Description
-パンチと第1の受け型との間に画定された第1の成形容積に、第1の射出温度及び第1の射出圧力を含む第1の動作パラメータで第1のプラスチック材料を射出して、第1の厚さを有する内側の第1の層を作製する第1の射出ステップと、
-第1のステップで得られた内側の層と第2の受け型との間に画定された第2の成形容積に、第2の射出温度及び第2の射出圧力を含む第2の動作パラメータで第2のプラスチック材料を射出して、第2の厚さを有する外側の第2の層を作製する第2のステップと、
を有し、
第2の厚さは、内側の第1の層の第1の厚さより大きい。
-第2のプラスチック材料を射出して、第1の厚さより大きい第2の厚さS2を有する第2の層12を作製する第2の射出ステップと、を有する。
本願出願人は実証試験を行い、第1の層11の厚さS1と第2の層12の厚さS2との差に依存して射出温度T1,T2及び冷却温度T3,T4並びに射出圧力P1及びP2を考察対象の範囲内で変化させることが可能であることを実証した。
Claims (7)
- ケトル(50A)又はトースター(50B)等の家庭用機器(50)の収容体を形成するために適した筒状の形状を有するプラスチック材料製の部材(10)を製造するための方法であって、
パンチ(29)と第1の受け型(30)との間に画定された第1の成形容積(V1)に、第1の射出温度(T1)及び第1の射出圧力(P1)を含む第1の動作パラメータで第1のプラスチック材料を射出して、第1の厚さ(S1)を有する第1の層(11)を作製する第1の射出ステップと、
前記第1の射出ステップで得られた前記第1の層(11)と第2の受け型(34)との間に画定された第2の成形容積(V2)に、第2の射出温度(T2)及び第2の射出圧力(P2)を含む第2の動作パラメータで第2のプラスチック材料を射出して、第2の厚さ(S2)を有する第2の層(12)を作製する第2の射出ステップと、
を有し、
前記第2の射出ステップは前記第1の射出ステップの直後に行われる方法において、
前記第2の層(12)の前記第2の厚さ(S2)は前記第1の層(11)の前記第1の厚さ(S1)より大きく、
前記第2の射出ステップの前記動作パラメータのうち少なくとも1つは、前記第1の射出ステップの前記動作パラメータのうち対応するパラメータより低く、
前記第2の射出温度(T2)は前記第1の射出温度(T1)より5~10%低く、又は、前記第2の射出圧力(P2)は前記第1の射出圧力(P1)より10~30%低く、
前記第1の射出ステップにおいて前記第1の成形容積(V1)内の前記第1のプラスチック材料を第1の冷却温度(T3)に冷却し、前記第2の射出ステップにおいて前記第2の成形容積(V2)内の前記第2のプラスチック材料を、前記第1の冷却温度(T3)より15%~25%低い第2の冷却温度(T4)に冷却する
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第1の射出温度(T1)は120℃~260℃の範囲内であり、前記第2の射出温度(T2)は前記第1の射出温度(T1)より5~10%低い、
請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記第1の射出圧力(P1)は700kg/cm2~1300kg/cm2の範囲内であり、前記第2の射出圧力(P2)は前記第1の射出圧力(P1)より10~30%低い、
請求項1又は2記載の方法。 - 前記第1の冷却温度(T3)は35℃~55℃であり、前記第2の冷却温度(T4)は前記第1の冷却温度(T3)より15~25%低い、
請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の記載の方法。 - 単色又は複数色の第1の不透明材料と、少なくとも部分的に透明な第2の材料とを使用して、外側の透明な前記第2の層(12)を通して内側の不透明な前記第1の層(11)を視認可能とすることができる、
請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 第1の層(11)と第2の層(12)とを有するプラスチック材料製の部材(10)を製造するための装置であって、
前記装置は、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法を実施するために適したものであり、
パンチ(29)、第1の受け型(30)及び第1の射出ユニット(31)を備えた第1の成形アセンブリ(27)と、第2の受け型(34)及び第2の射出ユニット(36)を備えた第2の成形アセンブリ(28)と、を備えており、
前記第1の受け型(30)は、前記パンチ(29)と前記第1の受け型(30)との間に第1の幅(W1max)を有する第1の成形容積(V1)を画定するために適した第1の成形面(33)を有し、
前記第1の射出ユニット(31)は前記第1の成形容積(V1)に第1のプラスチック材料を射出して第1の層(11)を得るように構成されており、
前記第2の受け型(34)は前記部材(10)の前記第1の層(11)と合わさって、第2の幅(W2max)を有する第2の成形容積(V2)を画定するために適した第2の成形面(35)を有し、
前記第2の射出ユニット(36)は前記第2の成形容積(V2)に第2のプラスチック材料を射出して第2の層(12)を得るように構成されている装置において、
前記第2の幅(W2max)は前記第1の幅(W1max)より大きく、
前記第1の射出ユニット(31)は、前記第1のプラスチック材料を前記第1の射出温度(T1)に加熱するように構成された第1の加熱手段(53)を備えていると共に、前記第2の射出ユニット(36)は、前記第2のプラスチック材料を第2の射出温度(T2)に加熱するように構成された第2の加熱手段(54)を備えており、
少なくとも前記第1の加熱手段(53)及び前記第2の加熱手段(54)は互いに独立して作動及び調整されることが可能であり、
前記第1の成形アセンブリ(27)は第1の冷却回路(46)を備えると共に、前記第2の成形アセンブリ(28)は、前記第1の冷却回路(46)から独立した第2の冷却回路(47)を備えており、
前記第1の冷却回路(46)及び前記第2の冷却回路(47)は、前記第1のプラスチック材料及び前記第2のプラスチック材料をそれぞれの冷却温度(T3,T4)に冷却するように選択的に設定可能である
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記第2の成形容積(V2)の前記第2の幅(W2max)と前記第1の成形容積(V1)の前記第1の幅(W1max)との比は1.05~2.5である、
