Description

The present invention relates to a tab former and a garment equipped with a tab former.

Clothing, such as uniforms for medical professionals, has been disclosed that includes a tab that holds a strap around the neck (see, for example, Patent Document 1). Patent Document 1 discloses a uniform that includes a tab attached to the back of the uniform around the neck, with the tab positioned on the neck side in the length direction of the uniform and including an upper edge configured to extend in the shoulder width direction of the uniform, with the upper edge of the tab fastened around the neck so as to overlap the back of the uniform.

However, in the case of Patent Document 1, a tab made of at least three layers of fabric, including seam allowances, is fixed to the neckline, which is the joint between the collar and the garment body. This means that the collar, garment body, and two layers of tab come together at the neckline, increasing the thickness of the fabric at the neckline, which causes the neckline to become stiff and reduces comfort when worn.

The present invention aims to provide a tab former and clothing equipped with a tab former that minimizes deterioration in wearing comfort.

One aspect of the present invention is a tab forming body provided on a garment, the tab forming body comprising: a first base and a first tab forming portion provided on the first base; and a second base and a second tab forming portion provided on the second base. The base end of the first tab forming portion is connected to one side of the first base, and the base end of the second tab forming portion is connected to one side of the second base opposite the one side of the first base. The tab is bonded to the first tab forming portion and the second tab forming portion in a state where they are overlapped in the thickness direction. The boundary between the second base and the second tab forming portion is valley folded, and the end of one side of the first base and the end of one side of the second base are joined in an overlapping state in the thickness direction.

This invention makes it possible to prevent deterioration in wearing comfort.

Embodiments of the present invention relate to the following aspects:

[Aspect 1]
A tab former provided on a garment, the tab comprising:
a first base portion and a first tab forming portion provided on the first base portion; and a second base portion and a second tab forming portion provided on the second base portion;
a base end of the first tab forming portion is connected to one side of the first base portion;
a base end of the second tab forming portion is connected to one side of the second base portion opposite to one side of the first base portion;
The tab is joined to the first tab forming portion and the second tab forming portion in a state where they are overlapped in a thickness direction,
a border between the second base portion and the second tab forming portion is folded in a valley;

The first and second bases of the tab former overlap and are joined together only at one of their opposing ends. In other words, the overlap between the first and second bases is limited to one end, and the other ends of the first and second bases can be attached to a garment without overlapping. This allows the tab former to form a tab on the garment body while minimizing an increase in thickness at the joint with the garment. Therefore, when the tab former is attached to a garment, it is possible to form a tab while minimizing an increase in the thickness of the garment body, thereby minimizing a decrease in wearing comfort.

[Aspect 2]
The tab forming body according to aspect 1, wherein the first tab forming portion and the second tab forming portion have their tips integrally formed.
Since the first base portion and the second base portion have the tip of the first tab forming portion and the tip of the second tab forming portion integral with each other, the number of parts can be reduced, and the number of manufacturing steps can also be reduced.

[Aspect 3]
A garment comprising the tab former according to aspect 1 or 2 and a garment body provided with the tab former.
By joining the first and second bases of the tab former to the transition portion of the garment body, the tab can be attached to the garment body while suppressing an increase in thickness at the joining point with the garment body, and therefore the garment can be provided with a tab while suppressing a decrease in wearing comfort.

Aspect 4. The garment according to aspect 3, wherein the tab and the garment body each have a fastening portion that can be fastened together.
By fixing the tab to the garment body, for example, a strap threaded through the tab can be prevented from falling off the tab.

Aspect 4. The garment of aspect 3, wherein at least a portion of the outer fabric is formed by the first base and the second base.
By forming at least a portion of the outer fabric of the collar from a first base and a second base, joining the other end of the first base to the upper end of the lining of the collar, and joining the other end of the second base to the neckline of the back portion, it is possible to provide a tab on the collar without changing the neckline thickness. This prevents the neckline of the garment from becoming stiff, thereby preventing a decrease in comfort when worn.

