and top and bottom in the specification are indicated for the sake of convenience.

In this embodiment, the present invention is applied to a file that has a foldable storage section sp that can hold documents P such as paper.

The file has a foldable storage section sp that includes a base sheet 4, which is a front sheet, and a cover sheet 1, which is a rear sheet located behind the base sheet 4.

The file is configured to be capable of opening and closing between an unfolded position (T) in which the storage section sp is not folded in half, and a closed position (F) in which the storage section sp is folded in half. That is, the file has a cover 1 having a front cover 11 and a back cover 12, and is configured to be rotatable about the center in the left-right direction between an unfolded position (T) in which the front cover 11 and the back cover 12 can be unfolded so that they are substantially flush with each other, and a closed position (F) in which the front cover 11 and the back cover 12 are substantially parallel so that their inner faces face each other.

The file is equipped with a cover 1 having a front cover 11 which is the left half and a back cover 12 which is the right half, a front partition sheet 3 and a rear partition sheet 2 which are multiple partitions arranged in front of the cover 1, a base sheet 4 arranged in front of the front partition sheet 3, a pocket sheet 5 arranged in front of the base sheet left half 41 which is the left half of the base sheet 4 and which cooperates with the base sheet left half 41 to form a pocket capable of storing items, and a holding sheet 6 arranged to cover the front and rear of the base sheet right half 42 which is the right half of the base sheet 4 and which holds the base sheet right half 42 so that it can move relatively left and right while restricting movement in the up and down directions.

The file is provided with first and second guide mechanisms G1 and G2 that guide the right half 42 of the base sheet, which is one half of the front sheet, so that it can move relatively in a predetermined direction with respect to the back half of the rear sheet, i.e., the back cover 12.

<Cover 1>
The cover 1 has a generally horizontally elongated rectangular shape as a whole and is made of a sheet material that is thicker than the other sheets, i.e., the front partition sheet 3, the rear partition sheet 2, the base sheet 4, the pocket sheet 5, and the holding sheet 6.

The cover 1 comprises a front cover 11 that is a generally vertically elongated rectangle located on the left side in the unfolded position (T), a back cover 12 that is a generally vertically elongated rectangle located on the right side in the unfolded position (T), and a spine 13 that is a hinge portion interposed between the front cover 11 and the back cover 12.

The upper edge of the front cover 11 is formed with a recess 11a into which the rubber band B on the spine 13 can engage in the closed position (F). In addition, the upper edge of the front cover 11 is formed with a notch 11b cut out at a position corresponding to the rear finger hook protrusion 21a protruding from the upper end of the rear partition sheet 2 and the front finger hook protrusion 31a protruding from the upper end of the front partition sheet 3.

The back cover 12 has both ends of a rubber band B attached to the outer side via a known attachment means to hold the cover in the closed position (F). The top end of the back cover 12 has a recess 12a in which the rubber band B can engage, just like the front cover 11.

The spine 13 as a whole constitutes the hinge portion. The spine 13 has a pair of left and right inner fold lines m1 extending in the vertical direction, and a pair of left and right outer fold lines m2 extending in the vertical direction arranged on the outside of each of the pair of left and right inner fold lines m1. The spine 13 has a spine main body 13a provided between the pair of left and right inner fold lines m1, and side end auxiliary portions 13b provided on both sides of the spine main body 13a and positioned between the inner fold lines m1 and the outer fold lines m2.

<Rear partition sheet 2 (partition)>
The rear partition sheet 2, which is a partition, is disposed in front of the cover 1. The rear partition sheet 2 has a horizontally elongated rectangular shape overall. The rear partition sheet 2 includes a rear partition sheet left half 21 that is substantially vertically elongated rectangular and located on the left side in the unfolded posture (T), a rear partition sheet right half 22 that is substantially vertically elongated rectangular and located on the right side in the unfolded posture (T), and a rear partition sheet hinge portion 23 that is a hinge portion interposed between the rear partition sheet left half 21 and the rear partition sheet right half 22.

The upper end of the left half 21 of the rear partition sheet has a protruding finger hook 21a that is shaped to be easily gripped by the user's fingers. A fixing piece C that is welded to the inside surface of the front cover 11 protrudes from the lower part of the left half 21 of the rear partition sheet. The configuration of the fixing piece C will be described in detail later.

