Description
-パンチと第1の受け型との間に画定された第1の成形容積に第1のプラスチック材料を射出して第1の層を作製する第1のステップと、
-第1のステップで得られた第1の層と第2の受け型との間に画定された第2の成形容積に第2のプラスチック材料を射出して、凸部と凹部とを交互に有する三次元の仕上部を外表面に備えた第2の層を作製する第2のステップと、
を有する。
-第2のプラスチック材料を射出して、凸部17と凹部18とを交互に有する三次元仕上部を外表面15に有する第2の層12を作製する第2の射出ステップと、を有する。
Claims (15)
- 収容体、又は家庭用機器(50)若しくはレセプタクルの筐体を形成するために適したプラスチック材料製の部材(10)を製造するための方法であって、
パンチ(29)と第1の受け型(30)との間に画定された第1の成形容積(V1)に第1のプラスチック材料を射出して第1の層(11)を作製する第1の射出ステップと、
前記第1の射出ステップで得られた前記第1の層(11)と第2の受け型(34)との間に画定された第2の成形容積(V2)に第2のプラスチック材料を射出して第2の層(12)を作製する第2の射出ステップと、
を有する方法において、
凸部(17)と凹部(18)とを交互に有する三次元の仕上部を外表面に備えた前記第2の層(12)を作製し、
前記第1の射出ステップにおいて、前記第1の層(11)に、前記凸部(17)及び前記凹部(18)の間の厚さの差を補償して前記第2の射出ステップにおいて前記第2のプラスチック材料の充填流を実質的に均一にするために適した通路又は充填キャビティ(19)を、前記第2の層(12)の凹部(18)の形状及び位置に対応して作製する
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 単色又は複数色の第1の不透明材料と、少なくとも部分的に透明な第2の材料とを使用して、透明な前記第2の層(12)を通して不透明な前記第1の層(11)を視認可能とすることができる、
請求項1記載の方法。 - 第1の厚さ(S1)を有する前記第1の層(11)を作製し、前記第1の厚さ(S1)より厚い第2の厚さ(S2)を有する前記第2の層(12)を作製する、
請求項1又は2記載の方法。 - 前記第1の射出ステップの終了時に直ちに前記第2の射出ステップを行う、
請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 第1の層(11)と第2の層(12)とを有するプラスチック材料製の部材(10)を製造するための装置であって、
パンチ(29)、第1の受け型(30)及び第1の射出ユニット(31)を備えた第1の成形アセンブリ(27)と、第2の受け型(34)及び第2の射出ユニット(36)を備えた第2の成形アセンブリ(28)と、を備えており、
前記第1の受け型(30)は、前記パンチ(29)と前記第1の受け型(30)との間に第1の成形容積(V1)を画定するために適した第1の成形面(33)を有し、
前記第1の射出ユニット(31)は前記第1の成形容積(V1)に第1のプラスチック材料を射出して第1の層(11)を得るように構成されており、
前記第2の受け型(34)は前記部材(10)の前記第1の層(11)と合わさって第2の成形容積(V2)を画定するために適した第2の成形面(35)を有し、
前記第2の射出ユニット(36)は前記第2の成形容積(V2)に第2のプラスチック材料を射出して第2の層(12)を得るように構成されている装置において、
凸部(17)と凹部(18)とを交互に有する前記部材(10)の外表面(15)の形状のネガ型となることができる成形キャビティ(40a)と成形リッジ(40b)とが、前記第2の成形面(35)の少なくとも一部に交互に作製され、
前記第1の成形面(33)の少なくとも一部に成形レリーフ(38)が作製され、当該成形レリーフ(38)は使用時に前記第1の成形容積(V1)内に突出し、前記第1の層(11)に充填通路又はキャビティを、前記第2の成形面(35)の前記成形リッジ(40b)の形状及び位置に対応して画定するように構成されており、
前記充填通路又はキャビティは、前記凸部(17)及び前記凹部(18)の間の厚さの差を補償して前記第2のプラスチック材料の充填流を実質的に均一にするために適したものである
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記第2の受け型(34)の前記成形リッジ(40b)は、前記第1の受け型(30)の前記成形レリーフ(38)の形状に対応する形状である、
請求項5記載の装置。 - 前記第1の受け型(30)は第1の成形側部(37)を有すると共に、前記第2の受け型(34)は第2の成形側部(39)を有し、
前記第1の成形側部(37)及び第2の成形側部(39)は、複数の三次元の仕上部を形成するために交換可能なものである、
請求項5又は6記載の装置。 - 収容体、又は家庭用機器(50)若しくはレセプタクルの筐体を形成するために適したプラスチック材料製の部材であって、
第1のプラスチック材料製の内側の第1の層(11)と、
前記第1の層(11)の少なくとも一部を覆う第2のプラスチック材料製の外側の第2の層(12)と、
を備えた部材であって、
前記第2の層(12)は、凸部(17)と凹部(18)とを交互に有する三次元の仕上部を外表面(15)に備えており、
前記凸部(17)及び前記凹部(18)の間の厚さの差を少なくとも部分的に補償するために適した通路又は充填キャビティ(19)であって、前記第2の層(12)の凹部(18)の形状及び位置に対応する通路又は充填キャビティ(19)が、前記第1の層(11)に、当該第1の層(11)の厚さに作製されて設けられており、
前記通路又はキャビティは、前記凸部(17)及び前記凹部(18)の間の厚さの差を補償して前記第2のプラスチック材料の充填流を実質的に均一にするために適したものであり、
前記第1の層(11)は、前記部材(10)の内表面となる第1の表面(13)であって使用時に前記家庭用機器(50)の内側を向く第1の表面(13)と、前記第1の表面(13)とは反対側の第2の表面(14)であって前記第2の層(12)が接触して配置される第2の表面(14)と、を有し、
前記第2の層(12)は、前記内表面とは反対側に外表面(15)を有し、
前記外表面(15)は使用時に前記部材(10)の外表面となり、前記部材(10)の適用先である前記家庭用機器(50)の外表面となる
ことを特徴とする部材。 - 前記第1の層(11)は、前記部材の横方向において前記通路又は充填キャビティ(19)に対応する最小値(S1min)と、前記充填キャビティ又は通路(19)を挟んで設けられた平坦部(19a)に対応する最大厚さ(S1max)と、の間で変化する第1の厚さを有し、
前記第2の層(12)は、前記横方向において実質的に不変の第2の厚さ(S2)を有する、
請求項8記載の部材。 - 外側の前記第2の層(12)の前記第2の厚さ(S2)は、内側の前記第1の層(11)の前記第1の厚さ(S1)より厚い、
請求項9記載の部材。 - 内側の前記第1の層(11)は第1の不透明材料により作製されており、外側の前記第2の層(12)は、少なくとも部分的に透明な第2の材料により作製され、当該第2の材料を通して内側の不透明な前記第1の層(11)を視認可能とすることができる、
請求項8から10までのいずれか1項記載の部材。 - 外側の前記第2の層(12)は、少なくとも軸方向(X)において、内側の前記第1の層(11)の端縁(24)からはみ出している、
請求項8から11までのいずれか1項記載の部材。 - 前記凸部(17)は、互いに実質的に平行に配された互いに隣り合う垂直リブとして形成されている、
請求項8から12までのいずれか1項記載の部材。 - 筒状の形状を有する、
請求項8から13までのいずれか1項記載の部材。 - 請求項8から13までのいずれか1項記載の部材(10)により少なくとも一部が作製された収容体又は筐体を備えている
ことを特徴とする家庭用機器。