The garment of Aspect 5, wherein the other end of the second base is joined to the neckline of the back portion, and the end of one side of the first base and the end of one side of the second base joined to each other are positioned above the neckline.
The tab is fixed above the neckline because one end of the first base and one end of the second base are positioned above the neckline. Because the tab is fixed above the neckline, when the strap is hung around the neck, the strap is easily hooked onto the tab by the action of hanging the strap around the neckline. Therefore, the garment allows the wearer to easily hang the strap onto the tab.

[Aspect 7]
Aspect 4. The garment according to aspect 3, wherein the tab has a length in a length direction of the garment that is longer than a length in a left-right direction of the garment.
The tab is longer in the length direction of the garment than in the left-right direction, making it less likely to deform upward, and therefore prevents the strap from passing over the tab and touching the wearer's neck when the strap is hooked between the tab and the garment body.

The garment according to this embodiment will be described below with reference to the drawings. Note that each figure shows the garment and each component diagrammatically, and the dimensions and scale are not limited to those shown in each figure. The garment according to this embodiment is primarily applicable to medical workwear, and can also be applied to garments used in various jobs (e.g., medical, nursing, caregiving, and service industries) without departing from the scope of the subject matter of this invention.

An embodiment of the present invention will now be described with reference to the drawings. The garment 10 shown in FIG. 1 has a length direction L, a left-right direction H, and a front-to-back direction, which are perpendicular to one another. The length direction L refers to the length of the wearer when wearing the garment 10 and is synonymous with the vertical direction. The left-right direction H and the front-to-back direction are directions perpendicular to the length direction L and are synonymous with the horizontal direction. In the garment 10, the direction and side toward the wearer's head are respectively referred to as the upward and upward sides of the length direction L, and the direction and side toward the wearer's legs are respectively referred to as the downward and downward sides of the length direction L. Furthermore, the direction and side toward the right as seen from the wearer are respectively referred to as the right and right sides of the left-to-right direction H, and the direction and side toward the left as seen from the wearer are respectively referred to as the left and left sides of the left-to-right direction H. Furthermore, the direction and side toward the front as seen from the wearer are respectively referred to as the forward and forward sides of the front-to-back direction, and the direction and side toward the rear as seen from the wearer are respectively referred to as the rearward and backward sides of the front-to-back direction. Furthermore, the side of the garment 10 closest to the wearer's body is referred to as the inside, and the side furthest from the wearer's body is referred to as the outside. The front and belly (ventral side), and the back and dorsal (dorsal side) are based on the wearer.

In this specification, joining is not limited to sewing, but also includes the use of adhesives and heat sealing, and should be selected appropriately depending on the material of the fabric. Furthermore, "along" a certain reference point includes following a direction within a range of less than ±45° from the reference point. The end of a certain direction of a certain component refers to a length range from the edge of the component in that direction to 1/5 (preferably 1/10) or less of the overall length of the component in that direction.

The garment 10 is made of fabric. There are no particular limitations on the fibers that make up the fabric, and examples include polyester fibers such as polyethylene terephthalate and polytrimethylene terephthalate, synthetic fibers such as polyamide fibers such as nylon 6 and nylon 66, semi-synthetic fibers such as acetate fibers, and natural fibers such as cotton, linen, and wool, either alone or in combination of two or more. The form of the fabric in this embodiment is not particularly limited, and any form, such as woven fabric, knitted fabric, or nonwoven fabric, can be used depending on the purpose.

The garment 10 comprises a garment body 12. There are no particular restrictions on the shape of the garment body 12, as long as it can cover the upper body of the wearer. The garment body 12 is formed with a neckline 14, a pair of cuffs 16, and a hem 18. The garment body 12 has shoulder seams 20 on both sides of the neckline 14 in the left-right direction H. It is preferable to set the height of the hem 18 of the garment body 12 so that it covers the buttocks of the wearer.

The garment body 12 has a front body 22, a back body 24 as the back portion, a right sleeve 26, a left sleeve 28, and a collar 32.