The right half 22 of the rear partition sheet has a rear end recess 22a formed by recessing the lower half of the right edge toward the rear partition sheet hinge 23. The rear end recess 22a is provided to avoid interference with the right welded piece 66 of the holding sheet 6 that is welded to the lower half of the right edge of the spine 13 and the right gusset 65 that is adjacent to the right welded piece 66.

The rear partition sheet hinge portion 23 has a central fold line n1 and left and right fold lines n2 that extend vertically and are spaced approximately equally apart in the left and right directions.

The rear partition sheet right half 22 and the rear partition sheet hinge 23 that constitute the rear partition sheet 2 are not directly or indirectly fixed to other sheets. In other words, the rear partition sheet right half 22 and the rear partition sheet hinge 23 are fixed to the cover 1 by welding via the rear partition sheet left half 21.

<Front partition sheet 3 (partition)>
The front partition sheet 3 is disposed in front of the rear partition sheet 2. The front partition sheet 3 has a horizontally elongated rectangular sheet shape as a whole. The front partition sheet 3 includes a front partition sheet left half portion 31 having a substantially vertically elongated rectangular shape located on the left side in the unfolded posture (T), a front partition sheet right half portion 32 having a substantially vertically elongated rectangular shape located on the right side in the unfolded posture (T), and a front partition sheet hinge portion 33 which is a hinge portion interposed between the front partition sheet left half portion 31 and the front partition sheet right half portion 32.

A front finger hook protrusion 31a is provided at the upper end of the front partition sheet left half 31, and is shaped to be easily grasped by the user's fingers. The front finger hook protrusion 31a is positioned to the right of the rear finger hook protrusion 21a when viewed from the front in the unfolded position (T). A punched hole D is formed in the lower part of the front partition sheet left half 31 in conjunction with the formation of the fixing piece C.

The front partition sheet right half 32 has a front end recess 32a in which the lower half of the right edge is recessed toward the front partition sheet hinge 33. The front end recess 32a is provided to avoid interference with the right welded piece 66 of the holding sheet 6 that is welded to the lower half of the right edge of the spine 13 and the right gusset 65 that is adjacent to the right welded piece 66.

The front partition sheet hinge portion 33 has central and left and right fold lines r1 and r2 that extend vertically and are spaced approximately equally apart in the left and right direction.

The front partition sheet right half 32 and front partition sheet hinge 33 constituting the front partition sheet 3 are not directly or indirectly fixed to other sheets. In other words, the front partition sheet right half 32 and front partition sheet hinge 33 are fixed to the cover 1 via the rear partition sheet left half 21 connected to the front partition sheet left half 31 via the bent portion a1.

The file of this embodiment has a storage section sp, the space of which is divided by a front partition sheet 3 and a rear partition sheet 2 which are partitions.

The front and rear partition sheets 3 and 2 are made by folding a single sheet A shown in FIG. 10 at the fold a1, which is the boundary between the sheets, so that they overlap front to back. A fixed piece C is cut out from the single sheet A near the fold a1 and welded to the inside of the front cover 11, which is another sheet.

In other words, the two dividers, the front divider sheet 3 and the rear divider sheet 2, are provided in the storage section sp by folding a single sheet A at the folding section a1. A fixing piece C is cut and raised from the single sheet A near the folding section a1, and is fixed by welding to the inner surface of the lower part of the front cover 11, which is another sheet.

The fixed piece C is provided so that it can be cut and raised from the rear partition sheet left half 21 side by forming a slit a2 for forming the fixed piece that is roughly U-shaped so as to extend between the lower ends of both the front partition sheet left half 31 and the rear partition sheet left half 21 that constitute one sheet A.

The slit a2 has a horizontal slit a21 that extends linearly in the left-right direction, and a vertical slit a22 that extends from both ends of the horizontal slit a21 in a direction substantially perpendicular to the horizontal slit a21 (toward the rear partition sheet 2). The horizontal slit a21 is provided in the front partition sheet left half 31, and the vertical slit a22 is provided across the front partition sheet left half 31 and the rear partition sheet left half 21.

The base end of the fixing piece C is disposed on the left half portion 21 of the rear partition sheet. The fixing piece C has a fixing piece bent portion c1 located at a height that is approximately the same as the bent portion a1, which is located tip-side from the base end. The fixing piece C is bent by the fixing piece bent portion c1, and the tip portion c2 located tip-side from the fixing piece bent portion c1 is in a position that extends upward. The tip portion c2 of the fixing piece C is welded to the inside side of the front cover 1 via the lower welded piece 53 in the pocket sheet 5.

