Claims (13)
- 時計構成要素(170、270)の製造方法において、樹脂化作業を含む、炭素-炭素複合材料製部品(100、200)の処理ステップを含み、前記炭素-炭素複合材料製部品(100、200)が、レース用車両のブレーキパッドまたはディスク、あるいは航空機のブレーキディスクまたはスペースシャトルのタイルから作られ、前記炭素-炭素複合材料製部品(100、200)が、使用済み部品であることを特徴とする方法。
- さらに前記炭素-炭素複合材料製部品(100)の機械加工ステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 処理ステップには、部品(100)の一つの面の第1の機械加工ステップが先行し、このステップ中に、予め定義された厚みを超えた部分を有するスペース(112)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 予め定義された厚みより低い部分を有するスペース(114、116)が、同様に第1の機械加工ステップ中に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 処理ステップには、部品(100)の第1の機械加工ステップと同じ面に適用される第2の機械加工ステップが後続することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 処理ステップが、樹脂化作業に加えて、真空化作業および真空化作業と同時の熱硬化作業を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2から5のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 処理ステップが、さらに、真空化および熱硬化の同時作業に後続する後硬化作業を含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 第2の機械加工ステップの後の少なくとも1つの追加の機械加工ステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項5から7のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 処理ステップには、粉砕物を得るような形で前記炭素-炭素複合材料製の部品(200)を細片に粉砕するステップ(220)が先行し、かつ成形ステップが後続することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 処理ステップが、加熱作業を含むことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 樹脂化作業中に、粉砕物が、混合物(240)を得るような形で樹脂に混合されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 成形ステップが、前記混合物(240)を金型(260)に充填する作業、加圧作業および脱型作業を含むことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 成形ステップの加圧作業が、処理ステップの加熱作業と同時であることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。