The front body 22 covers the wearer's abdomen. The front body 22 comprises a right half 34, a left half 36, and a connecting part 38. That is, the right half 34 extends from the right armpit to approximately the center in the left-right direction H. The left half 36 is removably fastened to the outer surface of the right half 34 by the connecting part 38 in the region between the center in the left-right direction H of the garment body 12 and the right armpit. The left half 36 shown in Figure 1 extends from the left armpit to approximately the center in the left-right direction of the right half 34.

The connecting portion 38 detachably connects the right half portion 34 and the left half portion 36. Snap buttons can be used for the connecting portion 38. The connecting portion 38 is not limited to snap buttons, and a slide fastener may also be used. The connecting portion 38 may also use a combination of snap buttons and a slide fastener. The front body 22 has a chest pocket 40 and a waist pocket 42. The chest pocket 40 and the waist pocket 42 each have an upper opening 44 and an edge 46 along the upper opening 44.

As shown in Figure 2, the back body 24 covers the back side of the wearer. The back body 24 is joined to the front body 22 at the shoulder seam 20. The shoulder seam 20 may be formed by overlapping and joining the seam allowance at the top end of the back body 24 and the seam allowance at the top end of the front body 22.

The back body 24 is joined to the left half 36 at the left armpit 48 located at the left end in the left-right direction H, and is joined to the right half 34 at the right armpit 50 located at the right end in the left-right direction H. The left armpit 48 and right armpit 50 may be formed by overlapping and joining the seam allowance at the left end of the left half 36 and the seam allowance at the left end of the back body 24, and the seam allowance at the right end of the right half 34 and the seam allowance at the right end of the back body 24, respectively.

The right sleeve 26 and the left sleeve 28 are each tubular and have cuffs 16 at their ends. The right sleeve 26 and the left sleeve 28 are joined to the front body 22 and the back body 24 at their base ends opposite their ends. The right sleeve 26 and the left sleeve 28 shown in Figures 1 and 2 are short sleeves.

The neckline 14 is located at the top of the garment body 12, in the center in the left-right direction. The garment body 12 has a collar 32 at the neckline 14. The collar 32 is joined along the neckline 14. The collar 32 is made of a strip of fabric and is a stand-up collar joined at its lower end to the front body 22 and back body 24.

The collar 32 has an outer fabric 52 (Fig. 1) placed on the outside of the garment body 12 and a lining fabric 54 placed on the inside. The outer fabric 52 has a left collar portion 56 (Fig. 2), a right collar portion 58, and a tab forming body 60 placed between the left collar portion 56 and the right collar portion 58. The left collar portion 56 and the right collar portion 58 are each strip-shaped fabric. The lining fabric 54 has a strip-shaped configuration that integrally includes portions corresponding to the left collar portion 56, the tab forming body 60, and the right collar portion 58. The upper edges 62 (Fig. 1) of the left collar portion 56 and the right collar portion 58 are joined to the upper edge 64 of the lining fabric 54. The lower edges 66 of the left collar portion 56 and the right collar portion 58 are joined to the lining fabric 54, the front body portion 22, and the back body portion 24, with the front and back body portions 22 and 24 sandwiched between the lower edge 68 of the lining fabric 54 and the lining fabric 54.

As shown in FIG. 3 , the tab forming body 60 is integrated with the collar 32 on the back body 24 side. The tab forming body 60 has a tab 70. The tab 70 is located at the center of the garment body 12 in the left-right direction H. The tab 70 protrudes downward from the center of the collar 32 in the length direction L and extends below the neckline 14 of the back body 24. The length of the tab 70 in the length direction L is longer than its length in the left-right direction H. The tab 70 has a generally trapezoidal shape whose length in the left-right direction H gradually narrows toward the bottom. A strap for a mobile phone, for example, can be sandwiched between the tab 70 and the outer surface of the collar 32 and back body 24. The tab 70 and back body 24 have a fastening portion 72 that detachably fastens the tab 70 to the back body 24. The fastening portion 72 can be, for example, a snap button.