The multiple partitions, the front partition sheet 3 and the rear partition sheet 2, are provided with a front partition sheet left half 31 and a rear partition sheet left half 21 located on one side, or the left side, of the folded storage section sp, and a front partition sheet right half 32 and a rear partition sheet right half 22 located on the other side, or the right side.

In this embodiment, the bend a1 is provided only between one half of each of the front partition sheet 3 and the rear partition sheet 2, i.e., between the front partition sheet left half 31 and the rear partition sheet left half 21, and the other half of each of the front partition sheet right half 32 and the rear partition sheet right half 22 are arranged to be movable relative to each other.

In other words, in one sheet A, only the front partition sheet left half 31 and the rear partition sheet left half 21 are connected via the fold a1, and the front partition sheet right half 32 and the rear partition sheet right half 22 are separated from each other.

Note that the relative movement is the left-right movement that occurs when changing positions between the deployed position (T) and the closed position (F).

<Base sheet 4>
The base sheet 4 is fixed by welding to the pocket sheet 5 fixed to the front cover 11. In other words, the base sheet left half 41 is indirectly fixed to the front cover 11 via the pocket sheet 5.

The height dimension of the base sheet 4 is set so that its upper end is located in the vertical middle of the cover sheet 1, rear partition sheet 2, and front partition sheet 3. More specifically, the base sheet 4 is set to approximately half the height of the cover sheet 1, rear partition sheet 2, and front partition sheet 3.

The file is configured such that the height of the base sheet 4, which is the front sheet, is lower than the height of the rear sheets, which are the cover sheet 1, rear partition sheet 2, and front partition sheet 3. Therefore, as shown in an example in FIG. 14, in the unfolded position (T), the upper halves of the front partition sheet 3 and rear partition sheet 2 arranged behind the base sheet 4 can be moved forward by the user in order to check the items stored in the storage section sp, etc.

The base sheet 4 is disposed in front of the front partition sheet 3. The base sheet 4 includes a base sheet left half 41 that is located on the left side in the unfolded position (T) and has a generally horizontally elongated rectangular shape, a base sheet right half 42 that is located on the right side in the unfolded position (T), a base sheet hinge portion 43 that is a hinge portion interposed between the base sheet left half 41 and the base sheet right half 42, and a pocket lid forming piece 44 that is integrally extended from the upper edge of the base sheet left half 41.

A left welded piece 45 extends from the left end of the base sheet left half 41. The left welded piece 45 is welded to the inner surface of the left end of the pocket sheet 5 (more specifically, the inner surface of the left gusset 54) that is fixed to the front cover 11 by welding. The lower end of the base sheet left half 41 is disposed so as to be attached to or adjacent to the inner surface of the pocket sheet 5 that is fixed to the front cover 11 by welding.

The base sheet right half 42 has a slit E extending in the vertical direction at a position close to the base sheet hinge portion 43. A tongue piece 67 protruding from the holding sheet 6 is inserted into the slit E. The slit E and the tongue piece 67 form a first guide mechanism G1, which serves as a guide mechanism. The slit E and the tongue piece 67 are provided at a position covered from the front by the front holding sheet portion 61 of the holding sheet 6.

The base sheet hinge portion 43 has a central fold line s1 and left and right fold lines s2 that extend vertically and are spaced approximately equally apart in the left and right directions.

The pocket lid forming piece 44 has a folded protrusion 44a protruding from its tip. The folded protrusion 44a is designed to be inserted into a slit 51b formed in the pocket sheet 5. When the folded protrusion 44a is inserted into the slit 51b, the pocket lid forming piece 44 is held in a position that closes the pocket. The folded protrusion 44a is folded back so as to fit along the inner surface of the pocket lid forming piece 44, and the vicinity of its base end is welded to the inner surface of the pocket lid forming piece 44.

The base sheet right half 42 and base sheet hinge 43 constituting the base sheet 4 are not directly or indirectly fixed to other sheets. In other words, the base sheet right half 42 and base sheet hinge 43 are fixed to the cover 1 via the base sheet left half 41 welded to the pocket sheet 5.

<Pocket sheet 5>
The pocket sheet 5 cooperates with the base sheet left half 41 and a pocket lid forming piece 44 protruding from the base sheet left half 41 to form a pocket capable of storing articles.

