Description
前記正極材料のX線回折パターンに、002結晶面に対応する002ピーク、004結晶面に対応する004ピーク、101結晶面に対応する101ピーク、102結晶面に対応する102ピーク、103結晶面に対応する103ピークを有し、
前記101ピークと004ピークとのピーク強度比をmとし、m≧1.5である。
また、ドープ元素Me含有の化合物をさらに加えることができ、前記ドープ元素Meは、Al、Mg、Ti、Zr、Ni、Mn、Y、La、Sr、W、Sc、Ce、P、Nb、V、Ta、Teの1つ又は複数を含み、具体的には、塩基性炭酸マグネシウム、水酸化マグネシウム、酸化ジルコニウム、酸化アルミニウム、酸化イットリウム、酸化ランタン等のドープ元素を含有する化合物であり得、
さらに、コバルト含有の化合物、ナトリウム含有の化合物及びMe含有の化合物は、Na:Co:Me=x:(1-y):yに従い、0.68<x<0.74で、0≦y≦0.15であり、化合物が均一になるまで十分に混合するために、混合時間を少なくとも4hにし、当業者は、SEM電子顕微鏡で化合物の混合状態を観察することができる。
送風オーブン、真空乾燥オーブン、回転炉、ディスク式乾燥機など、乾燥に使用される機器は、乾燥温度が80~180℃であり、乾燥時間≧10Hである。

Claims (7)
- 電池であって、前記電池は、正極集電体と、正極材料を含む前記正極集電体の少なくとも1つの表面に設けられた正極活性層とを含む正極シート、及び電解液、を含み、
前記正極材料は、Li n-x Na x Co 1-y Me y O 2 (0.7≦n≦1で、0<x≦0.15で、0≦y≦0.15であり、Meは、Al、Mg、Ti、Zr、Ni、Mn、Y、La、Sr、W、Sc、Ce、P、Nb、V、Ta、Teから選択される1つ又は複数である)であり、
前記正極材料のX線回折パターンに、002結晶面に対応する002ピーク、004結晶面に対応する004ピーク、101結晶面に対応する101ピーク、102結晶面に対応する102ピーク、103結晶面に対応する103ピークを有し、
前記101ピークと004ピークとのピーク強度比をmとし、m≧1.695であり、
前記002ピークに対応する回折角2θ=18.6°±0.5°であり、前記102ピークに対応する回折角2θ=41.7°±0.5°であり、前記103ピークに対応する回折角2θ=47.1°±0.5°であり、
前記電解液は、有機溶媒と、リチウム塩と、下記式に示される構造を有する、質量が電解液の総質量の0.1~10%である添加剤と、を含む、
ことを特徴とする電池。 - 前記正極材料に対して初回充放電容量テストを行い、テスト条件は、0.1Cで4.5Vになるまで充電し、定電圧で0.025Cまで充電した後に終了し、3min間静置した後、0.1Cで3.0Vになるまで放電し、3.0~4.5Vの電圧で、前記正極材料のグラム当たり容量≧196mAh/gであり、且つ、0.1Cのレートで、放電グラム当たり容量はC0mAh/gであり、放電を開始してから4.4Vになるまでの放電グラム当たり容量はC1mAh/gであり、3.8V~3.7V内で放電グラム当たり容量はC2mAh/gであり、C1/C0≧10.30%で、C2/C0≧28.9%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記正極材料の質量は、前記正極活性層の総質量の70~99%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記正極活性層は接着剤及び導電剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記接着剤は、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポリアクリル酸リチウムから選択される1つ又は複数であり、及び/又は、前記導電剤は、導電性カーボンブラック、アセチレンブラック、ケッチェンブラック、導電性グラファイト、導電性炭素繊維、炭素カーボンナノチューブ、単腕カーボンナノチューブ、多腕カーボンナノチューブから選択される1つ又は複数であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電池。
- 前記接着剤の質量は、前記正極活性層の総質量の0.5~15%であり、前記導電剤の質量は、前記正極活性層の総質量の0.5~15%であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電池。
- 請求項1~請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の電池を含むことを特徴とする電子機器。