Figure 4 is an exploded view of the tab forming body 60. The tab forming body 60 has a first base 74, a first tab forming portion 76, a second base 78, and a second tab forming portion 80. The tab forming body 60 is formed from a generally I-shaped piece of fabric. The first base 74 is generally rectangular. The first tab forming portion 76 is provided at one end 73, which is one of a pair of long sides of the first base 74. The first tab forming portion 76 is generally trapezoidal in shape, with its length in the left-right direction H gradually narrowing as it extends downward. The base end 77 of the first tab forming portion 76 is integrally formed with the one end 73 of the first base 74.

The second base portion 78 has a generally horizontally elongated rectangular shape. The short-side length of the second base portion 78 may be shorter than the short-side length of the first base portion 74. A second tab forming portion 80 is provided at one end 83 of a pair of long sides of the second base portion 78 that faces one end 73 of the first base portion 74. The second tab forming portion 80 has a generally trapezoidal shape whose length in the left-right direction H gradually increases toward the top. The second tab forming portion 80 is the same size as the first tab forming portion 76. The base end 81 of the second tab forming portion 80 is integrally formed with one end 83 of the second base portion 78.

In the tab forming body 60, the tip 75 of the first tab forming portion 76 and the tip 79 of the second tab forming portion 80 are integrally formed. That is, the tab forming body 60 is formed from a single piece of fabric, and the first tab forming portion 76 and the second tab forming portion 80 are continuous through the tips 75, 79. The tab forming body 60 is mountain-folded at the tips 75, 79 of the first tab forming portion 76 and the second tab forming portion 80, respectively, so that the first tab forming portion 76 and the second tab forming portion 80 overlap. Furthermore, the tab forming body 60 is valley-folded at the boundary 86 between the base end 81 of the second tab forming portion 80 and the second base portion 78. The first base portion 74 and the second base portion 78 do not overlap in the thickness direction.

The tab forming body 60 has folded portions along fold lines FL around the first base portion 74, the first tab forming portion 76, the second base portion 78, and the second tab forming portion 80. The folded portions serve as joint allowances when joining, and as seam allowances when joining by stitching. Each folded portion has notches in appropriate locations and is folded back by mountain folding at the fold lines FL relative to the plane of the paper in Figure 3. The first base portion 74 and the second base portion 78 each have one side end portion 82, 84, the other side end portion 90, 91, left side end portion 92, 93, and right side end portion 94, 95 as folded portions.

The first base portion 74 has one side end 82, defined by a fold line FL extending along one end 73. The first base portion 74 has the other side end 90, defined by a fold line FL extending along the other end opposite the one end 73. The first base portion 74 has a left side end 92, defined by a fold line FL extending along the left edge in the left-right direction H. The first base portion 74 has a right side end 94, defined by a fold line FL extending along the right edge in the left-right direction H.

The second base portion 78 has one side end 84, with a fold line FL extending along one end 83. The second base portion 78 has the other side end 91, with a fold line FL extending along the other end opposite the one end 83. The second base portion 78 has a left side end 93, with a fold line FL extending along the left edge in the left-right direction H. The second base portion 78 has a right side end 95, with a fold line FL extending along the right edge in the left-right direction H.

The first tab forming portion 76 and the second tab forming portion 80 each have left end portions 96, 97 and right end portions 98, 99 as folded portions. The first tab forming portion 76 has the left end portion 96, with a fold line FL extending along the left edge in the left-right direction H. The first tab forming portion 76 has the right end portion 98, with a fold line FL extending along the right edge in the left-right direction H. The second tab forming portion 80 has the left end portion 97, with a fold line FL extending along the left edge in the left-right direction H. The second tab forming portion 80 has the right end portion 99, with a fold line FL extending along the right edge in the left-right direction H.

As shown in FIG. 5 , one side end 82 of the first base portion 74 and one side end 84 of the second base portion 78, which face each other, are joined in an overlapping state in the thickness direction. The other side end 90 of the first base portion 74 is joined to the upper edge 64 of the lining 54. The other side end 91 of the second base portion 78 is joined to the lining 54 and the back body 24, with the back body 24 sandwiched between the other side end 91 and the lower edge 68 of the lining 54.

