Description
特徴評価
5gの予備重合触媒を撹拌しながら30分間処理した。水(50ml)、アセトン(50ml)、HCl(20ml)を含む混合物でろ過し、水とアセトンで洗浄した後、残留物を70℃の真空オーブンで2時間乾燥した。
このようにして得られたサンプルを135℃でテトラヒドロナフタレンに溶解した後、溶液を毛細管粘度計に注入した。粘度計管(ウベローデ型)は円筒形のガラスジャケットで囲まれている。これにより、循環サーモスタット付き液体による温度制御が可能となる。上部ランプの前方のメニスカスは、水晶発振器を有するカウンタを起動することで実現される。カウンタが下部ランプを通過すると、メニスカスはカウンタを停止し、ハギンズ方程式で極限粘度値に変換して流出時間を記録し、同じ実験条件(同じ粘度計と同じ温度)で純溶媒が流れた時間を知ることができる。単一ポリマー溶液を用いて[η]を測定した。
実施例
反応器の温度が50℃である以外、実施例2に記載の手順に従って触媒を製造した表1には触媒の組成と特性も報告されている。このようにして得られた予備重合固体触媒成分を気相法によるエチレン重合に用い、その結果を表2に報告する。
シクロヘキシルメチルジメトキシシランの代わりに0.63gのTHFを使用した以外、実施例2に記載の手順に従って触媒を製造した。表1には触媒の組成と特性も報告されている。このようにして得られた予備重合固体触媒成分を気相法によるエチレン重合に用い、その結果を表2に報告する。
Claims (5)
- (今回補正)
(a)Ti、Mg、およびハロゲンと、(BE)/Tiのモル比が0~0.3の範囲となる量の任意の二座電子供与体化合物(BE)とを含む固体触媒成分と、
(b)前記固体触媒成分1gあたり0.1~30g未満の範囲のような量のエチレン(コ)ポリマーと、を含むオレフィン重合用予備重合触媒成分であって、
テトラヒドロナフタレン中にて135℃で測定された極限粘度が4.5~15dl/gの範囲であり、及びオレフィン重合用予備重合触媒成分はまた、水銀法で測定された気孔率が0.2~0.9cm3/gの範囲にあり、且つ
予備重合が、Al/Tiのモル比が0.5未満であるように、Al-アルキル化合物の存在下に行われる、ことを特徴とするオレフィン重合用予備重合触媒成分。 - 前記エチレン(コ)ポリマーは、エチレンホモポリマーまたは式CH 2 =CHR 1 (ここで、R 1 は、C 1 -C 6 直鎖アルキルである)から選択されるα-オレフィンを5%モル未満含むエチレンコポリマーであり、前記エチレン(コ)ポリマーの量が前記固体触媒成分1g当たり0.5~2.5gである、請求項1に記載の予備重合触媒成分。
- 嵩密度が0.34~0.50g/cm3である、請求項1又は2に記載の予備重合触媒成分。
- 前記固体触媒成分は、脂肪族または芳香族カルボン酸のエステルおよびシクロアルキルエーテルから選択される1種以上の単座(MD)電子供与体化合物をさらに含み、前記単座供与体は、(MD):Ti比が0.1:1~25:1の範囲となる量で存在する、請求項1又は2に記載の予備重合触媒成分。
- エチレンの(共)重合方法であって、(A)請求項1又は2に記載の予備重合触媒成分と(B)Al-アルキル化合物とを含む触媒の存在下で行われる、エチレンの(共)重合方法。
