Description
図1は、本発明の一実施形態に係る二酸化炭素回収装置1の気体の流れに関する構成を示す模式図である。図2は、本実施形態の二酸化炭素回収装置1の液体の流れに関する構成を示す模式図である。なお、図1において二酸化炭素回収装置1の液体の流れに関する構成の図示は省略されており、図2において二酸化炭素回収装置1の気体の流れに関する構成の図示は省略されている。
次に、制御装置90による二酸化炭素を回収するための制御について説明する。二酸化炭素回収装置1は、リアクター11内の吸着材12に、吸気した大気等の気体中の二酸化炭素を吸着させる吸着工程と、吸着材12に吸着された二酸化炭素を脱離させる脱離工程とを交互に行い、脱離した二酸化炭素を二酸化炭素タンク66に貯めることで、空気中から二酸化炭素を除去し、回収している。
次に、図5を参照して熱源回路80の詳細な構成について説明する。図5は、本実施形態の二酸化炭素回収装置1の熱源回路80の構成を示す模式図である。
次に、図6を参照し、本実施形態の二酸化炭素回収用ポンプ63、熱交換器64及びセパレータ65の接続構造について説明する。図6は、本実施形態の二酸化炭素回収装置1の二酸化炭素濃度が高いバラストガスを二酸化炭素回収用ポンプ63の内部に導入するための構成を示す模式図である。

Claims (3)
- 吸着材を内部に有し、前記吸着材に対して二酸化炭素を含む気体を吸引して前記二酸化炭素を吸着させる吸着工程と、前記吸着材の周囲を減圧した状態で加熱することにより当該吸着材から前記二酸化炭素を脱離する脱離工程と、を実行するリアクターと、
前記脱離工程で脱離した前記二酸化炭素を回収するために前記リアクターの内部に吸引力を作用させる二酸化炭素回収用ポンプと、
前記二酸化炭素回収用ポンプの後段に配置され、前記二酸化炭素回収用ポンプによって吸引された前記二酸化炭素と水蒸気を含むガスを冷却して気液分離する冷却機と、
前記冷却機を通過した気液分離後の前記二酸化炭素の少なくとも一部をバラストガスとして前記二酸化炭素回収用ポンプの内部に戻すバラスト配管と、
を備え、
前記リアクターに供給される加熱用熱媒体を加熱するとともに前記リアクターに供給される冷却用熱媒体を冷却するヒートポンプ式の熱源器を更に備え、
前記冷却機を冷却する熱媒体は、前記冷却用熱媒体又は前記加熱用熱媒体である、二酸化炭素回収装置。 - 前記二酸化炭素回収用ポンプは、
前記リアクターから吸引した前記ガスを大気圧に戻す圧縮工程を実行する圧縮室を有し、
前記バラスト配管は、
前記二酸化炭素回収用ポンプの内部において前記圧縮室又は前記圧縮室の後段に接続される、
請求項1に記載の二酸化炭素回収装置。 - 前記冷却機の前記ガスが通過する流路は、入口よりも出口が下に位置するように傾斜する、