As shown in FIG. 6, the first tab forming portion 76 and the second tab forming portion 80 are joined by mountain-folding the tips 75, 79 to form the tab 70. In this embodiment, the first tab forming portion 76 and the second tab forming portion 80 are joined with the left end portions 96, 97 and the right end portions 98, 99 overlapping each other in the thickness direction.

The left end portions 92, 93 of the first base portion 74 and the second base portion 78 in the left-right direction H are joined to the left collar portion 56 (Figure 3). The right end portions 94, 95 of the first base portion 74 and the second base portion 78 in the left-right direction H are joined to the right collar portion 58.

As described above, the tab forming body 60 is joined to the garment body 12 at the left end portions 92, 93, the right end portions 94, 95, the other end portion 90 of the first base portion 74, and the other end portion 91 of the second base portion 78. The tab forming body 60 is not joined to the garment body 12 in the range from one end portion 82, 84 of the first base portion 74 and the second base portion 78 to the tips 75, 79. The one end portions 82, 84 of the first base portion 74 and the second base portion 78 are located above the neckline 14 in the length direction L. The length NL between the one end portions 82, 84 of the first base portion 74 and the second base portion 78 and the neckline 14 corresponds to the lateral length SL of the second base portion 78 (Figure 4). The tab 70 extends from above the neckline 14 in the length direction L, across the neckline 14, downward in the length direction L to the back body 24. The length NL may be 10% or more, 20% or more, 30% or more, 40% or more, or 50% or more of the length of the collar 32 in the length direction L, or 90% or less, 80% or less, or 70% or less. By keeping the length NL within the above range, it becomes easier to put the strap (described below) around the neck and prevents the strap from going beyond the collar 32 and touching the wearer's neck.

As shown in Figure 7, the tab 70 can be separated from the garment body 12 in the range from the tips 75, 79 to the side ends 82, 84 of the first base 74 and second base 78 by releasing the fastening portion 72. In this state, the strap 100 can be sandwiched between the tab 70 and the back body 24 (Figure 8). Therefore, even if the strap 100 moves relative to the wearer wearing the garment 10, the strap 100 is caught between the tab 70 and the garment body 12, preventing the strap 100 from touching the wearer's skin beyond the collar 32.

The side ends 82, 84 of the first base portion 74 and the second base portion 78 are positioned above the neckline 14 in the length direction L. This allows the wearer to hang the strap 100 around the neck without having to lift the tab 70, which has been released from the fastening portion 72, and the strap 100 can be easily hooked onto the tab 70 by simply hanging the strap 100 around the neckline 14. Therefore, the garment 10 makes it easy for a wearer to hang the strap 100 onto the tab 70 when wearing the garment 10.

Furthermore, the strap 100 is typically positioned stably around the neckline 14. Even if a force acts on the strap 100 in the upward direction of the length L, such as when the mobile phone is pulled downward, the strap 100 can move between the neckline 14 and the side ends 82, 84 of the first base 74 and second base 78, making it less likely that the strap 100 will deform the tab 70. Therefore, the tab forming body 60 can prevent the strap 100 from touching the wearer's skin beyond the collar 32.

The tab forming body 60 is positioned between the left collar portion 56 and the right collar portion 58, which are the outer fabric 52 of the collar 32. That is, the tab forming body 60 is also the outer fabric 52 of the collar 32, and is joined to the lining 54 at its upper end in the length direction L, and joined to the lining 54 and the back body 24 at its lower end in the length direction L. As a result, the tab forming body 60 does not increase the overlap of fabric at the lower end of the collar 32, compared to conventional cases where the overlap of fabric at the lower end of the collar 32 is increased by the amount of the tab. In other words, the garment 10 can be provided with the tab forming body 60 without increasing the overlap of fabric between the collar 32 and the back body 24. Therefore, because the tab forming body 60 does not increase the overlap of fabric between the collar 32 and the back body 24, it prevents the neckline 14 from becoming stiff and reduces a decrease in comfort.