The pocket sheet 5 comprises a pocket sheet main body 51 having a window portion 51a through which a transparent film sheet fs is arranged to allow the interior to be viewed, and a slit 51b extending in the left-right direction above the window portion 51a and into which the folded-over protrusion 44a provided on the pocket lid forming piece 44 can be inserted, a lower gusset 52 connected to the lower edge of the pocket sheet main body 51, a lower welded piece 53 extending from the extended end of the lower gusset 52 and fixed to the lower end of the front cover 11 by welding, a left gusset 54 connected to the left edge of the pocket sheet main body 51, a left welded piece 55 extending from the extended end of the left gusset 54 and fixed to the left end of the front cover 11 by welding, a right gusset 56 connected to the right edge of the pocket sheet main body 51, and a right welded piece 57 extending from the extended end of the right gusset 56 and fixed to the right end of the base sheet left half portion 41 by welding.

<Holding sheet 6>
The holding sheet 6, which is the third sheet, is capable of holding the base sheet right half portion 42 so as to be relatively movable in the left-right direction.

The retaining sheet 6 includes a front retaining sheet portion 61 disposed in front of the right half portion 42 of the base sheet, a rear retaining sheet portion 62 connected to the upper edge of the front retaining sheet portion 61 via a folded portion 6a serving as a folded portion and disposed behind the right half portion 42 of the base sheet and in front of the right half portion 32 of the front partition sheet, a lower gusset 63 connected to the lower edge of the front retaining sheet portion 61, a lower welded piece 64 extending from the extended end of the lower gusset 63 and fixed by welding to the lower end of the back cover 12, a right gusset 65 connected to the right edge of the front retaining sheet portion 61, a right welded piece 66 extending from the extended end of the right gusset 65 and fixed by welding to the right end of the back cover 12, and a tongue piece 67 connected to the left edge of the front retaining sheet portion 61 via a folded portion 67b and disposed on the rear side of the front retaining sheet portion 61.

The front holding sheet portion 61 has a slit 61a for holding cards that extends at an angle in the left-right direction.

The tongue piece 67 is folded back so as to fit along the inner surface of the front retaining sheet part 61, and the vicinity of its base end is welded to the inner surface, i.e., the back surface, of the front retaining sheet part 61. The tongue piece 67 is inserted into a slit E provided in the base sheet right half part 42, and is capable of maintaining the position of the base sheet right half part 42 by allowing relative left-right movement of the base sheet right half part 42 with respect to the retaining sheet 6 while restricting movement in the up-down direction.

A protrusion 67a is provided at the top of the protruding end of the tongue 67, which engages with the opening edge of the slit E to prevent the tongue 67 from slipping out of the slit E. The protrusion 67a of the tongue 67 determines the limit position of relative movement to the right with respect to the tongue 67 when the base sheet right half 42 is in the closed position (F).

<First guide mechanism G1 and second guide mechanism G2 (guide mechanisms)>
The first and second guide mechanisms G1, G2 are capable of guiding the relative left-right movement of the base sheet right half 42, which is the first half of the front sheet, relative to the back cover 12, which is the first half of the rear sheet, that occurs when the storage section sp is changed in position between the unfolded position (T) in which the storage section sp is not folded in half and the closed position (F) in which the storage section sp is folded in half, while suppressing the upward and downward shifting movement of the base sheet right half 42.

The second halves of the front sheet and the rear sheet, i.e., the front cover 11 and the base sheet left half 41, are fixed to each other via the pocket sheet 5. In other words, the front cover 11 and the base sheet left half 41 are configured such that they can barely move relative to each other in the left-right direction.

The first guide mechanism G1 is composed of a slit E provided in the right half 42 of the base sheet 4, which is the front sheet, and a tongue 67 that is indirectly provided via a retaining sheet 6 on the back cover 12, which is the right half of the rear sheet, and is inserted into the slit E extending in the vertical direction and formed in the right half 42 of the base sheet, so that it can move back and forth in the left and right direction.

The second guide mechanism G2 has a retaining sheet 6, which is a third sheet, fixed by welding to the back cover 12, which is the right half of the cover 1, which is the rear sheet, and is configured so that the upper edge je of the base sheet right half 42, which is the right half of the front sheet, can engage with the folded portion 6a formed between the front retaining sheet portion 61 and the rear retaining sheet portion 62 of the retaining sheet 6.

