脚部及び前記脚部の上端に設置された支基を含む支持構造体と、
前記支持構造体に支持されると共に、肘掛け取付部を有する座受部材と、
前記肘掛け取付部に取り付けられた肘掛けと、
前記座受部材に支持されると共に、前記肘掛け取付部の上方を覆う座体と、を備え、
前記座体と前記肘掛け取付部との間には、前記座体の下方への変位を許容する上下方向の空間が形成されており、
前記座受部材は、上下方向上側が開口する受け皿形状を有し、
前記開口は、前記空間に配置された肘掛け取付部まで形成されており、
前記肘掛け取付部における前記開口を遮蔽する遮蔽部と、
前記肘掛け取付部が挿入される貫通孔が形成されたカバー部材と、を備え、
前記遮蔽部は、前記カバー部材における前記貫通孔の上部から庇状に延出している、椅子。