The tab forming body 60 has a first tab forming portion 76 and a second tab forming portion 80 that are integrally formed, which reduces the number of parts, simplifies parts management, and reduces manufacturing man-hours.

The tab forming body 60 secures the tab 70 to the back body 24 with the fastening portion 72, thereby more securely holding the strap 100 in place on the tab 70.

Because the length of the tab 70 in the length direction L is longer than its length in the left-right direction H, it is less likely to deform in a curling-up direction. Therefore, when the strap 100 is hooked between the tab 70 and the garment body 12, the strap 100 is prevented from passing over the tab 70 and touching the wearer's neck. Furthermore, because the side ends 82, 84 of the first base 74 and second base 78 are positioned higher in the length direction L than the neckline 14, the distance from the neckline 14 to the tip of the tab 70 is shorter. Therefore, when the wearer hooks the strap 100 around the neckline 14, the strap 100 can be easily hooked onto the tab 70 naturally.

(Modification)
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment and can be modified as appropriate within the spirit and scope of the present invention. For example, in the above embodiment, the right half portion 34 extends from the right armpit to approximately the center in the left-right direction H, and the left half portion 36 extends from the left armpit to approximately the center in the left-right direction H of the right half portion 34. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the right half portion 34 may extend from the right armpit to approximately the center in the left-right direction H of the left half portion 36, and the left half portion 36 may extend from the left armpit to approximately the center in the left-right direction H. Furthermore, the right half portion 34 and the left half portion 36 may be formed so as to be connected to each other at their respective centers in the left-right direction H.

In the above embodiment, the front body 22 is described as being formed by connecting the right half 34 and the left half 36 to each other, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the right half 34 and the left half 36 may also be formed integrally.

In the above embodiment, the tab forming body 60 is described as being provided on the collar 32 on the back side, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the tab forming body 60 may be provided on the chest pocket 40 or waist pocket 42 provided on the front body 22. In this case, the tab forming body 60 may be provided as an edge 46 along the upper opening 44 of the chest pocket 40 or waist pocket 42. The tab forming body 60 may also be provided on the right sleeve portion 26, left sleeve portion 28, or shoulder seam 20.

In the above embodiment, the shoulder seam 20, left armpit 48, and right armpit 50 are formed by joining the front body section 22 and the back body section 24, respectively, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the front body section 22 and the back body section 24 may be formed integrally from a single piece of fabric. In this case, the front body section 22 and the back body section 24 are not clearly separated, but when the garment 10 is put on by a wearer, the front side from the wearer's armpits may be the front body section 22, and the back side may be the back body section 24.

In the above embodiment, the fastening portion 72 is provided on the tab 70 and the back body 24, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the fastening portion 72 may not be provided.

In the above embodiment, the first tab forming portion 76 and the second tab forming portion 80 are described as having their tips 75, 79 integrally formed, but the present invention is not limited to this. That is, the tab forming body 60 may be formed as an assembly consisting of the first base portion 74 and the first tab forming portion 76, and as an assembly consisting of the second base portion 78 and the second tab forming portion 80, and the first tab forming portion 76 and the second tab forming portion 80 may be joined together by overlapping them in the thickness direction to form an integrated structure.

In the above embodiment, the tab forming body 60 was described as being attached to a medical uniform, but the present invention is not limited to this and can be applied to work uniforms or other clothing that requires a strap to be attached to a mobile phone, card key, etc., to be worn around the neck, or clothing that is not limited to uniforms.

Although the tab 70 has been described as being located in the center of the left-right direction H of the garment body 12, the present invention is not limited to this, and the tab 70 may be located, for example, between the center and the left shoulder joint 20, or between the center and the right shoulder joint 20.
Although the tab 70 has been described as having a length in the length direction L that is longer than the length in the left-right direction H, the present invention is not limited to this. That is, the length of the tab 70 in the length direction L and the length in the left-right direction H may be the same, or the length in the length direction L may be shorter than the length in the left-right direction H.
Although the tab 70 has been described as having a trapezoidal shape, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the tab 70 may have a vertically long rectangular shape, a horizontally long rectangular shape, an inverted triangular shape, or a semicircular shape.