<Relative position of hinge part>
The cover 1 has a spine 13 as a hinge part having a plurality of fold lines, that is, an inner fold line m1 and an outer fold line m2, between a front cover 11 which is one half located on one side of the folded storage section sp and a back cover 12 which is the other half located on the other side.

The rear partition sheet 2 is provided with a rear partition sheet hinge portion 23, which is a hinge portion having multiple fold lines, a central fold line n1 and left and right fold lines n2, between the rear partition sheet left half portion 21, which is one half portion located on one side of the folded storage section sp, and the rear partition sheet right half portion 22, which is the other half portion located on the other side.

The front partition sheet 3 is provided with a front partition sheet hinge portion 33, which is a hinge portion having multiple fold lines, a central fold line r1 and left and right fold lines r2, between the front partition sheet left half portion 31, which is one half portion located on one side of the folded storage section sp, and the front partition sheet right half portion 32, which is the other half portion located on the other side.

The base sheet 4 is provided with a base sheet hinge portion 43, which is a hinge portion having multiple fold lines, a central fold line s1 and left and right fold lines s2, between the base sheet left half 41, which is one half located on one side of the folded storage section sp, and the base sheet right half 42, which is the other half located on the other side.

In the file of this embodiment, in the unfolded position (T), the spine 13, rear partition sheet hinge portion 23, front partition sheet hinge portion 33, and base sheet hinge portion 43 are arranged in this order from rear to front. The spine 13, rear partition sheet hinge portion 23, front partition sheet hinge portion 33, and base sheet hinge portion 43 are arranged in relatively offset positions in the unfolded position (T).

More specifically, when viewed from the front in the unfolded position (T), the rear partition sheet hinge part 23, which also serves as a hinge part, is disposed at a position offset to the left of the spine 13, which also serves as a hinge part, the front partition sheet hinge part 33, which also serves as a hinge part, is disposed at a position offset to the left of the rear partition sheet hinge part 23, and the base sheet hinge part 43, which also serves as a hinge part, is disposed at a position offset to the left of the front partition sheet hinge part 33.

In other words, the file has a first hinge portion (rear partition sheet hinge portion 23, front partition sheet hinge portion 33, or base sheet hinge portion 43) having multiple fold lines between one half and the other half of the front sheet, and a second hinge portion (spine cover 13, rear partition sheet hinge portion 23, or front partition sheet hinge portion 33) having multiple fold lines between one half and the other half of the rear sheet. The first hinge portion, which is located in front of the second hinge portion when viewed from the front in the unfolded position (T), is disposed in a position shifted to the left of the second hinge portion, which is located behind the first hinge portion when viewed from the front in the unfolded position (T).

In addition, the distance between the left and right inner fold lines m1 in the spine 13, the distance between the inner fold line m1 and the outer fold line m2, the distance between the center fold line n1 and the left and right fold lines n2 in the rear partition sheet hinge section 23, the distance between the center fold line r1 and the left and right fold lines r2 in the front partition sheet hinge section 33, and the distance between the center fold line s1 and the left and right fold lines s2 in the base sheet hinge section 43 are set to be different from one another.

The front partition sheet 3 corresponds to the "front sheet" in claim 5, and the rear partition sheet 2 corresponds to the "rear sheet" in claim 5. The base sheet 4 corresponds to the "front sheet" in claim 8, and the cover sheet 1, the rear partition sheet 2, and the front partition sheet 3 correspond to the "rear sheet" in claim 8.

As described above, the file according to this embodiment has a foldable storage section sp including the base sheet 4, which is the front sheet, and the cover sheet 1, which is the rear sheet. The base sheet 4 is provided with the base sheet left half 41, which is one half located on the left side, which is one side of the folded storage section sp, and the base sheet right half 42, which is the other half located on the right side, which is the other side. The cover sheet 1, which is the rear sheet, is provided with the front cover 11, which is one half located on the left side, which is one side of the folded storage section sp, and the back cover 12, which is the other half located on the right side, which is the other side. The base sheet left half 41 and the cover sheet 1 are fixed to each other, and the base sheet right half 42 and the back cover 12 are arranged so that they can move relative to each other.

As a result, the base sheet 4 and cover 1 that make up the storage section sp are both capable of moving one half relative to the other, making it possible to provide a file that can be folded in half in a suitable position.

