- 複数のバッテリーモジュールと、
前記バッテリーモジュールを収容するケースと、を備え、
前記ケースは、
前記バッテリーモジュールの上側に配置され通気孔が形成された第1リードと、
前記第1リードの上側に離隔して配置される第2リードと、
を含み、
前記ケースの上部に配置される二重カバー部を含む、
二重カバーを適用したバッテリーパックにおいて、
前記ケース内部において左右側に位置する前記バッテリーモジュールの間に配置される区画壁をさらに備え、
前記区画壁は、前記二重カバー部の下側に配置され、
前記区画壁の上側に前記第1リードの通気孔が配置され、
前記区画壁の上端から通気孔方向に突出して配置される流動経路形成部材をさらに備える、
二重カバーを適用したバッテリーパック。 - 前記二重カバー部の前記第2リードには熱排出孔が形成される、
請求項1に記載の二重カバーを適用したバッテリーパック。 - 前記流動経路形成部材は、前記区画壁の幅方向に左右側にそれぞれ配置される、
請求項1に記載の二重カバーを適用したバッテリーパック。 - 前記流動経路形成部材は、前記区画壁の一側に配置される前記バッテリーモジュールの発火時に、発火による熱に起因して、前記区画壁の反対側の他側に配置されるバッテリーモジュール方向に曲がる、
請求項1に記載の二重カバーを適用したバッテリーパック。 - 前記流動経路形成部材は、前記バッテリーモジュールの発火時に曲がるとき、前記区画壁の上面に支持される支持脚を含む、
請求項4に記載の二重カバーを適用したバッテリーパック。 - 前記第1リードと前記第2リードとの間には熱放出を誘導する熱放出誘導部材をさらに備える、
請求項1または2に記載の二重カバーを適用したバッテリーパック。 - 前記熱放出誘導部材は、前記通気孔を基準にして両側に対向し合ってそれぞれ配置される、
請求項6に記載の二重カバーを適用したバッテリーパック。 - 前記熱放出誘導部材は、前記通気孔の両側のエッジにそれぞれ配置される、
請求項7に記載の二重カバーを適用したバッテリーパック。 - 前記熱放出誘導部材は、前記第1リードと第2リードとの間で開閉可能であり、
前記バッテリーモジュールの発火時に熱放出するために、前記熱放出誘導部材は開放される、
請求項6に記載の二重カバーを適用したバッテリーパック。 - 前記熱放出誘導部材は、
前記第1リード上に配置される下側誘導部材と、
前記第2リード上に配置される上側誘導部材と、を含む、