Although the collar 32 has been described as having an outer fabric 52 and a lining fabric 54, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the collar 32 may be composed of a left collar portion 56 and a right collar portion 58. In this case, the tab forming body 60 is positioned between the left collar portion 56 and the right collar portion 58, and is integrated into the collar 32 by joining the left end portions 92, 93 to the left collar portion 56 and the right end portions 94, 95 to the right collar portion 58.

While the above embodiment describes a case in which the tab forming body 60 is part of the outer fabric 52, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, as shown in FIG. 9, the tab forming body 60A may have part of the outer fabric and part of the inner fabric. FIG. 9 is a developed view of a modified tab forming body 60A and the left and right collar portions 56A, 58A. In this case, the first base portion 74A has a first outer base portion 102 and a first inner base portion 104. The first outer base portion 102 and the first inner base portion 104 are integrally formed via a fold line FL extending in the left-right direction H. The first base portion 74A is mountain-folded at the fold line FL, so that the first outer base portion 102 and the first inner base portion 104 overlap in the thickness direction. The left and right collar portions 56A, 58A each have an outer fabric portion 106 and an inner fabric portion 108. The outer fabric portion 106 and the lining fabric portion 108 are integrally formed via a fold line FL extending in the left-right direction H. The left collar portion 56A and the right collar portion 58A are each mountain-folded at the fold line FL, thereby overlapping the outer fabric portion 106 and the lining fabric portion 108 in the thickness direction. One side end 82 of the first base portion 74A and one side end 84 of the second base portion 78, which face each other, are joined in an overlapping state in the thickness direction. Left end portions 92, 93 of the first base portion 74A and the second base portion 78 in the left-right direction H are joined to the left collar portion 56A. Right end portions 94, 95 of the first base portion 74A and the second base portion 78 in the left-right direction H are joined to the right collar portion 58A. At this time, the fold line FL of the first base portion 74A and the fold lines FL of the left collar portion 56A and the right collar portion 58A overlap in the left-right direction H. The other end 90 of the first base portion 74A and the other end 91 of the second base portion 78 are joined together with the back body portion 24 sandwiched therebetween. The left collar portion 56A and the right collar portion 58A are joined together at their respective ends 110 in the length direction L with the back body portion 24 or the front body portion 22 sandwiched therebetween. In this manner, the left collar portion 56A, the tab forming body 60A, and the right collar portion 58A are joined to the neckline 14 at their lower ends in the length direction L. In the tab forming body 60A formed as described above, the first front base portion 102 and the first back base portion 104 are integrally connected at their upper ends in the length direction L via the fold line FL, and the first base portion 74A and the second base portion 78 are joined at their lower ends in the length direction L with the back body portion 24 sandwiched therebetween. The modified tab forming body 60A shown in Figure 9 can be provided without increasing the overlap of fabric between the collar 32 and the back body 24, thereby achieving the same effect as the above embodiment.

The tab forming body may be formed integrally with the left and right collar portions. Figure 10 is a developed view of a tab forming body 60B according to another modification. The first base portion 74B shown in Figure 10 has a left collar portion 56B on the left side in the left-right direction H and a right collar portion 58B on the right side in the left-right direction H, each integrally formed. One side end portion 82 of the first base portion 74B and one side end portion 84 of the second base portion 78, which face each other, are joined in an overlapping state in the thickness direction. The other side end portion 90 of the first base portion 74B is joined to the upper edge of the lining cloth 54. The other side end portion 91 of the second base portion 78 is joined to the lower edge of the lining cloth 54, with the back body portion 24 or the front body portion 22 sandwiched therebetween. The left collar portion 56B, tab forming body 60B, and right collar portion 58B, which are thus integrated, are joined to the neckline 14 at the lower end in the length direction L. The modified tab forming body 60B shown in Figure 10 can be provided without increasing the overlap of fabric between the collar 32 and the back body 24, thereby achieving the same effect as the above embodiment.