The file according to this embodiment has a foldable storage section sp including a front partition sheet 3, which is a front sheet, and a rear partition sheet 2, which is a rear sheet. The front partition sheet 3 is provided with a front partition sheet left half 31, which is one half located on the left side, which is one side of the folded storage section sp, and a front partition sheet right half 32, which is the other half located on the right side, which is the other side. The rear partition sheet 2, which is the rear sheet, is provided with a rear partition sheet left half 21, which is one half located on the left side, which is one side of the folded storage section sp, and a rear partition sheet right half 22, which is the other half located on the right side, which is the other side. The front partition sheet left half 31 and the rear partition sheet left half 21 are fixed to each other, and the front partition sheet right half 32 and the rear partition sheet right half are arranged to be movable relative to each other.

As a result, since both the front partition sheet 3 and the rear partition sheet 2 that make up the storage section sp are able to move their halves relative to each other, it is possible to provide a file that is configured to be able to adopt a suitable folded position.

First and second guide mechanisms G1 and G2 are provided to guide the base sheet right half 42 and the back cover 12 so that they can move relative to each other.

As a result, when the base sheet right half 42 and the back cover 12 move relative to each other, the posture of both is less likely to be disturbed and the appropriate posture is maintained.

The first guide mechanism G1 is a slit E provided in the right half portion 42 of the base sheet, and a tongue piece 67 that is indirectly provided via a retaining sheet 6 fixed to the back cover 12 and inserted into the slit E.

As a result, the first guide mechanism G1 can guide the relative movement of the base sheet right half 42 and the back cover 12 while maintaining an appropriate posture by utilizing the configuration in which the slit E and the tongue piece 67 engage with each other.

The second guide mechanism G2 has a holding sheet 6, which is another sheet provided on the back cover 12, and is configured so that the upper edge je of the right half portion 42 of the base sheet can engage with the folded portion 6a formed on the holding sheet 6.

As a result, the second guide mechanism G2 is guided by the retaining sheet 6 to appropriately suppress forward and backward movement and upward shifting of the base sheet right half 42.

The front partition sheet 3 and the rear partition sheet 2 are constructed by folding a single sheet A at the folding portion a1.

This allows the number of parts required to create the file to be effectively reduced.

A fixed piece C is cut and raised near the bent portion a1 of one sheet A and is welded to the other sheet, the cover sheet 1.

As a result, a single sheet A having a front partition sheet 3 and a rear partition sheet 2 is suitably attached to the cover 1.

This file is configured to be able to open and close between an unfolded position (T) in which the storage section sp is not folded in half and a closed position (F) in which the storage section sp is folded in half, and has a base sheet hinge section 43 as a first hinge section having a plurality of fold lines, namely, central and left and right fold lines s1 and s2, between the base sheet left half section 41 and the base sheet right half section 42, and a spine cover 13 as a second hinge section having a plurality of fold lines, namely, an inner fold line m1 and an outer fold line m2, between the front cover 11 and the back cover 12, and the base sheet hinge section 43 and the spine cover 13 are disposed in relatively offset positions in the unfolded position (T).

This allows for excellent design freedom to optimize the relative position of the base sheet hinge portion 43 and the spine 13 in the closed position (F).

This file is configured to be able to open and close between an unfolded position (T) in which the storage section sp is not folded in half and a closed position (F) in which the storage section sp is folded in half, and has a front partition sheet hinge section 33 as a first hinge section having a plurality of fold lines, r1 and r2, between the front partition sheet left half section 31 and the front partition sheet right half section 32, and a rear partition sheet hinge section 23 as a second hinge section having a plurality of fold lines, n1 and n2, between the rear partition sheet left half section 21 and the rear partition sheet right half section 22, and the front partition sheet hinge section 33 and the rear partition sheet hinge section 23 are disposed in relatively offset positions in the unfolded position (T).

This allows for excellent design freedom to optimize the relative position of the base sheet hinge portion 43 and the spine 13 in the closed position (F).

The height dimension of the base sheet 4 is set so that its upper end is located at the vertical middle of the cover 1.

This provides excellent visibility of the documents P stored in the storage section sp. In this embodiment, a rear partition sheet 2 and a front partition sheet 3, which have a height dimension similar to that of the cover sheet 1, are arranged in front of the cover 1. This allows for flexible deformation in the unfolded position (T) so that the upper halves of the rear partition sheet 2 and the front partition sheet 3 can be folded at their vertical middle parts to position the upper halves of the partition sheets 2, 3 in front of the base sheet in order to view the inside of the storage section sp.

It is configured to be able to be opened and closed between an unfolded position (T) in which the storage section sp is not folded in half, and a closed position (F) in which the storage section sp is folded in half, and the relative movement is a left-right movement that occurs with the change in position between the unfolded position (T) and the closed position (F). Therefore, the back cover 12 that constitutes one half of the rear sheet, the base sheet right half 42 that constitutes one half of the front sheet, and the rear partition sheet right half 22 and front partition sheet right half 32 that constitute either the rear sheet or the front sheet can move relatively left-right in the direction of the user's natural left-right opening and closing operation.

The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above.

The front and rear sheets that make up the foldable storage section are not limited to those shown in the above-mentioned embodiment. Any type of front and rear sheets may be used as long as they face each other and the space between them forms a foldable storage section (storage space).

The front sheet and the rear sheet may be any sheet that can form a storage section and are arranged in a front-to-back relationship. In the above-described embodiment, if the front sheet is a cover sheet, the rear sheet can correspond to any of a rear partition sheet, a front partition sheet, and a base sheet. If the front sheet is a rear partition sheet, the rear sheet can correspond to any of a front partition sheet and a base sheet. If the front sheet is a front partition sheet, the rear sheet can correspond to a base sheet.

The front sheet and the rear sheet may form a storage section and may be in a front-to-back relationship where they directly face each other. For example, a file may be configured such that the rear sheet, which is the cover sheet, and the front sheet, which is the base sheet, face each other directly without a partition between them.

For example, it may have a configuration as shown in FIG. 16.

Figure 16 shows a holder that is bound into a file. The holder can hold a document P by sandwiching it in the storage section sp. The holder has a storage section sp that can be folded in half at the vertical center, which includes a front holder sheet 7, which is the front sheet, and a rear holder sheet 8, which is the rear sheet. The holder has a binding foot insertion hole 8a at the side end of the rear holder sheet 8, and is supported by the file body, which has binding feet (not shown).

The front holder sheet 7 comprises a front holder sheet lower half 71 located at the bottom on one side of the folded storage section sp, and a front holder sheet upper half 72 located at the top on the other side. The rear holder sheet 8 comprises a rear holder sheet lower half 81 located at the bottom on one side of the folded storage section sp, and a rear holder sheet upper half 82 located at the top on the other side.

The front holder sheet lower half 71 and the rear holder sheet lower half 81 are fixed to each other at the welding part y1 arranged on the right side, and the front holder sheet upper half 72 and the rear holder sheet upper half 82 are arranged so that they can move relative to each other.

Between the front holder sheet upper half 72 and the rear holder sheet upper half 82, a guide mechanism G3 is provided that guides the front holder sheet upper half 72 and the rear holder sheet upper half 82 so that they can move relative to each other. The guide mechanism G3 includes a rail portion 72a that extends in the vertical direction and is provided on the side of the front holder sheet upper half 72, and a rail holding portion 82a that is provided on the rear holder sheet upper half 82 and holds the rail portion 72a so that it can move relative to the front holder sheet in the vertical direction. Even with this configuration, the desired purpose can be achieved.

The method of fixing the front sheet and the rear sheet is not limited to welding, but may include fixing using various fixing means. For example, the front sheet and the rear sheet may be fixed using an adhesive or a fastener.

Fixing the front sheet and the rear sheet includes fixing one of the front sheet and the rear sheet to another sheet material fixed to the other.

The guide mechanism is not limited to the embodiment described above, as long as it can guide the other half of the front seat and the other half of the rear seat so that they can move relative to each other.

The guide mechanism may be configured to have a tongue on the base sheet side and a slit on the holding sheet side fixed to the cover into which the tongue is inserted.

The specific configuration of each part is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications are possible without departing from the spirit of the present invention.

the one half portion of the front sheet and the one half portion of the rear sheet are fixed to each other,
the other half of the front seat and the other half of the rear seat are arranged to be relatively movable ,
a guide mechanism is provided to guide the other half of the front seat and the other half of the rear seat so as to be movable relative to each other,

The file according to claim 4, wherein the guide mechanism has another sheet provided on the other half of the rear sheet, and is configured so that the upper edge of the other half of the front sheet can engage with a folded portion formed on the other sheet. 4. The file according to claim 1 , 2 or 3 , wherein the front sheet and the rear sheet are formed by folding a single sheet at a folding portion. 8. The file according to claim 7 , wherein a fixing piece cut and raised from the vicinity of the bent portion of one of said sheets is welded to another sheet.