As shown in FIG. 11 , the tab forming body 60C may have an integral left collar portion 56C and a right collar portion 58C, and may also have an integral outer fabric and inner fabric. The first base portion 74C has a first front base portion 102A and a first inner base portion 104A, sandwiching a fold line FL extending in the left-right direction H. The first front base portion 102A and the first inner base portion 104A each have an integral left collar portion 56C on the left side in the left-right direction H. The first front base portion 102A and the first inner base portion 104A each have an integral right collar portion 58C on the right side in the left-right direction H. One side end portion 82 of the first base portion 74C and one side end portion 84 of the second base portion 78, which face each other, are joined in an overlapping state in the thickness direction. The first base portion 74C is folded along the fold line FL, thereby stacking the first front base portion 102A, the second base portion 78, and the first back base portion 104A in the thickness direction. The other end portion 90 of the first base portion 74C and the other end portion 91 of the second base portion 78 are joined with the back body portion 24 or the front body portion 22 sandwiched therebetween. The left collar portion 56C, the tab forming body 60C, and the right collar portion 58C, which are integrated in this manner, are joined to the neckline 14 at the lower end in the length direction L. In the tab forming body 60C formed as described above, the first front base portion 102A and the first back base portion 104A are integrally connected via the fold line FL at the upper end in the length direction L, and the first base portion 74C and the second base portion 78 are joined at the lower end in the length direction L with the back body portion 24 sandwiched therebetween. The modified tab forming body 60C shown in Figure 11 can be provided without increasing the overlap of fabric between the collar 32 and the back body 24, thereby achieving the same effect as the above embodiment.

In the above description, the height of the hem 18 of the garment body 12 is set so as to cover the buttocks of the wearer, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the height of the hem 18 may be set to a position higher than the buttocks of the wearer.
Although the right sleeve 26 and the left sleeve 28 have been described as being short sleeves, they may also be long sleeves.
Although the connecting portion 38 has been described as being a snap button and a slide fastener, it may also be a hook-and-loop fastener.
In the above embodiment, the back portion is a back body part, but the back portion may be a back body part formed by integrating a right rear half part and a left rear half part.

Claims (8)

A tab former provided on a garment, the tab comprising:
a first base portion and a first tab forming portion provided on the first base portion; and a second base portion and a second tab forming portion provided on the second base portion;
a base end of the first tab forming portion is connected to one side of the first base portion;
a base end of the second tab forming portion is connected to one side of the second base portion opposite to one side of the first base portion;
The tab is joined to the first tab forming portion and the second tab forming portion in a state where they are overlapped in a thickness direction,
a border between the second base portion and the second tab forming portion is folded in a valley to overlap the second base portion and the second tab forming portion;
A tab forming body in which the first base portion and the second base portion are overlapped and joined in the thickness direction only at the end portion on one side of the first base portion and the end portion on one side of the second base portion that face each other. A tab former provided on a garment, the tab comprising:
a first base portion and a first tab forming portion provided on the first base portion; and a second base portion and a second tab forming portion provided on the second base portion;
a base end of the first tab forming portion is connected to one side of the first base portion;
a base end of the second tab forming portion is connected to one side of the second base portion opposite to one side of the first base portion;
The tab is joined to the first tab forming portion and the second tab forming portion in a state where they are overlapped in a thickness direction,
a border between the second base portion and the second tab forming portion is folded in a valley to overlap the second base portion and the second tab forming portion;

A garment comprising the tab former according to claim 1 or 2 and a garment body provided with the tab former. The garment described in claim 4, wherein the tab and the garment body each have a fastening portion that can be fastened to each other. The garment body has a back portion and a collar provided at a neckline of the back portion,
The collar has an outer fabric and a lining fabric,
The garment of claim 4 , wherein at least a portion of the outer fabric is formed from the first base and the second base. The garment described in claim 6, wherein the other end of the second base is joined to the neckline of the back portion, and the joined ends of one side of the first base and one side of the second base are positioned above the neckline. The garment of claim 4, wherein the length of the tab in the length direction of the garment is longer than the length of the garment in the left-right direction.
